“She is excellent! I highly recommend her for dog sitting. She kept in communication with me throughout the entire dog sitting. She sent me pictures of cuddling with my dogs which I really appreciated. She also took good care of my home while I was gone. She is awesome and I would recommend her to everyone.”

“Lydia was FANTASTIC with our anxious pup and two cats! The dog and one of the cats have medical needs and Lydia handled them with expertise. She took the time to find a great walking path to give our dog daily walks since we are new to the area. She was a pro with his anxiety and kept him comfortable the whole time we were gone. We felt so comfortable and were fully able to relax. We highly highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dog walker or house sitter - you won’t find anyone better!”

“I am so thankful to have Eyowyn care for my dogs. It was the first time leaving my Velcro pets. She worked patiently with us when we had last minute changes. She was able to calm them and they enjoyed her visits. Her confidence in being able to handle the situation allowed me to relax and enjoy my weekend away. I am so happy she will be in the area for another year!”

“Abigail is attentive, warm and friendly. She asked the right questions about Ripley, our 11 year old Shichon, and our home where she will home sit. Ripley is very cautious and over protective. But when she met Abigail for the first time, she immediately warmed up to her. We will rebook with Abigail again!”

“Sara sat with our older dog Snorkie. She arrived on time and kept me informed throughout the day on how things were going. We felt secure knowing our baby was being cared for. We will definitely use Sara again.”

“Cameron was amazing with our 2 Great Danes and cat! She took them to the dog park and on lots of walks! Lots of pictures were shared and we came back to healthy, happy animals!”

There, I care for reptiles, amphibians, fish, and even arachnids, giving me both the compassion and confidence to care for exotic pets of all kinds. I’m a full time student at JMU, with classes M-Th, I am offering all day/as needed care on weekends starting Friday after 1pm. I am open to drop-ins and walks after 6pm weekdays, except Tuesday. Being that I’m a student, I do not offer pet care from my home, however I always have a mindful approach to offering in-home pet care for clients. “I'm almost afraid to leave an honest review. BECAUSE, I WANT TO BE ABLE TO BOOK HIM AGAIN! And I don't want him to be too busy. He did a wonderful job with our dog and our house. Saxon got all the exercise he needed, then apparently slept the afternoon away. Our home looked exactly how we left it. Maybe even better. Finn came for a meet and greet with Saxon and asked great questions about what Saxon likes and does not do, or should no do. We were very pleased and would definitely book him again.”

“Sean took great care of our anxious rescue. She can be a high-strung handful and they got along great! He's a very good communicator and respectful of time and property! Highly recommend.”

“I highly recommend Vana and we look forward to booking again with her soon. ❤️ She did a wonderful job with our dog Bodhi, taking him on walks, sitting with him at home and bringing him to our dog park. She communicated with us clearly, sent text and photo updates throughout the day and had a wonderful meet and greet to get them introduced to each other. Can’t wait to see you again Vana! 🐶”

She takes care of animals with such gratitude and grace and will always make the animals her number one priority.”

Adrian M.
“I have a 4 year old poochon who is a bit shy with strangers and the way he gravitated towards Adriane had me so surprised!! He allowed her to give him a belly rub which I’ve only seen him do to the immediate household members that live in the house. Adriane definitely has a warm and friendly spirit to her that my little guy Cody drew towards. Adriane made sure his feedings were on time. She not only walked him but also took him to the dog park in our neighborhood and sent pictures to update me throughout the day. Cody’s fur is very high-maintenance and needs to be brushed everyday. Adriane took care of that for me and gave me one less thing to worry about when I got home. I highly recommend her services and I look forward to having her watch Cody again!”
