About: Since as early as I can remember I have grown up with dogs, and other animals. I have experience in caring for dogs, cats, horses, and some exotic animals as well (small and large animals). I am always ready for a challenge and love spending time with any dog! I have experience in a variety of dog training areas including hunting dogs and service dogs. I am also a pre-veterinary student with basic animal care knowledge! I have worked with a variety of breeds ranging from retrievers and pointers to terriers and toy-breeds. I love working with dogs of all ages and am capable of caring for newborn puppies and your older furry friends! I also have over nine years of house-sitting and pet-sitting experience. Caring for pets is one of my passions so it is easy to make it a part of my daily routine, even while I'm working! Please note, I do work full-time and as such my week-day schedule is typically limited but I am happy to discuss specific options. When caring for your pets they become like my own. I supervise outside time, even if there is a fence and always keep them close!

About: Hi! I’ve been pet sitting and had my own dog for many years. Now, I have experience from drop-in visits to extended overnight stays, with many different types of needs. I’m dedicated to caring for a pet the same way their owner would and look forward to spending time with animals. I work from home most days and can accommodate a flexible potty schedule and activity level. I enjoy taking breaks to spend with pets, to get outside or tuck in on the sofa! I have an enclosed garden and large, unfenced yard. We are well back from the main road so pets are welcome to explore the neighborhood.

About: I have always been around pets of all kinds; reptiles, house pets, farm animals, even a tarantula. I am caring and attentive and up for anything! I work from home and set my own work schedule. Pet care can fit right into my flexible schedule. I would love to have a companion on my walks, as I listen to my podcasts!! I like to do my research on a particular pet if I am going to care for it. About: Life long, I grew up with cat's and dogs. Along with other animals in the household. Mainly growing up with two cat's and a herding dog but also two small lap dogs. I'm working Fridays and weekends. Along with heading to college in the second to last week of August so right now Monday - Thursday are my available days I have two pet Friendly dogs that love to play and I would take them to dog parks to be able to get energy out in a safe and monitored environment.

About: Throughout my life, I’ve always surrounded myself with animals. Ive owned horses, dogs, and cats and also have extensive experience with rescue dogs who have endured trauma. I have yet to meet an animal that I haven’t befriended and continue to work closely with rescues and assist people in rehoming their pets. I just left my job as a social worker and am currently pursuing my MSW. I am looking for a part time gig to help get me through school, so my schedule is pretty open. :) I normally go for a morning walk with my own rescue pup and then hit the yoga mat and get some school work done. My schedule is very flexible. I have a rescue dog who does not get along with other doggos (disappointing but we respect his boundaries). Therefore, I wouldn’t be able to house your doggo at my home but open to house sitting and for advance notice clients, I can have my father watch my dog for a week or so.

About: I have experience working in a doggie daycare setting. I have experienced many dogs of many breeds and followed instructions for each individual dog needs. I have also handled dogs from mild manner to dogs with bigger personalities. Schedules are set daily/weekly/monthly depending on the needs. I offer pet care, pee/exercise breaks to pet sitting so will work with each need that arises to best support the dog and their owners. I do not offer pet care in my home. I will gladly communicate with the owner to accommodate the needs of your pet while taking care of them for you.

About: I’ve always had pets growing up. I’ve learned to care for pets responsibly and give them the love and attention they need everyday. I make sure I’m attentive and fun for all the pets I take care of. I’m in college and can do any job during my breaks and weekends work the best most of the time. Also the summer I am mostly free. I’ll always make sure that your pets are leashed while outside and will make sure your doors are locked in case of possible intruders. I will always keep an eye on your pet so they don’t get up to mischief.

About: As a dog owner myself I fully understand how important they are to your family. My husband & I have been in our “pet parents” era for 5 years now, so I’m sure you can only imagine how spoiled our Georgia girl is. When you hire me, you’re getting someone who’s going to treat your dog exactly as their own. I want to see their little wiggly butts & all of their cute tricks when they are in my care. I always offer a meet & greet so I can learn about their dislikes/likes , favorite toys and scratches & all of the cute things you love about them and or maybe naughty things they do before I take care of them so I can offer a safe & familiar environment! I have 10+ years of experience with drop ins, day care & dog walking. Rover has given me the opportunity to make new furry friends & to continue being active outside during all 4 of VT seasons. I work remote Monday through Friday at my home here in St. Albans and I have the flexibility to take breaks when needed and can be present while caring for the pets. I have a huge back yard where I live and a very sweet dog named Georgia that loves to cuddle & go for daily walks. We are a very pet friendly home. Dogs will be tucked in while sleeping.

About: I’ve been taking care of and walking neighbors dogs since I was in middle school, I still remember their names and their favorite ways to play. I’ll be in the state for about a month and during that time I am nearly completely free for helping out with helping out in any way I can. I’m always respectful to house rules and have always been good at judging a dogs mood as well as being able to deal with an animals behavior in a positive way.

About: My parents bred our labs a couple of times when I was a kid, so puppies and dogs have always been in my life. In college I bought my own puppy and had her for a wonderful almost 10 years. She was my best friend and I talked to her and kissed her all of the time. She made me feel happy when my days were gray. Since then I’ve dog sat for multiple families and borrow my friends’ dogs to go for walks and adventures since I no longer have a pup of my own. I work three 12 hour shifts a week so I would love to spend my free days with dogs. I’ve watched my friends dogs even on work days because I work 7a-7 p so I can be there for breakfast and dinner. Most of the time I’ve stayed in their homes so that the dog feels most comfortable. I have no other pets in my home and your pup will get all the belly rubs and scratching they need. I love to go for walks and be active with the dogs (of course only if they’re capable)

About: From a young age, I've always loved being around pets, so caring for others' pets comes naturally to me. I adore animals, but unfortunately, I'm not able to have any of my own where I currently live. Pets are naturally drawn to me and feel safe in my care, and their owners are consistently pleased when they return home after I've looked after their beloved companions. I make sure to leave every home as clean and tidy as it was when I arrived, often going the extra mile to wash any bed linens and towels I've used. My clients greatly appreciate not having to worry about these details when they return from their travels. About: I currently work full time as a veterinary technician and have years of experience with all types of animals. I also grew up on a farm and currently work on a horse farm as a hobby in my free time. I throughly enjoy pet sitting and spoil them as if they are my own. My favorite part of the job is meeting new people, their pets & all the different personalities i get to enjoy. I want to make your pets as comfortable & happy as possible while you’re away. I stick to their daily routines to have some normality while you’re gone. I have a lot of knowledge with animals and their health. I’ll be able to take care of your pet daily and if there is any emergencies or issues, I’ll know how to safely handle them. I’m also comfortable administrating medications. My schedule is pretty consistent each week. Each work day is typically 8 hours long but some days are shorter than others. Depending on location, lunch time breaks are available! My biggest responsibility is safety; keeping your pet safe while happy is my top priority. This goes for while on walks, adventures or even just bathroom breaks. As well as any sickness that may come up while you’re gone. Being a veterinary technician, i can realize a sickness sooner than others and know the right course of action.

About: I’ve taken care of other peoples pets for over 8 years. I have worked in a doggy daycare so I have experience with all breeds and all types of dogs and there personality’s I am open and willing to pet sit in your home to make the dog less anxious during the weekends but also during the week when you and your family need the coverage! I have nearby dog parks! I live in Fairfax so there’s lots of places to walk and play in dog parks around me or even walks on paths!
