We couldn't have been happier with our experience with Val. She was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout our trip. She was incredibly responsive and kept us updated with messages and amazing photos and videos! Most importantly, we knew our dog was in great hands. She clearly received lots of attention, care, and adventure, and it was obvious that she was happy and well cared for by Val while we were away. Knowing that allowed us to fully enjoy our trip without worrying, and that peace of mind is truly priceless. As an added bonus, we came home to a spotless house.
