About: I'm a college student severely missing her family dog. I love spending time around animals and I really enjoy going on ridiculously long walks. I've got years of experience minding my own pets as well as neighbour's and family's.. I'm super flexible at the moment, with free weekdays and weekends. If its an hour you need in the morning or an overnight job, I will most likely be available for either.. Even both on the same day. Unfortunately my apartment is far too small to house any sorts of animals. I'm lucky to be surrounded by many incredible parks such as Darthmouth square which I frequently go to to watch all the dogs play!

About: I’m very empathetic and can pick up on dogs emotions as I’ve had a dog since I was 10 years old. I’m reliable and committed to understanding pet care. I notice different body language and routines and especially health needs. I’m very patient and attentive and I love animals and would love to do it as a job At the moment I do two days in college which are Thursday 9:30-1:30 and Friday 9:30-11:30am. I work doing events and it varies with hours a lot but I would like to do this job and fit it into my daily routine as it’s something more suited to my personality. I’ve been caring for my dog, a 14 year old parson russel terrier since I was 10 years old. Over the years ive handled everything from daily walks and feeding to understanding their changing needs as they’ve gotten older. I make sure he gets plenty of exercise, mental stimulation, and love while keeping up with health concerns and vet visits. Caring for my dog Teddy who is now senior has taught me how to adapt to different routines and patience. I spend all of my time with my dog when I’m home and treat him like my bestfriend

“Jake loves his walks and playtime with Lorcan 😀 Lorcan has been a pleasure to deal with - great communication and very accommodating of my requests. He’s been on time every time and very reliable. Highly recommend him !”

About: I’m a huge dog lover and that why I’m always the first person my friends and family turn to when they need a dog sitter. I don’t currently have a dog of my own as I hope to do a lot of travelling over the next few years but in the meantime, I’d be thrilled to offer loving care and attention to your pups, giving them a comfortable and fun experience while you’re away. I’m currently working on a hybrid contract with any 2 days a week in the office and 3 days at home which offers me great flexibility, allowing me to be at home for up to 8 days in a row. I live in a spacious 2 bed apartment in a gated complex where I live with my boyfriend, also a dog lover. There is a large communal garden inside our complex. I’ve also got a car and live just a short drive from places such as dollymount beach and St Anne’s park which has its own dog park.

About: I have always had pets of my own and started providing pet sitting services to others at 16 years old. I am passionate about providing as much comfort and reassurance as possible to both pets and their owners, as I know first hand how valuable the peace of mind can be. I was a Veterinary Technician (Nurse) in Canada for 15 years, specializing in critical care, emergencies, feral/timid animal bonding, pet behavioral issues, and rescue efforts like bottle feeding neonatals and handling/containing contagious diseases. While caring for your pet I will check their physical condition and notify you of any possible health concerns found. I do exceptionally well with timid/shy animals and am able to win over their trust quicker than most through gentle patience and proper physical communication. I can manage any medical conditions, chronic conditions, and treatments that can be done at home, as well as properly identify when and if veterinary attention is needed. I am also very comfortable with all exotic pets like birds, reptiles, and rabbits. I will treat your pet like they are my own as I believe all animal life is a blessing. *Unfortunately I am unable to do overnight stays at this time as my own pets have health conditions that require medication and monitoring.* I am self employed and make my own schedule, so my availability is very flexible. I can be available on short notice and do multiple pop-ins a day. I am unable to care for your pets in my own home, but am comfortable monitoring pets in their own homes. I can provide feedings, medications, walks, socialization, and medical treatments as assigned by your veterinarian.

About: I love dogs and have owned them my entire life, raising them from puppies. I’ve trained, fed, walked, and bathed them many a time, and always give them lots of love and attention. One of my dogs was an amputee, so I also have experience with disabled dogs (including administering oral medications). As a university student, I am free most days this summer and will also be free several days during term time. I’d love to spend my time walking or watching your dogs! I love playing with and caring for animals, and while I am with your dogs, they will get lots and lots of attention and love.

About: Having two dogs (one of 12, the other 13 years old) back at home in Taiwan, I understand what it's like to have to leave dogs behind at home as a traveler and someone who is abroad, so I am here to help releasing the worries off your shoulder! I'm patient with dogs and love them with all my heart. Flexibility and honesty are my keys, so please feel free to contact me if there's anything needed. *For the giant dogs owners: I can manage dogs around 20 kg, but if your baby is bigger than this, it is recommended to do a meet & greet first before you book for the dog's safety.* I am here in Ireland on a working holiday, so seeing more different aspects of Ireland is what I like to do in general. However, it doesn't make any difference as I take my job very seriously and that I am a very responsible person. I am renting a room in Ireland, so I know how to treasure and treat everything with respect and care. I will follow the house rules (if there's any) and contact the owner's directly as request. Lastly, I mostly rely on public transportation to commute here, so if it's a last-minute booking, please contact me first and I’ll see what I can do to help! Thank you for reading and have a lovely day!🫶

About: 10+ years experience in keeping dogs safe and happy. Experience with older or sick dogs, and also with puppies. I’ve trained in Doggy First Aid and also have 7 years grooming experience. I’m flexible with my time! I will always do my best to accommodate time around you and your dog/s. I’m here to take the stress off you so you can relax knowing your dog is happy and safe! I prefer to mind the dogs at their own home, as it’s much less stressful for them this way in my experience. New person AND a new environment? I understand this can be a big deal for most dogs so I always opt for minding your dog in their own space!

About: After having pet dogs in my life since my childhood, I can confidently guarantee my abilities to care for any and all dogs. I've looked after a wide range of dogs from our family's lazy Golden Retriever to our over-active Irish Wolfhound. On top of this, I live right beside Phoenix Park meaning I can provide a great space for the best walks. As a college student I have full availability over holidays. I also have year-long weekend availability on top of varying free hours throughout the week. I will always match my care to cater towards each booking as every pet's needs will be different. However, I am confident that these needs will be met by me.

About: Hola! My name is Isabel and I am from Guatemala. I am currently in Ireland studying English and I also mind children part time. I am an animal lover and I had a few pets in Guatemala. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to take them with me so I would love the opportunity to spend some time with some dogs and go for walks with them. I would prefer to spend most of my time dog sitting outside in a park or field to allow dogs room to run. Even if it rains, I don’t mind walking the dog and bathing them if needed. We could also spend some time playing with any toys that the dog has. I can also feed and administer medication if needed during the time I am dog sitting. I am free every morning and evening after 5pm and could walk or take care of pets at these times. I have a dog, a cat, and a hamster in Guatemala and I would regularly take care of them. I also volunteered in an animal shelter in Guatemala City. There was a huge problem with stray dogs and I would regularly take care of dogs by feeding, bathing, and walking them. I live in a one bedroom apartment in the city. The dogs would spend most of their time in the same room as me. There is also a back garden that the dogs could go roam around in when they become restless. I also live close to Phoenix Park so I would regularly take them for walks to the park and let them run around and play.
