“Victoria was an absolute amazing sitter with our medium size Catahoula Black Mouth Cur. It didn’t bother her at all dealing with a larger pet. I could really tell she cared for him and wasn’t just doing a pet babysitting job. He usually doesn’t eat much when we are away but Victoria had a couple of clever ideas and he was eating and drinking like a happy fella. He likes people and doesn’t like being alone so Victoria’s hour visit twice a day really helped those lonesome times. She would play with him and his toys, take him outside and cuddle with affection to makeup the fact we left him behind. We received reports and pictures twice a day as well as text messages when she had questions about his lack of appetite and her ideas to help. About: I’ve worked at a boarding facility working with dogs and cats. I cleaned the kennels, fed, watered and played with the pets that was being boarded there as well as baths when they had an accident in their runs. Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
