I grew up with animals in my childhood home and am very comfortable with animals of all shapes, sizes, and ages. I have trained, raised and cared for several dogs myself. Daisy was a golden retriever, Zoe was my golden rough collie mutt, Molly was my 10-lb mutt, Charlie was my very sick mutt, Jess was my hyper husky blue heeler mutt, and now I have Frida. Frida is a sweet girl who loves to work. She is a border collie Australian Shepard mutt who came with me from ND. We are working on learning tricks and trying our hand at herding. Yes when I am with your dog we will work on basic obedience, manners, games, and tricks if you should like. I also have some experience with cats and would love more experience. I fostered a very sick kitten last year and have been around lots of friends’ and families’ cats. If there should be other animals that I have not worked with before, I would be happy to learn how to do so. And I would take my time to ensure I follow your care instructions thoroughly. About: I have had pets all my life and have pet sitter and walked dogs for family members since i was young. I have also worked in a veterinary hospital and have had training on how to safely handle pets of all sizes, and how to deal with their temperaments. I have 6 pets of my own so caring for them is a big part of my daily life. I have three dogs (2 of which are puppies!) and three cats who are very playful and are very close to me. I am a full time student working towards a medical laboratory science career. Because of this, i will be in the lab/school from 8-5 every weekday except holidays. I understand that this may not fit well with some pets needs and am happy to answer any questions about my schedule! I have a large fenced yard for my dogs who like to be very active and we have lots of toys around the house to play with them and the cats all day long. On nicer days we take my dog to the farmers market or dog park to walk around. I would be able to care for your pets on walks if they are harnessed and leashed so they are secure and cannot escape.

About: I have had my own dogs, plus taken care of my friends dogs in my home for 20+ years. I also have 4 dog adoring teenagers who also will love on your fur baby. We have a 2 year old Morkie with a big personality. I am a stay at home homeschool mom. Other than taking teens to/from work or at the gym, I am routinely home for dog care. There is rarely a time when I or one of my children isn’t home. I am able to walk your dog at our home or yours, or let them in our fenced back yard if they are staying with me.
