About: I work in a Veterinary office & Paw Spa in Victoria Park, Florida. I am also a dog photographer! I am surrounded by dogs & cats daily and the care that they need will absolutely be my top priority! For 18 years + I have taken care of dogs that need special diets, medications, insulin and eye drops from cataract surgery. My two Cavaliers are Elliott & Walter, they are my family & they also want my attention 24/7! I know how a pet feels when they are not with “their person”… they need to feel comforted & loved. So I talk to them, cuddle them, play, praise them, they get hugs & kisses! I do the same at work, and try to make all dogs checking in feel comfortable, so that they are not nervous while they are getting groomed. *I can also bathe, fluff, nail dremel, shave paw pads, clean ears & do a sanitary trim for an additional $35. My favorite is taking pictures of your pets, I’m happy to send videos and photos daily so that you can see how much fun your pet is having while you relax while you’re away! Your dog should be neutered/spayed, socialized and able to be around others without aggression. Also be friendly with cats 🐈 . Dogs 25 lbs or less, no pit bulls. My employment allows me to come home during my lunch hour to spend time with my dogs, feed them and let them out and play. I am available for small dogs to board in my home. I do have two kitties 🐈⬛ and would want to make sure your dog 🐕 is friendly around felines. I am off work for the weekends. If you prefer your pet stay at their own home, I can do drop- in visits for 30 minutes or 60 minutes. I am privately insured with Pet Care Insurance to care for your pet in my home, or yours. *Please make sure if your pets are staying at my home, that they are caught up on their current vaccinations and flea medication’s. I am available for drop in care for your pets, or if it is a small dog (25lbs or less), that is friendly with dogs and cats, I welcome them stay with me! I would not take on more than two dogs at a time, so that I can give them enough attention. I have a large fenced in yard where I take my dogs outside to safely play! I also have a smaller fenced in side yard/patio off of my kitchen. I would like to do a meet and greet prior, either at my house or in my yard. I want to make sure everyone is “social”! All dogs should be neutered or spayed, except for puppies under six months old. 🐶 If your dog has a favorite bed or blanket or toys, please pack those for their pup-vacation!
About: I’ve grown up with all kinds of animals my whole life and dogs have a special place in my heart. I have rescued two dogs from abusive households and therefore know the care all dogs deserve no matter their circumstances. About: Hey there, we are Rod & Ros! We both had pets our whole lives, both of our grandparents are veterinarians, so we grew in a household full of love and knowledge about pets. My girlfriend has been a pet sitter since she was in middle school she took care of senior dogs, puppies, cats, kittens, turtles, fishes and parrots. I myself have also been a doggy sitter several times for friends and family. We both just love petsitting and that is why we decided to join Rover. My girlfriend works part time from home and I work at night so we both have plenty of time during the day to play and enjoy time with your pet. We have two Australian parakeets, when there are no other pets around, we love to free them inside the apartment so that they can stretch their wings. When we have pet guests we keep them in their cage and if the guest is not comfortable with them we keep them in a separate room. We work regular office hours Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, so during weekdays we only offer walk service or drop-inn visits after 5:30pm. On weekends we have full availability for both walks and drop-in visits. We love to make your dog or cat feel special and loved on the short time of our visit or walk, we would try to connect with your pet and give him/her all the love we can, for this reason we only walk one dog at the time and we do only 1 drop in visit during weekdays. Your special furry friend deserves respect and value time, during our walk or visit, we will always pay attention to what they make, making sure they stay hydrated not overexposed to high temperatures , we will be patient and do as many stops as they need to make.
