About: Raised in the deep mountains of Montana, I have been surrounded by animals since infancy and grew up with a deep rooted sense of empathy and love for all creatures. In addition to the classic cats and dogs, my sister and I had a childhood filled with bunnies, ducklings, fish, turtles, hedgehogs, birds, horses, mules, and plenty of wildlife to keep things exciting! I have been taking care of pets for nearly my entire life, and am extensively experienced in feeding, walking, bathing, and administering medicine for most household pets. Mainly dogs, cats, and smaller rodents, rabbits, and birds. I spent the last several years administering medicine to my late dog, Tango, upwards of three times daily. So I am very recently experienced in taking care of animal with a requirement for lot's of special attention and caregiving. I have also raised 3 puppies with my family in the last 5 years so I’m freshly prepped for little ones. I am the perfect match for you and your pet. I am a responsible, clean, and caring tenant for house sitting. I have house and pet sat for many friends and family with stays as long as two weeks. Dogs give us the gift of joy every day, and I would be so excited to bring a little extra joy to your pets life! Be it by stopping by for a half hour to say hello and play, or making them feel safe and secure while their owner is away. Currently, I am working from home and have wide availability. I am willing to commute a certain distance for pet care, and would require access to cell service and WiFi in the case of a long-term stay. I live in the center of Missoula and have fast and easy access to many dog parks and walking trails in the area. I have a large fenced in yard to run and play in. I typically avoid more popular dog parks, but am happy to take your furry friend to any of their favorite spots upon request. I have a large vehicle to transport pets to longer hiking destinations or parks.

About: Have been raised around animals my whole life. Worked on a ranch with 7 dogs there everyday. Currently I'm working at an emergency veterinary clinic and I have 5 years of vet med experience. I'm capable of caring for all animals big and small and also those with any special or health needs. I'm currently working full time at an emergency veterinary clinic. I have a very flexible schedule and can fit most things into my schedule daily. It all depends on what the client requests for their pet. If the dogs need a short walk then it's easy go leash them and get out or if the high energy breeds need to get out and sprint then we find a safe place to run out the energy. My dogs love to do off leash exploring and we get out and about all the time.

About: Hi my name is Brittany, I have grown up around all types of animals my whole life! I have experience with big dogs, small dogs, cats, lizards, snakes, and other small animals. I currently have two dogs named Sister, and Cheezy, as well as a spunky orange cat named Spaghetti! I rescued Cheezy from an abusive past and it took a while to build trust with him, and he also has seizures so I have experience with seizure care and medication administration. I also have experience with elderly animals, pregnant animals, puppies/kittens and pets with more challenging behaviors. In my personal life I am a Direct Support Professional, helping to enrich the lives of the developmentally disabled, I have been at my current job for over 5 years. I am CPR/first aid certified, MANDT certified, as well as certified through the state of Montana to pass medications. I love helping others have fulfilling lives and reach their independence based on their level of ability. I can't wait to meet your fur babies and treat them like part of my family while I am around! I currently am working 12 hour shifts on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 8am-8pm, so I would only be available prior to 8am or after 8pm on those days, for early morning/late evening walks, or overnight stays. I am available Thursday and Friday before 8am or after 4pm for walks, house sitting, feeding or any other needs. Then I have open availability on the weekends! I care for pets by treating them like my own fur babies, I will follow any schedules or routines set by the owners, as well as making sure the pets in my care are safe and well taken care of!

About: Hello my name is Mckenzie! I love all animals from big to small! I was in 4-H and FFA growing up! I have been taking care of animals for many years and have references. I can take care of large animals from horses to livestock or even dogs and cats or other critters, from basic needs to vet cares. I am a biologist and dedicate my life to animals and I treat pets as family, including yours. I volunteered with a local humane society for 5 years which included being the treasurer and president. I fostered over 50 dogs and 40 cats during that time getting them vetted, training them, and finding them furever homes. I work from home so I will be home to keep your pet company, give them continual attention and appropriate exercise. Trips to town are short and infrequent so I can adjust care as needed. I have a big fenced-in yard with a dog door big enough for larger dogs (up to 80 pounds). I have an energetic 10-year-old Catahoula/Aussie mix and an older cat. They are both friendly to new dogs. Any dogs would need to be cat friendly. Any cats would be kept separately from my cat since it takes her awhile to warm up, but I have two spare bedrooms that could be their own space. I also leave my cat in the laundry room and give other cats free range of the house for social time. I will respect and continue any rules you have for your pet. I have developed a love for dogs and would love to assist you when you cannot be present for them! I have a four legged friend of my own, a husky-mutt named Spud. I am a firm believer that dogs truly become a part of the family. With that in mind, I will respect and care for your doggo as if they were mine! My husband and I are big hikers and we usually take our Spuddy Buddy along as well, if this is something you would be comfortable with us doing. If not, I am perfectly fine with just cuddling with your pup on the couch. I work 4 days a week, but am usually home by 5pm to be back with your pet! I am available for house sitting as well as daily walks! I am now available to board your doggos! We have a fully fenced yard, 8ft tall fence, and my husband works remotely so there will always be someone with your pup, regularly sending updates!

About: I recently relocated to Missoula from Michigan! I am looking for ways to get out in the community besides my normal job! I have two dogs of my own and love to take them for walks and adventures. Mornings and evenings work best for me.
