About: Amber and Ace here! If you’re looking for someone who will love your pets like their own then you’ve come to the right place! We absolutely love all animals, big and small, fuzzy, feathery, scaly, you name it we’ve probably pet it, rescued it, fostered it, you get the picture. We are two girls with a dream, and that dream is to open a new non-profit animal shelter right here in Brunswick Georgia. But not like other shelters. We want a stress free environment for the animals we provide care to so instead of long hallways of kennels we’d like to have rows of mini houses for the pups, and our very own cat room, but in the meantime, we’re here to care for your pets! We will make sure to communicate clearly, frequently, and respectfully at all times. We will always handle any emergency with utmost urgency and care, and make sure to treat your pets as if they were ours. We prefer to do a meet & greet for most cases, but often make exceptions as long as you communicate with us clearly to help us give your pets the best care possible while you’re away. We often book sittings together, and will both frequent the house, so it is imperative that you as well as your pets are comfortable with both of us. We won’t say we’re the best out there, but we give every job our all and make sure your babies are well looked after. From fast paced walks and play time to slower senior walks and nap times, we can do it all. I currently pet-sit full time and have several openings for more babies to take on adventures. I have a very open schedule and can provide the perfect environment for your furry friends. I am always accommodating, whether your pets prefer adventurous brisk walks, slower senior strolls, or to lavish in the cool air with movies and toy time. I can provide park play dates, lake days, and hiking trails! Dogs will be kept on lead at all times outside of secured areas. I keep a close eye on all surroundings and often have a partner with me if we are taking pups on a field trip to ensure that your pet receives the best attention and care! I can slow it down and take seniors on strolls through the neighborhood, or relax at home and have some toy time with them! Not all of my walks have to be adventures! Our reactive and older babies need love too. I will not take reactive dogs out of their comfort zone and will take extra precaution when walking them.
About: I bring a unique background in pet care — from two years of hands-on experience volunteering and caring for rescue horses and cats. I understand how to earn the trust of animals of all temperaments and ensure they feel safe, loved, and understood. I also just recently spent a summer working with and handling baby sea turtles with Jekyll Island. I grew up with several cats, dogs, ducks, rabbits and reptiles. I've always had a soft spot for all animals since a child. I chose my career for this reason as well. Whether it’s a playful pup or a shy rescue, I provide patient, dependable care that treats every pet like family. I am currently working part time so I have plenty of free time to attend to your pets needs. I have no other obligations. My schedule is very open. I care for pets like they are a human. Pets need attention, affection, love and understanding. I will always speak to them in a friendly manner. If I see a pet is sad I will try to talk to it in a friendly voice and make them feel loved. I will never show anger or frustration toward your pet no matter what. I will always tell your pet how good of a boy or girl they are being and give them lots of praise. As long as I am around they will feel love and cared for. I volunteer taking care of horses. These horses require special care and patience so I can certainly handle dogs and cats.

About: My cat Lucki is 10 but I have always wanted and loved dogs so I'm so excited to get to spend more time with dogs. But I am obviously great with kitties too. Nothing brings me more joy than playing fetch or frisbee with a sweet and fun pooch. My cat stop playing fetch with me years ago😫. I have never met a dog that did not love me so I am sure your baby will love me too. I worked in PetSmart for a few years while getting thru college so you may remember me, if not I am sure your doggie does. I must admit I may spoil your pet(s) by giving way too many treats, hugs, butt scratches and nose rubs. I will even help them catch their tails. **I am an IT Security Analyst and work remotely therefor internet access in required to accept House Sitting Request.** **Please note that although I service Glynn and surrounding counties, Dog Walking and Drop In visits are subject to additional surcharge for distance** I work 100% remote which allows plenty flexibility to spend time with your fur baby. I will try my best to him them in line the schedule they are accustomed too. My goals is to keep as much of their daily routine and customs the same as if you were at home with them. Being in the comfort of their own space creates incredible safety for you fur baby.
About: I give unparalleled care to every critter I am responsible for. I have experience taking care of untrained puppies, dogs that can’t walk, herding dogs, primitive dogs, parrots, pets with medication and high medical needs, managing animals in heat, and I am confident in handling any unexpected challenges that may arise. I am self-employed and work from home, so I have plenty of time to dedicate to any critter in my care. My pets have a daily routine that they are familiar with. In my home, dogs are a part of the family. I do allow my pets to be on my furniture and usually they can follow me around the house or yard while I work. I have a huge fenced in yard where your pup can run and play to their heart’s content. My home has friendly dogs and cats if your fur baby likes company. But if not, not worries! I am also set up for critters that need to be fully separated from others.
About: I have always loved animals and caring for them. I started animal care in highschool starting with pet sitting moving into shelter work. I really enjoyed being able to play with and care for animals of all kinds. Though I have a special love for cats, having three of my own. I truly just enjoy getting to meet and spend time with different animals. I also love being able to get in some exercise of my own while going on walks with dogs.. I’m currently working part time at a doggy daycare. Which gives me plenty of free time to fill! I look forward to filling it with your fur babies! I have a large fenced in yard to spend plenty of outside time in safely with your pet. All dogs must be cat friendly. We are no strangers to couch snuggles too!
About: Growing up we always had plenty of animals around, including dogs, cats, snakes, turtles, and more! Im a dedicated animal lover who has upmost respect for all animals. I’ve cared for puppies that could barely walk all the way until they were senior dogs who crossed the rainbow bridge, so I’m familiar with all types of care, energy levels, and needs! I’m a full time student at CCGA in Brunswick studying biomedical sciences, so spending time with fur babies is almost helpful with such stressful classes! I have plenty of time, any day of the week, to make pop in visits for walks or care between classes and can always stay overnight with your dogs if needed. Living in the Golden Isles all my life, I’ve come to find some really great spots! Beach walks, exploring trails, dog parks, and more can all be options for when I’m pet sitting!
About: From cats to chickens and gerbils to guinea pigs, animals, including dogs of all sizes have been apart of my family over the years. I have a fur baby of my own, Vera, who I met over a year ago while volunteering at the animal shelter. I’m happy to share she is my #fosterfail. I love taking her for walks and giving her lots of cuddles. I like following Caesar Millan’s techniques and his approach of being a pack leader. I’m in grad school so my schedule is filled with classes and school work. I have flexibility to love and care for your pets while you’re away taking them on walks, giving belly rubs, and playing with them. I am happy to love and care for your pets through giving them plenty of affection and attention to support their individual needs. Your pets are your family and I want them to feel safe with me. Before the service I recommend meeting with you and your pet so we can ensure the smoothest experience possible. The more I know about your pet the better I can love and care for them. I want to know of any dietary requirements, potty break schedule, and unique needs. I am also happy to provide updates that fit your schedule. Please let me know how I can help :)
About: I am a zoologist in the making! My life has been intertwined with an array of animals and dogs are my specialty. From my very first dog Harley—a precious pure dachshund with stinky breath. . . to my second dog Whitney—a howler at heart and full blue tick hound dog. . . then my third dog Chloe—an elderly bow legged rescue hound mix, who my mother and I discovered at the beginning of our road lying in a field of grass completely exhausted and in desperate need of care and lovin’ . . . to my own personal dog (landing 4th doggo place) AND best friend, Bowser—a mixture of beagle, pit, pointer, and more, was a whoppin’ $4 at the local humane society and is still the best purchase I’ve made thus far in my life . . . to my mothers rescue and indefinitely considered my dog too, Basil (or “Nae Nae” coming in 5th place)—the sweetest butt rubbing driven bulldog and lab mix . . . and the second to last, is my mother’s dog, who I have taken care of throughout his existence and his name is, Hofner— a pure long-haired German shepherd who requires so much and who has been to doggie training classes with my mother and I both present, where I was able to grasp knowledgeable tactics. The final dog, who is now my only pet (Bowser passed away from Stomach Cancer, recently) is named, Jasper, better yet “Jazz the Spazz” — who is a nearly full blooded American Terrier, aka Pit Bull, who has no desire to understand personal space, due to his driven need for love and affection. He will turn the impossible snuggle area into the possible one and not let anyone or anything get in his way of illustrating his form of love. Let’s not forget to include my family’s—including myself—our two cats. Tigger was a tabby house cat and he defined the term “lone wolf.” Nickalina is a full blood Maine Coon rescued from Ukraine; where the journey to the U.S., thankfully landed her in our care. As for other peoples unique creatures in my care, the list ranges from snakes, to bearded dragons, fish, ferrets, parrots, and of course the good ‘ol doggies and cats. Oddly enough, Bowser sniffed out a toad one frosty nightfall during our nightly routine of “potty break/smell as much as possible” and there revealed my next creature who I would love and care for. She was a toad. A full blown, bumpy lumpy, amphibian who Bowser would chill with from time to time. Her eyelids were nearly frozen shut, but I brought her inside and placed her in a glass bowl with a small amount of room temp water to encourage comfort and not place her in shock. I placed it under a lamp and checked on her every few minutes till her eyes were wide open. She never revealed any uncertainty toward me and my intentions. Whether she knew she was safe or had lived a long life already (their lifespan can fulfill 11 years of toady experience) . . . Naula (Na-La: means “miracle” from an African lineage) survived a little over a year in her 10 gallon tank of a home, while also having moments of freedom in different environments. I had two turtles—Dude and KeKe—and I had them for many years and planned to transition them into a bigger tank to initiate more surface growth, rather than limit their abilities in a 10 gallon tank; though, I ended up having to move and they were placed in a good friends care. My aquariums have held an assortment of fish, sucker fish, AND a tiny frog who made lots of friends. Overall, my love for all sorts of living organisms holds no boundary. I’m not keen on spiders or roaches, but some have been gifted more chances at life from my random moments of “feeling bad” and the fundamental “capture and release” method. Therefore, I obtain an internal significance toward life in general, no matter the subject in existence. If I am not knowledgeable in a specific line of duty/work/task—I research and implement my findings with a full heart and awareness of other relatable factors. Challenges that come my way, only add to my intelligence and experience in this flashing life we have been gifted to LIVE. I am currently employed part-time as a server and a fill in manager. I have been an employee of Mullet Bay Restaurant almost 10 years! Thankfully, I can manage a flexible work schedule in order to find a better balance with my college schedule, life in general, and especially time with my daughter as a single mother. I am a college student and currently enrolled in the only university within Glynn County, Georgia, known as the, College of Coastal Georgia. My daughter, Isla Rose, is 4 years old. If the need for my presence involves an overnight stay (my daughter is solely my responsibility and will be an addition to the overnight stay, which frames my full confidence in her respectful manners and prior understanding towards the treatment of animals from personal experience and her general love for all—BUT, there can be arrangements made if homeowner/pets parent(s) are not comfortable with her inclusion). Whether my daughter is in my care or not, all animals that are in my future care will be making a friend (if the opportunity is consistent, I am aware it can take some time for the ones that require that additional time to build trust so my presence and actions are verified in their eyes) and I will represent the friend that they can rely on, feel safe around, will feed them when given instruction to, an expertise in scratches, and knows how to some fun. Your animal illustrating happiness through gestures and so on, as well as their safety as a whole, is my guarantee. I am in the process of searching for my own place outside of my mother’s house and into my and Isla’s own place. I am still deciding where exactly and heavily weighing all options, but the location will still remain in the same city or county; and when there is a decision made, I will post an update. I do not feel comfortable bringing other dogs to my mothers home, due to Hofner, her German Shepard, struggling with his role in the household and acting upon his instincts to be overly protective of my mother and her room and vocalizing to others he is aware of their closeness and can sense fear of uncertainty. Therefore, the possible attack from his own uncertainty of others or animals, as well as, his anxiety of holding the boss title within the household could be a result. My mother is a Nurse Practitioner and has a very busy schedule and lots of love toward, Hofner. He is amazing around Isla, though he needs more help in order to ease his stress and instinctive role as “BOSS.” We have to keep him and Jasper separate (wasn’t always this way), but Jasper has shown his willingness and desire to interact with other animals. Him and Bowser were always around each other. Though, I will be leaving my dog at home and can easily initiate ways for him to be taken care of while I am taking care of yours. If there is a will, there is a way!
