I have grown up with dogs and now have my own, so I have plenty experience with them. I can do over night stays. I have never had any trouble with the dogs I have cared for! About: HI, I'm an active, animal-loving mom of 2 grown boys with 12 years experience of caring for my own rambunctious dog, who passed away last year. I also love to walk! What a great opportunity to combine 2 loves :) I will treat your dog with the utmost care and follow your specific instructions to keep their routine. I will be sure to give them all the attention they want! I am responsible & reliable and can't wait to meet your pup! I have flexibility from 8am-5pm Monday through Friday and can walk your dog 1-4 times per day. Depending on the weekend, I may have some availability in the mornings then as well. Same applies to dog/cat drop-in visits. Currently I’m only dog-walking and doing pet check-ins. When I'm in your home, I will be very respectful of your space. She did a great job handling all pet care tasks including administering medication to my Labradoodle. Both of my dogs weigh over 70lbs, and Carolyn is clearly capable of working with large dog breeds. She was extremely communicative and left very detailed notes for each visit. Upon my return, it was clear that the fuzzy herd was extremely happy and well taken care of. Carolyn went above and beyond to care for my pets like they were her own and I will absolutely be booking her for future pet sitting and dog walking. About: I have spent my entire life loving dogs and can never get enough, I don’t remember a day growing up that we didn’t have a dog! I am a retired paramedic/firefighter that stumbled upon owning the most amazing dog walking/sitting business ever in the heart of DuPont Circle for 10 years and I would love to share more about that with you if we connect! I was constantly told I have a gift with animals and was known around town as the dog whisperer! In 2021 we, my husband of almost thirty years, moved into our dream home on the water in Annapolis where I have been dog walking/sitting through word of mouth from neighbors and friends. I am available Monday through Friday’s for walks with short notice as little as an hour! I am a 4 minute drive to dog parks if that is what your doggo prefers! We do not have a fenced yard but rest assure your doggo will get PLENTY of exercise while staying with us. My husband and I are highly energetic and love to take long walks.
