About: I have several pets of my own. Over the years I have volunteered with shelters as well as taking care of my own animals. I have dealt with bigger dogs, small dogs, and lots of cats! I love animals and will do whatever I can to ensure a happy and healthy environment! I currently work part time over the summers in Pennsylvania and go to school in Ohio over the rest of the year. I can work in both places, it just depends on what time of year. My account will have my area provided for which one for whichever time of year. Normally I have a 8 hour shift, I do have a couple days off a week and still have plenty of time before and after work to take care of animals. I also have my lunch break. I will follow whatever instructions are provided by the client. I will stick to any dietary needs, exercise needs, and any attention needs the animal has. I am willing to clean litter boxes if it is a cat and obviously I will pick up after a dog on a walk. I keep a very close eye on the animal(s) and make it my primary focus when taking care of them.
“Katlyn is the best! Going through this process on Rover for the first time was a breeze with her. She responds quickly to messages. She sent me a note with wonderful things to say about my cat. I received a video from her and 10 pictures from her visit. My cat was clearly happy, rolling on his back while she pet him. His needs were completely taken care of and I will definitely use Katlyn in the future!”

“Sydney was amazing with my guys! I booked last minute and she was able to still make the request work! She fed, took them out and made sure they had water! She even got my German shepherd to eat a little which he never does when I’m not there! I would definitely recommend her if you need a drop in visit!”

About: I have had the pleasure of caring for dogs of various breeds and sizes, providing attentive and loving care while their owners were away. My responsibilities have included feeding, administering medications (if required), walking, playing, and ensuring the dogs' overall well-being. I have a strong understanding of canine behavior, ensuring that each dog feels comfortable and safe in my care. I also make it a priority to follow any specific instructions from the owner, such as dietary needs or special routines. Through my dog sitting experience, I have developed excellent communication skills with both pets and owners, ensuring a positive experience for all involved. I’m currently working full time Monday-Thursday/Friday. My work hours are typically from 6AM until 3:30/4 PM. I can easily care for dogs after work, as well as before if an overnight is requested. I have 2 Golden retrievers myself, so I am used to playing fetch for hours as long as nice walks at the end of the day.
“Mae did an amazing job stopping by to watch our dog Theo! She was reliable, caring, and gave us such peace of mind while we were away. She kept us updated and made sure Theo got plenty of attention and care during her visit. We’d definitely have Mae watch Theo again and recommend her to anyone looking for a pet sitter!”

About: I’ve had considerable experience with cats and dogs — over 50 years of being around them — and I now share my home with three cats. I’m now starting to offer pet care as a way to earn money, and I’ll come to your place for drop-in visits, overnight stays, and house sitting. I’m also open to caring for other pets. I’m a calm, patient person, and animals really respond to that energy. When I arrive, I make enough noise so pets aren’t startled, then I spend a minute talking with them and reading how they’re feeling before feeding, litter breaks, potty breaks, or play — whatever they need at that moment. I’m comfortable giving shy pets the time they need to warm up. I don’t have much experience with special needs care, but I’m happy to handle meds or anxiety with a steady, reassuring approach. If a dog barks, I’ll soothe them with a calm voice; if they pull on the leash, I’ll pause until they settle; if a pet’s shy, I’ll let them come to me. My schedule is flexible and I can work around your dates, including weekends and holidays. People often tell me they appreciate my calm, thoughtful approach — it helps my pets feel safe and at ease. I’d love to meet your cat or dog! IMPORTANT- I am flexible. 😊 I will do my best to accommodate reasonable requests. We will discuss details when I come to meet your pet(s). My schedule is flexible since I’m retired. I can work around your schedule, or adjust my own to fit what your pet needs. I do have a couple evening meetings each month, and I’m busy on Sunday mornings. “Kayla noticed that one of my cats was struggling to finish their food during her visits, which resulted in my other cat trying to eat it. Her response to this dilemma was truly above and beyond: Kayla would hide the leftover food and make a second trip over later in the day (even though only one daily visit was requested) to make sure my cat ate the remaining food and didn't go hungry!”

About: Hi! I have 5 dogs and 4 parakeets myself, I love to craft or just binge watch movies. I’m currently in college, I’ve always loved animals and I lost my job in March, I’m just trying to find better things for myself. Reach out anytime ☺️ I have open availability so pretty much let me know what you’re looking for, if you want me to just stay at yours or even if you just want me to pop in and out from time to time! I have a fenced yard so I’m always watching my dogs, I sit outside with them and just watch them play. I also take them on walks when my parents are able to help since we have alot
“Johanna and her adorable kiddo have been amazing help for my family. She walks our dog for an hour 3-5 days per week and is always on time. She never skimps on the walk time either. She’s a good communicator and very friendly as well. Thanks Johanna!”
“Kerrie is wonderful with my two yellow labs! The boys just love her! She has helped me out tremendously with her availability in a crunch. She takes care of the house and follows instructions closely. I would highly recommend Kerrie K.!”

About: I've had many dogs my whole life. I love playing with them and watching their personalities come out. I've also taken care of my neighbor's dog when she was on vacation. I am working in a reptile building at a zoo, and I also attend college for animal studies, where I work with many different animals. When I'm at the client's house, I will have the dogs on a leash when going outside unless they have a fenced-in yard and they say I can have them off of it. I can also crate the dogs if need be.
“Amanda was so great to work with! Cooper had fun with her and she made sure to keep him active during her visit. The pictures and videos were nice to have and Amanda’s compassion for pets showed in her care for Cooper. Will definitely use Amanda again in the future!”

About: I’ve been a dog owner my entire life and have had experience owning other pets such as geckos, cats, and snakes. I’ve been a pet sitter for a little over two years. My true passion for pet sitting comes from my desire to be accompanied by them, dogs specifically. I work with dogs of all ages, temperaments, and personalities. Dogs of all backgrounds tend to gravitate towards me and I have never had any negative interactions. While studying for my undergrad, I was actually in charge of all the live animal specimens present on the University grounds. Feeding, exercise, and handling/care were done daily, which can explain my comfortability and familiarity with pet care. I currently am home as I finish my masters degree online so my daily schedule is fairly free. I workout and do part-time contract work when I am not doing schoolwork. I’m extremely flexible and will be willing to meet your needs as best as possible. Simply put, I treat the pets like they are my own. I ensure they are met with sufficient attention, exercise, nutrition, and safety while under my supervision. Minimizing stress is my biggest concern (my dog has separation anxiety so I know how it can be). I’ve found it helpful in the past to use my own dog as a bridge between myself and the client’s pet, as his presence tends to build confidence and reassurance.

“Natalie was fantastic and a great caretaker of our cat. She did the basics of food, water & snacks but also spent time with Rosie holding her and petting her. I think it really helped Rosie that Natalie came twice a day to be with her. She sent us pictures regularly and we knew Rosie was doing well. We highly recommend Natalie and we’ll be contacting her again when we go away.”

About: I have always loved dogs. In 2021, I adopted a German shepherd and joined a training group. Practicing and training with my own dog every day led to me developing a passion for walking and working with dogs. Since then, I have walked many dogs, including structured walks where we practice heel, sit, place, and other basic commands. I also have experience assisting my trainer with client lessons and dog sat overnight for a home with multiple dogs. I have experience with large dogs, and could also help them to practice walking nicely on a leash. I have worked with and walked small, medium, and large dogs, and even a very large dog. I truly care that dogs get enough mental and physical stimulation so that they can live their happiest lives. Even in rainy weather, I enjoy taking out my dog. I’d love to help more dogs get more walks and sniffs in! I have also dropped in to care for friends’ cats and am comfortable providing cat care drop ins as well. I have a fresh water aquarium at home and could feed fish too! I am a freelance writer with a flexible schedule. Currently, I prefer to walk dogs during the day or in the afternoon, but I could work with other times. I would be available to walk dogs or drop in Mondays through Fridays and some Saturdays. I’m willing to work with you! I am very respectful of others’ homes and their rules for their pets. When pet sitting in the past, I have used a lock box to access a key and returned the key to the box upon leaving the home. I am also familiar with crate training and can follow instructions for how you’d like your dog to be greeted and let out. I am able to drop in to let your dog out to the bathroom, either in your fenced in yard or on a leash. I am also available for walks, taking dogs to the park, playing, or practicing training.
About: I have many years of experience with dogs, cats, and horses. Having grown up on a farm, I’ve taken care of animals from all phases of life. Most recently, I was living in Alaska right outside of Denali National Park. I volunteered in the DNP kennel and have experience with very active pups. Now that I’m back in PA, it’s just me, my two kitties, and sweet pup Remy! I work remotely and am flexible schedule wise, but I’m online from 9-5. As long as there’s good Wi-Fi, I’m there! I can do drop-ins or overnights in your home. I am dependable and value your pets safety. I have experience with “escape artists” as well as pets that have anxiety or aggression towards others. Just provide me with a heads up and let me know what methods typically work best for you and your bud.
“Anna was a wonderful gift to caring for my senior dog. She came over on an additional day, just to learn about all of the complexities involved. She corresponded well with me while I was on the other side of the country. It helped keep my anxiety over my beloved pet way down! Anna is professional and detail oriented, and I would gladly hire her again.”

About: I have been taking care of dogs since the age of 8. I have always been the go to friend who watches dogs or helps with training. I absolutely love animals and I love to show them new experiences. I think they deserve to have a good life and make new memories and I hope I can be that for your dog I am currently working part time so I will have plenty of free time to take care of your puppers. I love to be outside and be active and I would love to take your dog along for the ride I also love to go for truck drives, and my dog loves it as well I do not have a fence yard however, where I live I do have a nice little walking path that I love to go on. I also have a track and a little park near my house that I can also take your dog to
About: Hi, I’m Destiny! 🐾 Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and caring for them is something I genuinely love.
