About: I have over 30 years experience training dogs. I am able to dog sit from my home full time. I recently moved to a large property in the country, that is a short 35 minute drive from Madisons west side. I have a acer that is completely fenced in and I am more than happy to offer pick up and drop off to the west side of Madison. I'm professional trained as a dog groomer, worked professionally for over 6 years as a groomer, dog trainer and doggie daycare provider. I have also worked as a vet assistant for 2 years in Denver Colorado. I am certified in humane and dog CPR and I graduated with an EMS degree for humans, this training helps me respond to variety of situations with confidence. I was a volunteer at two different Humane Society's for over 12 years. I have fostered, rehabilitated and Rehoused 15 dogs most with serious behavioral issues. I am an avid dog lover and enjoy spending time with my dogs and other people's dogs. I can stay home full time now. I also have a full acer that is fenced and I have walking trails in the country and I still frequently go to the dog park and I am never gone more than 1-2 hours. Rover is away for me to stay home with my dogs and hopefully your dogs. My dogs LOVE having dog friends visit our pack and home.-I am a firm believer in the saying "A tired dog is a good dog".- I have been dog sitting full time for the past year and I enjoy being home all day long. I recently moved and have an acer of fenced land and I am happy to offer pick up and drop off of your pet or we can meet closer to your house. I am only about 30 mins south of Madison. I have a huge fenced yard with extra gates and separate fenced areas to do introductions safely. Dogs are NEVER left unsupervised outside. Your dog’s safety and mine dogs safety is my top priority!

About: I grew up with dogs and cats. I also did dog obedience and agility in 4-h. I love getting out to go for walks. I enjoy my time outdoors. I am open to any day of the week at any time. I often get my dog out three times a day for a walk. Depending on the day with my husband schedule, I would need to work around that. I have one dog that is very friendly and high energy at times. She likes to play a little rough and loves making new friends. I get her out 3-4 times a day. Rather that is for an hour long walk or even just going to the bathroom.

My children are grown leaving me with an abundance of free time Soft voices and lots of love and attention. Dogs I like to run and make sure that they have the exercise they need. About: I have had my own pets since college, but grew up with dogs. I’ve had a range of dogs from border collies, to labs, to Great Danes, to Basset hounds. I also have had numerous cats. All of my dogs have lived long, exceptionally spoiled lives, and I follow current dog training suggestions for behavior. I’ve raised a few litters of Danes, and most recently, a litter of Bassets. I have a full time job during the week so am really only available on weekends, but depending on location, exceptions can be made especially if it is for just check-ins. I’m willing to come to your home and follow your pet rules so your pets stay comfortable and safe, and don’t have their routine disrupted.

About: I am a CVT with several years experience with dogs, cats, and horses of all ages, I especially love the senior pets! I am trained in medications, wound care, and palliative care. I currently work during the day with most evenings free. I would ideally come straight from work to see and spend time with your pet! I'd prefer to get to know your animals routine and what they are comfortable with. I can easily adapt to fit their needs for the visit.

About: I lived on a farm when I was a little one. Later, I was a trusted house sitter for relatives when they traveled (watching the home and taking care of 2 dogs and 2 cats). I owned my own cat for 15 years. I've taken care of farm animals but not on a regular basis. I'm competant with delivering meds and being really careful with senior pets and those needing special care. I'm one of those people who talk to pets like they are people. I can be there for the extra play and snuggles puppies need, but I think the initial potty training should be by their owner. I carefully listen to the owners and what their schedule is like. Then I morph my schedule to be very close to that so the routine is similar with me and their pet. I adhere to the pet owners instructions. I make myself available for the pet so we learn to trust each other. I show lots of affection, if the pet wants to receive it. If not, I can give them space.

About: I am 37 and have worked professionally with dogs for 10 years during my 20s. I began working in a boarding and daycare facility when I was 18. Since that time I have worked for other kennels as I have moved. I received my training certification in 2010 from Animal Behavior College and volunteered extensively at a shelter in Kansas City. I have volunteered with numerous rescue groups providing training and foster homes along with many boarding facilities. HOUSE SITTING: I work from home, with appointments throughout the day so your pets won't be left alone for long. I am flexible fitting into your pets routines, watering plants, and any other up-keeps that need done while you are away. A majority of the time I work from home while having occasional appointments out of the home. This gives me plenty of flexibility to ensure that your pet gets 1:1 time and gets outside when needed. I like to follow my clients routines so their pet can predict as much as possible. My experience has given me a little bit of the super power to predict the future, which leads to me to taking extra safety steps “just in case”
