About: I have had dogs growing up all my life. I am currently s bio (pre - vet) major with experience from internships in animal care. But its not just about the skills I’ve gathered, I have always genuinely cared about the animals around me! Whether they are pets, wild animals, etc. I’m currently working part time, so I have plenty of time to fit pet care into my schedule!! Other than Mondays and Wednesdays, my schedule is very flexible!! I have two friendly dogs. They are both elders so they need rest and cuddles more than anything. When they were younger and more active, we would play fetch and take walks around our neighborhood!

“Our first meeting with Alexis was great! She was on time and professional. She was also very calm, which was great for my heeler Cash - as he’s easily excited. Will be booking some visits soon.”

About: I acknowledge that routine is important with pets and therefore will mold my style to fit your pets norm. (This includes your rules for your pet, anything you are training them to do, and any medication). Before taking care of your pet I make sure I fully understand their daily routine to make sure their schedule isn’t thrown off. I have experience administrating medicine to pets. I also have experience giving baths to pets as long as their grooming supplies are supplied. Also I have taken care of pets for around 3 years and am very flexible as I want to make it as easier on you as possible. I am a teacher so I have all day to spend with your pup during summer months. Also during the school year, I get off in the late afternoon on Weekdays so I can be there to take care of your pup by early evening. I respect my clients space and I am also happy to take care of any additional things around the house (watering plants, bringing in mail, etc.) if asked.

Now I have Tigra Carmela, my wild-child calico who came skinny and scared from the woods and now loves her tummy rubbed. Family & friends going on vacations give me plenty of hands-on house and pet caretaking experience. I offer pet & TLC home & property care . ME: I love dogs and cats, and also sing old songs and play guitar at senior establishments, and am a watercolor artist. I believe a world without pets is colder place. • Dedicated pet care, Pet First Aid Certification. Includes: Household maintained to pre-arrival condition or better. About: I spent 3 months last fall volunteering at a dog shelter (5 days a week, 4 hours a day), I’ve worked many dog and cat sitting jobs, and I’ve had my rescue dog Artie for 14 years. I have experience with puppies, senior and rescue dogs. I’m currently home until September and looking for some extra work! I have a full time summer job but am available for house-sitting the last week of August, as well as able to do local dog walks or drop-in visits most mornings. I can follow instructions to care for your pets in your home how you want me to. I’m more than happy to take them for walks, play with them, feed them (including any medications) and give them lots of love!

About: My schedule is a bit fuller in the summer, but may be able to still help with your pet! Recently moved from NW CT to GB, looking for part time work and opportunities to meet your furry loved ones. I had a variety of pets growing up, with a lot of experience with special needs animals (blind, older, aggression, etc). I am very patient with timid or upset dogs and have leash-trained dogs in the past. I have past experience house-sitting, dog-walking, and grooming. Cats are unique individuals, I've thoroughly enjoyed getting to know them. I love all types and shapes of dogs, but have a soft spot for larger breeds. I think it is hilarious when dogs are excited to meet me, they do not know that I am always just as excited to see them! My schedule is pretty open at the moment, my current job has slow periods. I have been working in the outdoor education and recreation industry for about 4 years now. I like to stay active, I'm happy to possibly bring your pets on hikes with me. I have been housesitting for over 5 years now, generally staying with clients' pets. I am a clean, sober person who has respect for privacy.
