“Stephanie was the best!!! My pups seemed totally chilled and happy when I got home after being gone for almost a week. I would definitely use her again!”

“Anya is a pet lover/setter SUPREME. She followed every instruction and went far beyond our expectations in caring for our GSP Hans. We will absolutely use her whenever possible. She's a gem!!”

“She was fantastic in every way. Sydney was punctual, provided updates with photos, and my dogs kept looking for her after she left. It was fantastic to not have to worry about my house/dogs when I was out of town. I’ll definitely use her again if my clingy dogs didn’t scare her away. 🙂”

“I was really nervous. We have two large dogs, they can be a handful. Megan was amazing. She went above and beyond my expectations. She definitely knows how to deal with animals, I’ve never seen my Shepherd warm up that quickly to a new person.”

About: Pet sitting is awesome because I want to spend time with as many wonderful pets as I can. I'll treat them just as well as I would like my pets to be treated since I know how important they are. Prior to Good Dog, I would pet sit for family, friends and neighbors. They deserve the best care even the little rambunctious ones. I have been working and volunteering in pet care for years. Interacting with any animal makes me happy but bunnies will always have a special place in my heart. Regardless of whether they have fur or scales I treat my pets, and other’s pets as family members who need just as much love and emotional care as they do physically. Thank you for this opportunity
About: I've loved taking care of dogs since I was 10 years old and my uncle would trust me to let his dog out after school. I really enjoy snuggling, walking, and running with dogs, particularly with my own Pyrenees, Stanley Kubrick. I have a lot of experience with large dogs and am willing to provide whatever level of exercise your dog requires. I do currently attend school, but keep my weekends free. I attend school from 8 to 4 on weekdays, and am willing to provide exercise both before and after these times depending on the needs of your dog. I don't often go out on weekends and thus will be able to devote most of my time to your dog should I house-sit for you. You can trust me to be dependable in the times that I come to check on your dog, as I do drive myself and am punctual, ensuring that your dog isn't left alone for long periods of time. I'm open to lengthy walks or runs, and am also willing to transport your dog to veterinary appointments if need be. I can be trusted to give your dog necessary medications and, in the case that your dog is yet to be potty-trained, can be trusted to be vigilant about these needs. I can be firm with discipline in accordance with whatever your training policies are. I'm comfortable stowing a dog away in a crate if need be, and have the energy to make sure that your dog gets the playtime they need. I'm also willing to pick up dog waste from the yard. I also have three dogs of my own, and thus am comfortable taking care of numerous dogs at once, even if they do not get a long with one another.

“As a pet parent I was nervous about leaving my babies with someone, Jaime did amazing job with updates and pictures. We are planning a longer trip and going to ask her to come stay. I would never think twice again she loved on my babies like I would.”

Whether it’s a playful puppy full of energy, a senior pet who needs a gentler touch, or a shy cat who just needs a calm companion, I take time to learn each animal’s unique personality and routine. I’m prone to sending daily photo updates so you always know how your pet is doing. About: I had a dog for seven years, and I took care of him like he was my own until he passed away. Since then I’ve been volunteering at the Humane Society, and I take care of a variety of dogs there on Saturdays. When I go to college next year, I’m going to for pre vet studies I used to volunteer on Saturdays for the morning shift at the Humane Society. I’ll be available to walk dogs, pet sit and stay week nights while on breaks from school. I have catsat my sisters cat for a week while she was out of town. I am a regular sitter for a client outside of my family. She is my mothers co worker and has 1 cat and a toy poodle. I can change the litter, put out fresh food, have playtime and cuddle. I also clean up any messes made by the animal and/or myself. With dogs I make sure to have time outside with walks and playing in the backyard. I treat every pet with kindness, and it’s very important for them to connect with me and gain trust. At the Humane Society, so many dogs are neglected and above cleaning their cages and feeding them, what they really need is quality time. I am patient with new animals to gain their trust. I let them come to me then slowly start to pet and play with them. I let them into my personal space and do enjoy cuddling and playing with cats and dogs.
