Anyone who meets me quickly learns I am an animal lover! I’ve lived with dogs and cats my entire life. I’m experienced with administering oral and ear medications to dogs and oral, ear, and eye medications to cats. I also have some experience administering both food and medication through an esophageal feeding tube. In addition to my personal experience, I previously volunteered with Shreveport Bossier Animal Rescue, Winnfield Animal Shelter, 4PAWS and Heart of Louisiana Humane Society. Basically, I’m completely comfortable with all aspects of the pet life, from the nitty gritty cleaning to the fun cuddle and pet sessions! My goal is to make sure your pet feels loved and cared for while you are away and to give you complete peace of mind ❤️

In my home, I stick to a strict routine with my cats, especially when it comes to feeding (otherwise, they’d eat me out of house and home!). I understand the importance of rules when it comes to taking care of another person’s pets and methodically follow all given instructions. I want your pet to feel comfortable while you are away, and keeping their routine as similar as possible goes a long way! I have experience crating dogs and letting them free roam. As with cats, mine get to roam freely throughout my home, but I follow my client’s instructions when it comes to what their pets can access :)

I needed a last minute drop in while on vacation and Alexandra came through! Communication was great, I received updates and photos, and it gave me peace of mind knowing Finley was being cared for while I was away. I would absolutely book again and highly recommend her to anyone needing reliable pet care!

Alexandra was wonderful with my dog and my cat. She was very attentive, loving, and communicative. There was an unfortunate incident by no fault of her own on this visit which she handle with professionalism and care.

Alexandra did a wonderful job taking care of our kitty for a week plus! She is a lovely person - the kitty (and my granddaughter and I) liked her from the get go. She is utterly dependable - you can just about set your watch by her visits. She is flexible - I had to extend her visits twice, at the last minute, and she graciously rolled with it. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her services to anyone and will definitely reach out to her next time we need help with our kitty!
Alexandra was wonderful with my babies! One of my dogs has anxiety. Alexandra was patient and supportive of them both. She befriended them and gave them lots of love. She truly went above and beyond for my babies! She sent so many wonderful photos, I felt at ease knowing my animals were loved and cared for

Schedule
I work full time, 8-5 Monday-Friday. Because of that, I fit in Rover visits before and after work on the weekdays. I am available anytime on weekends! I generally have flexibility with my work schedule around holidays as well, and I get off for all major holidays :)
