Pet parents know best - I’m here to take care of your pet in whatever ways you prefer, with lots of love and safety in mind.

“Chuco was able to play at the dog park near my apartment and I know he loves that. I got pictures and he had a big smile. I felt he was safe and will use Kaelyn again while I am at work.”

About: Animals of various species have been a part of my family my entire adult life. My current personal pets are a Chihuahua mix, a senior Boston terrier, a gray shorthaired cat, a ball python snake, and a Merauke blue tongue skink. Prior to my current mini breeds I had an 185 pound great Dane that lived his entire life as our family. I am equally comfortable with young pets as I am senior pets, as I am small breeds to giant braids, and I’m also familiar with special needs. I work routes as my daily job which are early in the morning, and as a general rule my days are freed up by 11am. Each pet is cared for as the individual they are and their needs are met as such. We have everything from reptiles to dogs, old and young, social and antisocial.

About: I have recent experience with senior dogs and puppies. I am exceptional at keeping to routines/schedules. Also, I am not afraid of poop! Especially if your pup isn’t quite potty trained, no worries! I currently have 2 cairn terriers named Tilly and Lou Lou. We recently lost our almost 15 year old, Boo, and we miss her terribly every day. I had a childhood family dog for almost 14 years. She was an Australian Shepherd named Angel. I absolutely love dogs and how pure and unconditional their love is. I also have experience caring for children and people with disabilities, and I have a BA in psychology. I am willing to care for all breeds and sizes of dogs. I am currently a stay at home dog mom, so I am open for walks almost any weekday in the mornings or afternoons as long as I still have time to care for my own babies! I am happy to pick up your dog at your home to go on walks, or to drop in if they need potty, water, food, or play breaks. Although dogs typically naturally are comfortable in my presence, I would love to meet them to become comfortable ahead of time so they trust me.

About: Available for services in Brinnon, Lilliwaup, Hoodsport, Lake Cushman and Union. I've been caring for dogs for decades personally, and for family and friends for over 15 years. I have loads of compassion, impeccable attention to detail, and connecting with your pup through their unique expressions of communication is the primary focus of my attention when we're together. I work from home, so have a very flexible schedule that can easily meet your and your pups' needs daily. If you're interested in in-home sitting, my work allows me to remain with your pup for most of the day (minus appointments with walking clients). This allows us to establish and maintain a routine each day - a critical component of limiting your pup's stress while adjusting to you being away. On walks and home checks I offer training reinforcement as well as the kind of walk your dog needs: lots of sniffing time, or a face-paced multi-mile walk/hike, or a little of both! In your home, I will care for it and your pup as my own. Respecting your home's security, your neighbors, and your home's cleanliness is top priority.

About: I have almost 24 years of experience working with a variety of animals in a variety of settings (clinics, shelters, boarding/doggy day care and pet sitting). I am working full-time at a veterinary clinic, however, I am available to drop by in the mornings before work and in evenings after work. Since I am caring for pets in their own home, I will follow the guidelines and rules that have been provided for their safety and protection.

About: I currently have 3 dogs right now! I have had at least one pet my entire life! I love dogs and enjoy taking care of them and I also love just getting to spend time with them. I have taken care of my own dogs and have helped to dog sit neighbors and friends dogs in the past! I am very responsible and also caring! I am currently working full time Monday-Thursday 6am-4pm but am free anytime on weekends Friday-Sunday! Weekends would work best for house sitting or dog walking purposes. I have a fenced in yard that is fairly large as well as a dog park not far from where I live! I also have 3 dogs who are friendly and love to play! We have a dog door in our house that leads to the backyard so our dogs are free to go outside and come back in as they please!

About: I have had a family dog since I was young, and I previously worked for Guide Dogs for the Blind in San Rafael, CA as a Canine Neonatal and Welfare Technician. I am trained in dog care from neonates to adults. I am most comfortable with big dogs, but love all kinds and types! I'm from Northern California and recently moved to WA. I absolutely love dogs and I look forward to providing exceptional, compassionate, loving care to your furry family. 🐾 I am currently working from home full time, so my schedule allows for lots of walks and an abundance of attention throughout the day ! I have a yard and two dogs at home to keep your pet comfortable and entertained. I have lots of experience handling dogs, and I am happy and willing to communicate as much as requested to keep pet parents in the loop and feeling comfortable!

“Jessica did a great job with our dogs! She took the time to get to know their commands and schedules before agreeing to walk them. Very happy with her service! Will definitely use her again 🐶”

About: “If I could be half the person my dog is, I’d be twice the human I am.” –Charles Yu Hi, I’m a lifelong animal lover with over 30 years of experience caring for pets—11 of those years professionally. I've cared for everything from sled dog teams to horses to chickens but dogs are truly my passion, and there’s nothing I enjoy more than spending my days walking, boarding, and providing them with the love and attention they deserve. I am currently certified in Dog Massage, Dog Training Methods to Stop Barking, and Pet Choking. My home is a doggy playground, complete with two fenced yards (one in front and one in back) for playtime and located right next to the beautiful trails of Illahee Park for long, scenic walks. Dogs are allowed on couches and beds here - your furry friend will feel right at home with me! Boarding and House sitting bookings come with a framed fantasy pet portrait of your pet(s) so if you have a preference for your pet paw-trait, please let me know! A little more about us: My husband and I moved here from Issaquah when we bought our first home in Bremerton in July 2023. I didn't bring my clients with me because of the distance, even though I wish I could have! I "retired" at that time from dog sitting but we started doing it again occasionally for friends, neighbors, and family and we realized how much we really missed doing it! We love it here in Kitsap County. So, while I'm not new to professional pet care, I'm newish to the Rover platform - if you have any concerns about my pricing or availability, please don’t hesitate to reach out. My rates reflect the quality of care I provide and are set to ensure my services are worthwhile. That said, I understand the Rover platform can occasionally create confusion, so I’m happy to discuss any unique circumstances you may have. As a freelance graphic designer working from home, I have the flexibility and freedom to dedicate plenty of quality time to caring for pets, whether that be in my home, or at yours. Boarding and Housesitting bookings come with a framed fantasy pet paw-trait of your pet(s). I have two friendly dogs at home who love company and are always up for playtime. They spend a lot of time having fun in our yard, but we also enjoy occasional trips to the local off-leash park. For more adventurous outings, we take longer hikes through the beautiful trails at Illahee and Dickerson, giving them plenty of exercise and exploration.

“Ella was quick to communicate leading up to her visit and dog walk. She showed up on time and sent a bunch of photos during her visit with my pup :) such a life saver with the federal return to office mandate!”
