“I’ve used Rover before for my fur daughter Teddy (Teddy Bear) but not for my fur baby grandson Rolo…and since he now lives with me full time and Teddy is the ONLY dog he absolutely loves and will be around I was scared. Teddy wasn’t so nice to Ms. Amy at first, but Teddy names is truly what she is and I was sad, scared, didn’t want them to go etc Actually I was going to go pick them up and take them to Texas with us. Ms. Amy put my mind to ease IMMEDIATELY after they pulled off I stated receiving pictures. I was graduating with my second Masters and Ms. Amy sent a picture right in time….my heart was at ease!!!! Upon her dropping them off (as I utilized her pickup and drop off service..AMAZING)..Teddy had on a bandanna Ms. Amy had made for her!!! I have several more trips planned for this year and I would not trust ANYONE with my 2 but her!! THANK YOU MS AMY!!!”

“Bonnie is AMAZING!!! Our sweet boy was SO well taken care of!! He became a part of her family and I could tell she enjoyed keeping him! Don’t put your sweet animals in a cahe for the weekend-take them to Bonnie ❤️ where they can relax and play just like when they’re at home! She quickly replied when I asked how he was and sent us lots of pictures!! Choose Bonnie for your sitting needs! She goes above and beyond and you will be so pleased!!”

“Holly was great! She took care of our 6 year old miniature poodle for 6 days. She took him for walks, sent lots of pics. He felt at home though it was a new place for him.”

“As a first time Rover user, I was hesitant in trusting our fur baby with strangers. I am so glad I read their reviews and went with my gut instinct! Rue had a great visit and was not in any type of distress after we picked her up - unlike after being boarded. The communication was excellent and we even received daily pictures! I would not hesitate to use them again!”

“We're so thankful to have found Ashlyn to board our cat Leo when we had to take a last minute trip out of state. She made herself very available and willing to help when our dates were tentative; when we had to stay longer, she reduced the stress by again being flexible and completely willing to keep him for us... And to even go pickup more food for him, if needed! She was great about sharing photo updates and expressed enjoyment in keeping him, which just made us feel like our boy was being well cared for and loved on. Communication was great throughout. We highly recommend Ashlyn for boarding and would not hesitate to have her keep our pet!”

About: I've had dogs all my life. I've always had a heart for animals. I was a professional groomer for 10 years and have some experience in showing them. I'd love to make our home your canine companions home away from home. They will be treated like family here! I'm a stay at home mom so we are home most weekdays, and weekends. I have plenty of time to spend with your canine companion. I have a fully fenced backyard and two pups to keep your companion company. I can keep them separated if need be. I ask that you bring your dog's crate and bedding if possible (but not required) to have a familiar surrounding/smell among them. I have a play pen for small dogs, a medium crate and small crate if needed. I'd like for their routine to be as close as their home routine as possible. Your companion will be our companion and they will be treated as family here!
“the BEST experience for our 6 month old boy! He is a true puppy and Kelly was amazing and went as far as to help house train our boy during his stay! Highly recommend!”

“Rita has been watching my two dogs for a few months now. They absolutely love it at her place. Whenever they see her house when they’re being dropped off, they cannot contain their excitement. Rita also sends many videos and updates during their stay! I’m so glad I found her.”

About: I’ve been working with dogs for over 19 years and provide a structured, calm, and safe environment in my home. I have a dedicated dog room with secure kennels, supervised interaction, and clear boundaries. I currently own and train multiple dogs, including a fully trained service animal and another dog I’ve personally raised and developed. This gives me strong experience with behavior, energy management, and different personalities. Dogs in my care are treated like family, but with structure. They can enjoy comfort like furniture once they demonstrate respectful behavior and cleanliness. I do not allow destructive or uncontrolled habits. I’m comfortable with puppies and can reinforce basic training, routine, and good behavior during their stay. I also provide advanced training reinforcement as part of my care. Dogs naturally work on obedience, confidence, impulse control, and daily mental and physical engagement while they’re here. I have experience building service-style task foundations and higher-level behavior, but I do not certify service animals. Every dog benefits from structure in my home, whether they need basic manners or more advanced work. My focus is safety, consistency, and communication so every dog is properly supervised, exercised, and leaves more balanced, responsive, and confident. Pet care is part of my daily routine, not something I fit in on the side. I’m home most of the day, which allows me to provide consistent supervision, structured interaction, and regular potty breaks, exercise, and mental engagement. My background in disciplined environments has shaped how I run my home—dogs here benefit from routine, clear expectations, and a calm, controlled atmosphere. Each day includes a balance of activity, training reinforcement, and rest so dogs stay healthy, settled, and stress-free. Because I’m available throughout the day, I can adapt to each dog’s needs—whether that’s higher energy, puppy structure, or a more relaxed pace. My goal is to provide dependable, attentive care so owners can feel confident their dog is safe, engaged, and well looked after at all times. Safety, trust, and structure are the foundation of how I care for every dog. My home is set up specifically for pet care, with a dedicated dog room, secure kennels, and supervised interaction at all times. I carefully manage introductions and only allow dogs to interact once they are calm, balanced, and a good fit. Dogs in my care follow a structured routine that includes regular potty breaks, exercise, mental stimulation, and rest. I maintain clear boundaries while still allowing comfort—dogs can enjoy furniture and a relaxed environment once they demonstrate respectful behavior and cleanliness. I require dogs to be crate familiar or comfortable with structured downtime. Owners are encouraged to provide a crate or familiar setup for overnight stays, though I have limited kennel space available if needed. I prioritize communication and will keep owners updated with how their dog is doing. My goal is to provide a calm, controlled environment where dogs feel safe, are properly supervised, and leave more balanced and well cared for than when they arrived.
“Kanieshawa took great care of our sweet pup and we would definitely use her services again! She was very easy to contact and sent updates and pictures while we were gone. Our dog came home happy and well taken care of!”

“Brittany and her family were truly one of a kind! Ace felt right at home with them and her son young son Everest! I think he and Ace would call eachother on FaceTime every night from here on out if Ace had thumbs 🐾 LOL! 10 out of 10 we’ll be back again!”

“Nicky was a fantastic pet sitter. She did a great job taking care of my two pups. They had a bedroom to bunk in, and the photos Nicky sent showed them having a great time with Nicky's dogs. I will 100% consider boarding our dogs with her for future trips.”

Imberlain Park dog parents share their Rover experiences
Kelly was awesome with our pups. We made a last minute reservation and she stepped in and saved the day. The dogs did great with her and from the video we saw they were having fun. Our dogs are usually very anxious with a new care taker and surroundings but they very much seemed at ease with Kelly! We will certainly reach out for further bookings. Thank you Kelly!
