“I have an extremely anxious dog. Stephanie has had a couple visits with her and is being very patient with the process, as it takes my dog a long time to warm up to people. Stephanie is also very responsive!”

About: Raised in the deep mountains of Montana, I have been surrounded by animals since infancy and grew up with a deep rooted sense of empathy and love for all creatures. In addition to the classic cats and dogs, my sister and I had a childhood filled with bunnies, ducklings, fish, turtles, hedgehogs, birds, horses, mules, and plenty of wildlife to keep things exciting! I have been taking care of pets for nearly my entire life, and am extensively experienced in feeding, walking, bathing, and administering medicine for most household pets. Mainly dogs, cats, and smaller rodents, rabbits, and birds. I spent the last several years administering medicine to my late dog, Tango, upwards of three times daily. So I am very recently experienced in taking care of animal with a requirement for lot's of special attention and caregiving. I have also raised 3 puppies with my family in the last 5 years so I’m freshly prepped for little ones. I am the perfect match for you and your pet. I am a responsible, clean, and caring tenant for house sitting. I have house and pet sat for many friends and family with stays as long as two weeks. Dogs give us the gift of joy every day, and I would be so excited to bring a little extra joy to your pets life! Be it by stopping by for a half hour to say hello and play, or making them feel safe and secure while their owner is away. Currently, I am working from home and have wide availability. I am willing to commute a certain distance for pet care, and would require access to cell service and WiFi in the case of a long-term stay. I live in the center of Missoula and have fast and easy access to many dog parks and walking trails in the area. I have a large fenced in yard to run and play in. I typically avoid more popular dog parks, but am happy to take your furry friend to any of their favorite spots upon request. I have a large vehicle to transport pets to longer hiking destinations or parks.

“Tyler was efficient reliable and did a great job with the dogs. She was able to manage our specifics very well.”

About: Have been raised around animals my whole life. Worked on a ranch with 7 dogs there everyday. Currently I'm working at an emergency veterinary clinic and I have 5 years of vet med experience. I'm capable of caring for all animals big and small and also those with any special or health needs. I'm currently working full time at an emergency veterinary clinic. I have a very flexible schedule and can fit most things into my schedule daily. It all depends on what the client requests for their pet. If the dogs need a short walk then it's easy go leash them and get out or if the high energy breeds need to get out and sprint then we find a safe place to run out the energy. My dogs love to do off leash exploring and we get out and about all the time.

“Joe was wonderful! Our dog is normally very anxious and standoffish when we are away but he took to Joe immediately! Also we appreciated his responsiveness and flexibility. We definitely recommend Joe as a Rover!”

About: For 15 years I've been pet/house sitting for friends, neighbors, and people looking for someone reliable. I have had the most experience with dogs of many kinds, including walking, feeding, and being a friendly face. I have also taken care of cats, chickens, goats, and pigs. I love to house sit and pet-sit simultaneously and have multiple references for this dual service! I am a full time physical therapy student, but my days are typically done no later than 5 pm. I prefer house sitting/dog sitting at your location, as this fits in the best with my schedule. I'm able to accept short term and long term stays! With my wide variety of pet care and house sitting, I am able to provide just about anything you can ask for for your pets!

About: Born and raised among the pack lol I’ve had critters ever since I can remember. We’ve always had dogs-multiple at a time-as well as cats and horses. I’ve given shots, administered meds, clipped claws, cleaned litter boxes, dog kennels, stalls and everything in between. I absolutely adore critters, so you can put your mind to rest knowing your fur babies will be treated as if they were my own. I own my own business so my hours are very flexible and I can move them accordingly! I can be around your critters 100% of the time, giving around the clock love, scratches, and adventure. I have a fenced kennel with access to go inside the garage and get out of the elements, as well as a adventurous spirit to go run or walk on the trails, throw a ball, or just give lots of cuddles and love. Really it’s all dependent on what each individual fur baby needs.

In clients homes, I make sure to thoroughly follow all instructions to make things as comfortable and normal as possible for your pet. In my own home, I have the supplies needed to crate, care for, and walk your pet as I live in a very quiet and nice neighborhood. I also have a large porch and backyard area.

About: I have always loved animals and have taken care of everything from fish to horses throughout my life. I am a biologist and dedicate my life to animals and I treat pets as family, including yours. I volunteered with a local humane society for 5 years which included being the treasurer and president. I fostered over 50 dogs and 40 cats during that time getting them vetted, training them, and finding them furever homes. I have a big fenced-in yard with a dog door big enough for larger dogs (up to 80 pounds). I have an energetic 10-year-old Catahoula/Aussie mix and an older cat. They are both friendly to new dogs.
