“Christy has watched Peach throughout her entire life; sometimes it was a weekly basis, a few times she watched her at a last minute Emergency notice, and had even boarded her over a long weekend. Peach isn't a big fan of humans but loves going to Christy's, getting to visit with her friends. Peach loves her dog Louie and playing with the other pups that she takes care of. I enjoy the photo updates, I am happy that Peach feels safe and I feel comforted while she is in Christy's care, and that Christy allows the dogs on the furniture-Peach even got to sleep in bed when she stayed. I hope I never have to go through the process of figuring out another sitter because Christy is the one for us; Highly Recommend for any of you and your pets needs! About: I’m back!! I pet sat when I lived in Orlando and then took a break. I am now in Pittsburgh and ready to welcome some new friends. I work from home full-time, in a single-family home with a fenced in yard. I have made a habit of rescuing animals (especially senior animals) and my pack would love some playmates.Whether it is joining in couch cuddles or afternoon zoomies, your little one will feel like part of the family. I have a lot of experience with a lot of different breeds. Including a few years of kennel experience as well as 30 years of personal experience. I have experience with senior animals as well as special needs animals, including blind, deaf, mobility issues, and incontinent. With those things comes a lot of experience in medication as well. Myself and my crew are excited to meet you and your fur babies. I work from home fulltime and a big home body. The most I leave is if I’m grocery shopping or grabbing dinner in the evening. I have a fully fenced in yard. Any boarding pups will sleep in my second bedroom in an appropriate sized crate/playpen. This is the area they would eat their meals as well.

They’re welcome to relax on the furniture, nap on the couch, or sunbathe on the deck. I stick to their regular routine for feeding, walks, and playtime to help them feel comfortable and at home. I also have a baby gate to limit access to stairs for small dogs when needed. Since I work from home, I’m always nearby to give them the attention, care, and love they deserve.

He is quite fearful of new people, animals, and places. Within minutes of us dropping the dogs off, Beatriz texted me photos of both dogs playing in a pack with others and even snuggling up with her soaking up the attention! It was amazing. She is so patient and kind. Truly someone we would certainly trust with our dogs again!”

About: I grew up with dogs and have loved animals my entire life. I have been a pet sitter for many friends and neighbors over the years and had my own canine companion for 10 years. She passed away in November of 2023. Animals deserve to be loved and treated like family. I promise that your dogs will be treated very well and that they will truly enjoy their “vacation” at my home. It’s difficult to leave your “loved ones” in the care of others and I know that feeling. Rest assured that they will be cared for and spoiled to the best of my ability! I am a behavioral therapist who works with children and families. I have a hybrid job which means that I work from home doing Telehealth services and I also see clients in person at times. I am home for most of the day and this worked perfectly when I cared for my late dog, Arwen. I do not have any pets currently. I have an elevated deck that is only accessible from the house. It is surrounded and my dog loved to spend time out there basking in the sun. I have a yard but it is not fenced in. My neighborhood is quiet and very dog friendly.
