About: I have dog-sat for a variety of dogs and demeanors, from small untrained puppies, to older dogs on doggy-hospice. I consider my dogs part of my family and love getting to interact with and care for other dogs as well, knowing how importance they are. Outside of dog sitting, I also worked at a vet clinic for a couple of years helping to care for dogs after hours by letting them out, playing with them, giving them their medication and feeding them as well. I work from home full-time with plenty of opportunities for pet care and interaction. In my work-from-home office I have a comfy couch and dog bed that pets are welcome to sit on or sit with me as they please. I have a variety of door gates if my dogs need to be separated from dogs I am sitting for any reason. I have two levels in my home with dog food and water dishes available on both levels and exits to the fenced in yard (partial cement and partial grass) on both levels. I have the ability to gate each area of my home if needed to keep my dogs separate depending on the needs of dogs I am sitting. I like to snuggle and play with dogs and can let them out frequently. Sleep: We have extra dog crates if your dog prefers to be crated at bedtime like our dogs do, but they are also welcome to sleep on any of our couches or environment Stairs: While my home has stairs in and out, my lower level does allow for entry from the driveway and to the fenced in backyard without stairs - please let me know if your pet needs hip precautions and I am happy to accommodate! Pool and River: Our fenced in backyard does have an inground pool, we always supervise until we know how dogs interact with the pool. We live on a river but it is not accessible within the fenced in portion of the yard.

About: We offer extensive experience with both cats and dogs throughout their lives. Our qualifications include basic puppy training from Petco, as well as completion of the Delta Therapy Dogs program which utilizes Animal Assisted Activities (AAA) to improve well-being in various settings like hospitals, mental health facilities, and more. Furthermore, we have years of firsthand experience caring for senior dogs, including managing pain, assisting with mobility, administering medications, and dispensing chemotherapy drugs. We want you to know that your pet will have company for the majority of the day. I am a stay-at-home mom, and my husband works from home two days a week. Plus, our kids are excited to spend lots of time playing with your pet. Following the loss of our beloved dog of 18 wonderful years, we're eager to open our hearts and home to your furry family member, and dedicate our time and affection to your pet. Our home includes large, grassy areas perfect for running, and we also enjoy long daily walks around the neighborhood should your pet need extra exercise and outdoor activities.

“Christin is amazing! She watches our puppy Newfie everyday and sends lots of pictures throughout the day. She has helped us introduce Newfie to many new experiences, has helped with potty training, and has been working with him at walking on a leash. Newfie loves her and has made friends with the other doggies. We highly recommend her!”

About: I have loved and cared for animals all my life and would welcome the opportunity to give love and attention to your fur baby or babies! I am passionate about all animals but most especially dogs. I have a fenced yard, they’re allowed on my furniture and to sleep on my bed. I’m in a quiet residential neighborhood near the river and nature area we walk to. I only take a max of two dogs in addition to my own 13 year old Shih Tzu. He is very patient and accepting of all the dogs who come to visit. I’m retired so the dogs have near constant supervision and I monitor their behavior with each other. I have a separate quiet area if I think someone needs their space. If you choose me we’ll set up a meet and greet first to make sure it’s a good fit for all. Thank you for your consideration! I tend to schedule my routine around my own pets’ needs and daily care. When I’ve committed to caring for someone else’s pet, whether drop-ins or in my home, my personal schedule gets altered so I can focus on their care. Caring for pets is personalized to meet their individual needs based on clients’ instructions. There is a lot of intuitive care as well, recognizing changes in behavior or signs a pet needs something additional, to go out again, more affection or reassurance. I also make sure things are neat and tidy in a client’s home, sweeping cat litter for instance.

“Brianna has watched my puppy a few times and naturally, as puppies can be, she was pretty hyper and crazy, but Brianna did such a great job with her and my puppy was so happy when I went to pick her up! She’s very kind and I’ll definitely be using her again?”

Emily B.
“Emily is a responsible and loving animal caregiver. She had experience caring for various pets growing up. She also worked part time at a local vet clinic in high school. Emily especially loves dogs and has two of her own. Her husband and kids also love dogs and welcome and enjoy furry friends. She watched my dog Pepper for two weeks when I was recovering from surgery and was unable to walk him, prepare his food and pill pockets, or clean up after him. He's 15 and in doggie hospice since he has a 4-inch tumor on his liver. He eats 4 times a day and his food includes canned chicken which takes time to prepare. He also has arthritis and can’t bound up the stairs like when he was young. If he tried to go upstairs, she would pick him up and carry him so he wouldn’t struggle and fall. I have lots of pictures of her holding and cuddling him. He clearly loved her and felt loved by her. We used a reputable kennel for a few years when we needed to leave Pepper. Each dog had a large kennel and their own run. If they sat by the door to their run, someone could open the door from the office. The daily rate included feeding, going out and limited interaction with teenagers. To have extra cuddle time and extra play time, there was an additional fee for that extra time. It was worth paying for it, knowing he would miss the human interaction he had at home. At Emily's because he was out and about, instead of being confined, interaction with humans was frequently available. I know our Pepper was happier in a setting that was more like home instead of being in a kennel.”
