“Soooo grateful to have Connected with Erin 1.5 years ago or maybe it’s 2 years, lol. I travel a lot and knowing Erin is visiting is the best peace of mind! Erin isn’t like family, she is family and more than 5 star!!”

“Raelee was amazing with my puppy, Wrigley. She was on time, dedicated time to helping with inconveniences, and was very communicative! I will recommend her a million times over and over, she’s the best!”

“Sky is awesome! She was very attentive to our dogs and their needs. I loved the reports she sent to us with so many great pictures. We would certainly have her back in the future!”

I can do baths, brushing and nails trims on small and medium dogs. Whether your fur baby is shy or a super cuddle bug, I look forward to meeting them. “Aubrey is the best!! She was so patient with my dogs, who can be really distrusting and a lot to deal with if they don’t know you. She was tolerant and took great care of them, easing my mind while I was on vacation knowing they were in great hands. 10/10 recommend!!”

“Jenna is one of the most honest loyal person I have meant. This is the second time she has sat with my cat, and I can not say enough about Jenna, she is a life saver. She made feel so safe, and when you give someone a key to your home, safe is what you need. Jenna did that and more, I believe she deserves a raise or bonus, for representing Rover.com, to the up most quality, that she gave. And to the care she gave my cat!!!😀 Thank you Jenna”

About: I have been an animal lover for as long as I can remember! Growing up, my family always had dogs, and as I got older, my passion for animals continued to grow. I currently own a dog grooming business and have been grooming for the past 3 years, giving me extensive hands-on experience working with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments. Over the years, I have owned and cared for horses, cattle, goats, poultry, pigs, dogs, and cats. I also breed Australian Shepherds, which has given me extensive knowledge of animal behavior, care, and daily needs. I am comfortable administering medications and injections and can provide personalized care tailored to your pet’s specific needs. My goal is to provide a safe, comfortable, and stress-free experience for every pet while giving owners peace of mind knowing their pets are receiving quality care and attention. I am readily available to care for your pet and can accommodate to almost any schedule. I currently run my own business as a dog groomer so I have a fairly flexible schedule to maximize the time I can spend with your pet. I will never put your pet in a situation where they feel uncomfortable as I want them to feel safe and relaxed as well as have fun while they are in my care. I am able to provide frequent updates of your pet.
“Wonderful!! Kayla and Taylor LOVE animals. They were so amazing. Excellent communication and attention to detail. Great pics sent at every check in. Do not hesitate to book them. Will definitely use them again.”

About: I grew up on a farm with many types of animals and hard work. I have worked in veterinary clinics as a kennel attendant and now a veterinary assistant for over 10 years. I have experience with dogs, cats, and exotic pets. I'm comfortable caring for elderly and sick pets as well as giving medications. I live and work in the Liberty MO area. I am an early morning person and can do early morning drop in visits and walks before 7 am (including weekends and holidays). I typically get my lunch break between 12-2 pm. I can come and do a drop in visit or do a short walk over my break. Evenings are a possibility but are less flexible and open. I can offer enrichment with treats, playtime and exercise. I like a good cuddle session as well as a hyper wrestling match, or active fetch game. I enjoy being out in God's creation and am open to more nature based walks if you have an active curious pup (like my own dog). I think cats should also be enriched and loved. I like playing games with cats and helping them feel comfortable and spoiled. I have owned a lizard of my own and am not afraid of reptiles or rodents. I think exotic pets need enrichment, entertainment, and love as well.

About: My first pet sitting job was of 2 Boston Terriers at 9, since then I’ve cared for dogs, cats, horses, ducks, chickens, donkey, etc! I have been called a horse whisperer and my special talent in life is that I can get any introverted, sad, scared, animal to come out of it’s shell and feel at ease. I have taken care of farm animals in Nova Scotia, I’ve dog sat in Sweden, I’ve taken care of animals in CA, and I just love animals in general. I am extremely flexible, I work from home and have a sweet dog of my own who is playful and gentle with other animals. I, my husband or even our family as a whole take care of our animals first thing in the morning and at night, and I take time throughout the day to give them love and attention. I am home most of the time, I have lots of space to take your dog out to play (set up like a park but not fenced in, I can take them on a leash as needed) I have a kennel if you need or can set up yours. If you have a cat, my dog is used to them, though she does have an energetic greeting but we can separate them. I’m also happy to come visit your darlings at their home and make them feel comforted and ease. I’m one of those crazy animal ladies who likes to talk to animals, so I’ll soothe them and let them know you’ll be home soon!

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
