About: I have cared for my own dog from when she was a puppy and up until her passing. I also currently help take care of my roomates’ dogs. I’m well versed in dogs of all types and ages. I do pet care daily for my roomates dogs and would love to help care for more dogs in the area. I enjoy spending my time with them. When taking care of my friends pets at home, I have them sleep with me in my room, so that I can hear if they need anything at any time.

About: Hi I am Lila, conveniently located behind the gates of Hidden Valley Lake. I am a highly sensitive person who has had a special relationship with animals since I was young. I believe they are our teachers as much as we are their guides & guardians. Often when I meet a pet we love each other instantly (of course there can be some shy ones too!) yet with time, attunement, & positive reinforcement a deeper trust gets built. Even with the most secure, adjusted cat or dog, there can be a bit of extra stress while you are gone. Relationship building helps them feel relaxed and safe while their 'pack' is away’. They co-regulate with us, just as we co-regulate with them. I love learning what type of engagement/enrichment each pet loves. I am great with sensitive pets and support them. I keep you updated with photos and any observations I may have or suggestions of extra support for them. I only work with reasonably socialized dogs - if there are higher levels of behavioral issues, I can refer a good trainer in the area if needed. I sometimes work with protective dog breeds (GSD etc) but only if they are trained and friendly. I am not working with pit bulls at this time (I have met some sweet ones). I like to prioritize my time for connection with each pet, so I like to leave gaps between my visits in case more care or play is needed during my visit. For house and pet sitting, I want to spend more time with your pet and then take fewer drop-in visits, so the cost reflects this. I do have Pet Insurance beyond Rover as well just in case it is needed. It never has been but I want all pets safe, sound, and happy I use positive reinforcement to create a loving secure relationship with each pet. This is done with respect for their own agency while engaging in mental, physical, and relaxation activities.

About: I been in 4-h for 11 year and FFA for 2 . I have goats, ducks and dogs of my own, I love being with animals. I also did dog training on the side. I'm going school be a Large livestock vet at Chico state. I also know how take care of livestock and other animals as well . I have also work with reactive dog that have a struggle being with other dogs. I have dogs that I walk here and there also my friends have dogs so I watch them often and take them for walks. I also have help my grandparents with there dog which was scared of the crate and that was reactive to dogs he first met. - I'm more then welcome crate your furry friend if needed when we get back from walks - I'm always coming with treats if I do drop in's so we can create a bond, - I also make sure things are double check before leaving as well as water are all full and house is secure as well as messaging you to know when I'm there as well when I'm leaving .

About: I have 40 years of loving care and training of personal pets including large breed dogs. But, I also have rescued and raised 2 cats, an exotic parrot, tortoise, turtle, possums, tarantula, rats and mice, ferret, hermit crabs, and fresh and saltwater aquariums. I am an Accredited Veterinary Assistant capable of administrating oral and injected medications. I volunteered for 2 years as a wildlife rehab and release specialist. Additionally I have had 5 years volunteering and training shelter dogs of all breeds. In Costa Rica, I started my own pet sitting and training business which I did for 1 1/2 years. I believe that all pets should be loved and cared for with the utmost respect. Your pet will be cherished.

About: I am extroverted and creative, and I have an affinity for people having unique inspirations and passions. I really love animals, but sadly, have none to call my own! I would love to be around them more, and offer my help and care to the community who may need it. I have been inconsistently house sitting and dog walking for years now, but I am now hoping to do it more often! I have a lack of reviews, but it’s not for lack of experience :) I am laid back and I have a very flexible schedule! My availability is almost entirely open. Let me know if you need care last minute! I enjoy giving them outdoor time, so they can run around, and let out all their excitement and energy. I also love giving them little treats, when they are allowed!

About: I’ve had neighbors, friends and family rely on my to take care of their kids and pets since I was about 16 but I didn’t start really doing it a lot until I was about 18 and driving. I’m used to taking care of kids and animals at the same time so just taking care of animals would be pretty easy for me. I currently only work weekends 11:15-5:15pm other than that I’m fully available. I do play in some soccer leagues but I’ll only be gone about an hour and a half of the days I play. I am comfortable putting dogs in crates, picking up after animals, feeding them, letting them out and giving them as much love as they will take lol.

About: From a small child, I have had every kind of animal. I feel a connection with all furry friends. I have great compassion and love for them. You never have to worry when your pets are with me I am retired and have all day and night to care for your furbabies needs. About: I’ve been taking care of my families puppy and my own kitten for about 2 years now ! Ive taken care of other peoples dogs in the past as well! I’m efficient and competent. Im currently a college student, so I spend most of my time at home and just in general I’m a home body. So, I have enough time to care and tend to pets and their needs. I’m very attentive to my own cat and families dog. They both have feeding schedules and are potty trained. I’ve taken my time to make them good pets. I’ve showed the same amount of attention and affection to other peoples pets as well.

There are no children in the home it is a non smoking home. there is a nice grassy area in back for the dogs to run and play in and completely fenced in. I can also crate your pet if so asked. I do like to have a meet and greet before a boarding, pet sitting in your home, walking, doggy day care, or drop in visits so we can all sniff eachother out and make sure evryone involved are happy campers.
