“Kristin did a wonderful job dropping in on Calvin (a cat) for me! The updates from her to see that he was doing good while I was away were great and I appreciate the pictures that I got showing that he was having a good time when she dropped by. A specific note, I appreciate her flexibility and patience on the first day when there were some issues on my end of getting her access to my building. When I need someone to watch him again, she will definitely be top of the list!”

“I had an emergency trip I needed to take, she was able to come meet me and the cats same day. Did everything I asked and she kept me updated with lots of pics while I was away, seemed very kind and caring. Would use her services again.”

“Raven was a very pleasant, respectful and sweet girl! You could tell the way she first interacted with my pets that she is an animal lover for sure! My cats and dog instantly loved her as well. She took such wonderful care of my two cats while we were gone, and we would definitely ask Raven to check on our cats again next time we are out of town!”

“I know Katie personally and can attest to the kind person she is! That quality definitely shines through on Rover and I am extremely thankful for her drop-in care for our dogs! She made time to squeeze us into her busy schedule and it meant so much. I highly recommend Katie for your Rover pet care needs!! ?”

About: Not sure where to start! I have taken care of animals of all shapes and sizes! I have a cat named Lexi. I have owned/cared for large breeds, all breed, cats, horses, goats, the works. I am extremely loving and passionate for taking care of humans and animals. I'm not a certified trainer but I have trained my previous dogs in clicker training, behavioral training, and harness training. I'm not afraid of any animals what so ever. Sunday, Monday, Wednesday I take care of beautiful humans. I thoroughly love my job but also have a deep love for animals also. When I'm not at work, I generally have my 2 year old but my husband helps! I absolutely adore animals of all shapes and sizes (with the exception of spiders and snakes). I am one of the most loving people you will ever meet. I will 100% ensure they are fed, pottied, and loved for before I "leave them". They might get left with extra lovings or maybe a surprise over night if needed. I love hiking. My apartment is equipped with dog care essentials. Even if it's too hot, I'm always okay with playing in the water and having a "weighted blanket" for extra cuddles.

“First time trying rover and was skeptical at first but it didn’t disappoint me. Vannessa is very reliable, friendly, and very communicative! Will definitely rebook again :)”

“This was my first time using Rover and I am so happy that I found the app. Nathan was fantastic! He came several days before our booking date to meet our three cats, Lucky, Squeak, and Caramel. Our cats took to him right away, so I knew he was going to be our sitter. I enjoyed the daily pictures of our cats and they looked so content. Nathan will definitely be our sitter the next time we need one. Thanks Nathan for a fantastic job!!! Jo Anne Pullins”

“Olivia was FANTASTIC! Did a great job of watching our Randy, a temperamental older dachshund, for a few days. Fed him, took him potty, even cleaned a dish and put it in the sink for us. Randy took a liking to her! Highly recommended.”

About: When me and your dog get together, and I’ll drop off your dog. Your dog will tell you how much they enjoyed the excitement and plans, but we did the amount of walks we do in the amount of time to play play fetch go to the dog park go on a run, the amount of snacks that we eat it’s like a dream come true just in dog form. I love my dog and being outside so I will love your dog just as much maybe more! Every day of the week Sunday through Sunday whenever I can play with your dog or changes going on a walk is the perfect time for me. I care for the dog like it’s my dog. Anytime of the daylight and sun is up is when we will be outside and enjoying the sunshine and breeze

“Ashlyn is very reliable and communicative. She took great care of our two cats and sent lot’s of pictures while my wife and I were away on a trip. I highly recommend her services and will definitely ask her to watch our pets again in the future.”

About: I have house sat multiple times for the same families, which included care for both dogs and cats. One family had ill animals that needed special pills and diets, while the other had a puppy who needed walks to remain calm. I follow the instructions of the owners as best I can, and attempt to give the animals as much love and attention as I can offer. I was paid professionally to care for animals when I worked as a personal assistant for three years. I know that it can be hard work to care for animals, but I am willing to put forth the effort for them. I have had and cared for them all of my life, and I look forward to caring for yours! I work full time, but can be flexible with my lunch break. At the least, I could drop in three times a day or stay with them in the evenings. On weekends, if I am petsitting or dropping in, your pup or cat would be my highest priority and my schedule is much more flexible. Petsitting: When staying at a client's home, I keep the area tidy and try to spend more time with the pet than not. When I am not at work, I would be able to walk, play, and cuddle to their heart's content. If I have social plans, I adjust them to the pets needs so they are not left alone for too long. Dogwalking & Drop-Ins: After walking/playing with/checking on your pup, I would ensure they have adequate water and a treat, then give them some time to rest. Once I've ensured they've cooled down, I would let them out once more before topping off their water and leaving them for a nap. During the work weeks, walks would be at noon and after 5pm, but weekends are flexible.

About: I have experience working with zoo animals and I’ve worked at my local humane society and vet clinic. I take the time to understand each dog’s unique behavior in order to become the best of friends! At the vet clinic I was a boarding assistant so each day I handled dozens of different dogs. I try to learn about your pet and treat them just like any other living creature. I have rehabilitated a dog that was destined to be euthanized because of his aggressive behavior. I spent every day with him and did what needed to be done to help him realize the world isn’t that scary when you have a friend to explore it with. Although cats are my animal of choice, dogs are a close second. I work full time as a lab tech at a small dental arts studio. My three co-workers, our boss, and I all have a mutual respect and understanding of each other’s needs. I think we would all agree that pets and personal affairs come first. Meaning I can easily leave work to manage your animals as needed. I have had pets in the house my entire life. I currently live with two cats a a dog, so having your pet stay with me would not really be an option. If your dog is friendly to other dogs, our dog, Beasley, is very well behaved and loves to play with anything that moves! In past house/pet sitting jobs I have gone to the dog park with both her and the owner’s dogs so if that is something you would be ok with I we would have so much fun doing that!

About: My fiancé and I have had dogs our entire life and currently have two dogs, Samantha (husky) and Olive (golden retriever). In college, I adopted an elderly terrier mix that my roommates and I loved for 3 years until he passed away. I enjoy being physically active so I would love to go on long walks, runs, and hikes with your high energy dog. I’m always up for playing fetch, giving belly scratches or hanging out on the couch with your dog. Our schedule tends to be flexible and I will work hard to meet your animal’s specific needs. I look forward to meeting you and your furry friend! We always take our dogs for a morning or evening walk and frequently go to the Braeburn dog park. We both work full time but go home for lunch if needed. We have a fenced in yard and two very friendly dogs to keep your pooch company or to run around and play with. During the day, our dogs stay in their crate so we are happy to let your dog roam the house or stay in another crate.

About: I have a lot of experience with animals, I have been house sitting for neighbors and family friends since I was thirteen. With that being said I am expected to take the dogs for a walk or a hike and make sure they aren’t lonely while while their parents are gone. I also used to volunteer at our local humane society, this included walking dogs, cleaning the kennels, and feeding them. Growing up I have always been in a household with multiple animals, I live in a house with 4 other people which meant that we would have to coordinate when to take the dogs out for a walk, and potty break, and to feed them. I care for pets in my home and other peoples home by making sure they are feeling comfortable and relaxed. They get stressed enough when we have to leave them throughout the day, with that being said I want to be able to provide services that best suited for the specific pets. Whether that is a short walk, just a potty break, or stopping in to feed them I want to be able to help others out because life is already chaotic enough as it is.
