“Joshua was very professional. He met max days before the visit was due. I was very nervous about having someone in my house without me being there but I felt comfortable this time. He took max on a good walk and I will definitely be booking again when needed!”

“Nacho takes amazing care of my two cats. I have one very needy ragdoll who needs lots of pets and attention and one very scardy cat. Both of them seem super comfortable around him and he will be their sitter going forward for all future trips. So thankful to have found him.”

“We’ve used Michael several times and our cats love him. We have a couple with special diets and he’s always made sure to give them their correct meds and food. I could not recommend him highly enough.”

About: I have always had pets, specifically indoor dogs and cats. I also have 2 years experience as a kennel tech at a boarding/grooming facility where I worked with dogs of all sizes, cats, reptiles, rabbits and other small mammals. I am comfortable with any size dog and most temperaments. Each dog deserves care and attention, I am well aware that certain breeds have more difficult personality traits (and for good reason, too!) so just let me know what your dog needs and I will accommodate. Regarding dog walks: I am not currently booking for dog walks due to a torn ligament in my ankle. I am still capable of drop ins, boarding, etc. as I am healing, but walks are on hiatus for a few weeks! I am stable/sturdy - just in a boot. I work full time but am available after 5pm on weekdays. I do have a flexible schedule so if you need something, I may be able to accommodate if I can work from home! I have open availability on the weekends. As someone with kennel tech experience, I am very comfortable crating dogs and taking them for walks, playing as much as they want, and adjusting to their specific needs. I also have experience administering medication, both oral and injections.
About: Hi neighbors! When I’m not in the classroom, I’m hanging out with my 6-year-old Chihuahua and enjoying the outdoors. Since I have some extra time [on weekends/this summer], I’d love to help care for your furry family members! Reliable & Patient: Years of experience managing classrooms (and one sassy Chihuahua). Flexible: Available for walks, potty breaks, or pet sitting. Local: Right here in the neighborhood! Message me for rates and availability. I can't wait to meet your pups! PM me if you need a hand with: Afternoon walks Feeding/Check-ins Weekend sitting I have time after school and on weekends to care for your pet! The "Safety Check" Protocol: Upon arrival, I do a quick sweep of the "danger zones" (ensuring trash cans are closed, loose items are off the floor, and gates are secure). Routine Consistency: I stick strictly to your pet’s schedule. Whether it's the exact time for a pill or the specific way they like their ears scratched, I maintain their "home-school" routine to minimize anxiety. Communication: You’ll get "Report Cards" (updates and photos) after every visit so you know exactly how they’re doing. Property Respect: As a professional, I leave your home exactly as I found it—well-guarded and tidy.
“Absolutely wonderful. I was worried because my dog is elderly and takes multiple medication but Jessica welcomed all of my request. They declined my offers to short-cuts and exceeded my walking expectations. The cherry on top is my dog looked healthier than every when I came back.”

“Sarah helped take care of my little guy over the weekend. She was a quick study for an old cat with a few extraordinary needs. She showed up at the requested times and provided adequate summaries. Her care for my Wyatt was spot on.”

“First time using app for an unexpected family matter. I contacted Ericka for a very last minute visit, and she was very helpful and understanding. She was always quick to respond and very excited to meet us. When I was unable to get to my dog, Ericka was more than willing to check in on him more than once. My dog was very happy and healthy when I returned!”

About: I am an experienced animal caregiver with over 2 decades of experience with dogs large and small, puppies and seniors, cats and kittens as well as experience with animals as small as pocket pets like ferrets, as well as animals as large as draft horses! I am very communicative with my clients as my animals are my babies and I want to ensure they are safe and happy while I am away and I ensure my clients are updated with how their furry companion(s) are handling their absence. Due to having 4 dogs and a medium sized cat, I no longer offer boarding at my home however my schedule for house sitting and drop in visits / walks is usually pretty open. I have reliable transportation with a clean driving record and am always willing to take your pet out for a walk at a trail such as mission reach trails which I live just a few short blocks away from or to a dog park if the client sees fit.
“This was my first time using the Rover app, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’m so thankful to Noel for taking the time to do drop-in visits with Roux and Beignet while I had to be away for my mom’s surgery. She was very considerate, followed all directions perfectly, and I had zero issues while I was gone, which gave me so much peace of mind. My cats are usually slow to warm up, but by the last day they finally did, which says a lot. I truly appreciate the care she gave them and would absolutely love to have her watch Roux and Beignet again in the future.”

“You guys have been super in taking care of my fur baby. I can tell she really loves y’all. She gets excited when I mention you names. And the little perks of straightening up the couch pillows is so nice. I would definitely use you guys again if I come back to San Antonio as a travel nurse.”

I can’t say enough great things about Melissa! She is incredibly kind and caring with Milo, and it truly shows in the way he gets so excited to see her. She always goes above and beyond—not only making sure he gets a great walk, but also taking the extra time to clean his paws or dry him off if he gets wet, which I really appreciate. On top of that, she’s so thoughtful and reliable—she even brings our packages inside without being asked. It’s such a relief knowing Milo is in such good hands and that she genuinely cares about his well-being. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, attentive, and truly dedicated!

I’m beyond grateful for the amazing care Millie provided for our fur babies. From start to finish, she was incredibly professional, attentive, and made sure my fur babies were treated like family. I was so relieved to receive regular updates, complete with adorable photos and messages, which reassured me that my pets were having a great time while I was away. Millie truly went the extra mile, and it was clear that my pets felt comfortable and loved in her care. I can’t recommend her enough. If you want a reliable, kind-hearted pet sitter, Millie is your go to. I’ll definitely be trusting her with my pets again in the future!

Courtney has dropped in on our cat a few times now and each time she has been fantastic! She provides lots of pictures and notes to reassure us of how he is doing. She also follows our directions on how to spoil our baby. Courtney responds quickly, shows up when she says she will and does what you ask her to. And, sometimes she even teaches your cat new tricks or leaves him toys 😊
