I have been an avid dog lover my entire life and have been fortunate to raise and adopt several wonderful dogs throughout my journey. Every dog I’ve had has taught me something special, and I truly believe our pets are cherished members of the family. My life has taken me from the beautiful Pacific Northwest to spending 20 years in the California desert, and now I’m excited to call the Toms River, New Jersey area home. One of my favorite things about living here is enjoying the incredible wildlife and beautiful scenery on long walks. I currently share my home with two senior rescue dogs who absolutely love their daily walks. Caring for senior dogs has given me experience with patience, gentle handling, and understanding that every dog has unique needs, routines, and personalities. About: I have 20 years of dog experience, from large breeds to small breeds. I also have experience volunteering at a local animal shelter where feeding, cleaning, walking and playing with the dogs of all sizes was essential. I can be available seven days a week if need be. I am very flexible with my availability. I have no other commitments to keep me from not doing my job. I currently have cats so I change their little boxes daily. I feed them twice a day so they are on a strict feeding routine. When I did have dogs I used to walk them, in addition to having a fenced in yard where they could run and play.

About: I have adopted dogs for over 40 years and all of my friends and relatives have also. My children have dogs and cats which I often take care of when they need me. I had to medicate my sweet Rosie before she passed last year which was heartbreaking (she had kidney disease) but I would anything to give her a longer, healthier life and I will for your dog too. My husband is a wonderful helper and supporter who loves dogs as much as me and will be there to love your dog too!! I am retired so I am always available. I do teach yoga a few days a week but I’m sure that it won’t interfere with my dog services. I have an area out back to let your dog out but always feel the need to walk your dog. A meet and greet will show you how I keep my home so you can trust a clean and safe environment.
