About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 12 years old. I can play with them, pick up after them, bathe them and make sure they’re happy and well fed. And I can take the dog on short or long walks and make sure they’re happy and safe. Also for house sitting I’ll make sure the house is clean and any messes the dog makes is cleaned up as well I’m a student at an online university, but I am taking a break from perusing my BS in forensic accounting. So I have plenty of time to watch your pets. I have two dogs that I take care of with my family. And they are well cared for and I play with them throughout the day and feed them when they need to be fed.

About: I have been volunteering for my local Humane Society for the past year which intakes all different dog breeds and has allowed me to gain great experience with caring for dogs. About: I have experience with animals of all different sizes, ages and temperaments. I am new to Rover but definitely not new to taking care of animals. I have been fostering cats and dogs for years through MEHS, BAHS and stray rescue STL. Can provide proof if needed. I recently adopted one of my beautiful foster babies (Lilo). She is the only dog I have currently and is only 5 months old and very friendly with anyone and everything. I do have a 9 year old (Simba) and 6 month old (Charlie) cat, as well as a turtle (Peanut) I have had for 5 years. All of my animals are spayed/neutered. They are all allowed to enjoy the furniture just as much as I am. I would love to give your animals all the love and care while you are away. I am currently in college, so in my free time, I am usually home studying and cuddling up with my fur babies on the couch. I work part-time nights so I usually go in late while the animals are asleep so I am able to spend the day taking care of our pets. I make sure to feed them, give them a nice fresh bowl of clean water. Spoil them with a treat or two. Give them some love and affection, let them out to use the restroom and walk them if that is something you'd like me to do as well, as i know all animals have different needs and some need more exercise than others. About: Hi there! I have been pet sitting off and on for over 10 years. I love every dog and strive to give them the best time possible. Enrichment is my specialty, as I love to help a dog's brain work. I am the owner of Your Pet Life Coach, and I help teach people about how enrichment activities can be fun for your pup and also help with behavior issues. I am a self-taught dog trainer and have trained a few dogs, even one for commericals and photo shoots. My ideal day would be chilling with the pup, allowing them to tell me what they would like to do: cuddle, play ball, train. I believe I read every dog very well. I have a certificate in Animal Reiki, Crystal Healing, and Massage, along with certification in pet first aid and CPR. I have experience with both geriatric seniors and puppies, helping old dogs get up and move around, and training puppies to potty train and perform basic obedience. I am available every evening during the week, for check ins, walking and other fun activities. I am almost always available the entire day on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. I work a full time job at WashU. I am in the office Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8-5. If your pet can not be alone that long, I can make arrangements with my husband to check on them during the day. He will also come to the meet and greet that we set up ahead of time. I am very thorough with retrieving all information from the pet parent, and also reading the pets body language. I follow the owners rules in their home and with their pet. I am available for house sitting (I have experience with plants and other small animals as well), for daily walks, and check ins.

I do work an evening shift at Applebee's from 5 to 9 on Tuesdays and Thursdays, but I’m available the rest of the week for pet care. Safety is always my top priority on walks. I use well-fitted gear, avoid overstimulating areas, and stay tuned in to each dog’s comfort level. I take time to build trust using a calm voice, positive reinforcement, and clear communication. I also like to add fun to our walks by playing simple games along the way, not just for exercise, but for mental enrichment too. I can adjust the pace, route, and even the treats I use depending on the dog’s needs or any allergies. My goal is for every walk to feel safe, peaceful, and enjoyable.
