He kept me updated while Milo was with him and sent pictures, which gave me so much peace of mind knowing Milo was doing well and being taken care of. What really stood out to me was how comfortable Milo became with Ruben. After only a short time, Milo started recognizing Ruben’s car when he pulled up and would willingly and happily go with him. Milo definitely lets me know when he doesn’t want to go somewhere, so seeing him excited and comfortable going with Ruben told me everything I needed to know. I could tell he was loved, comfortable, and very well cared for. Ruben also really helped me out by being dependable and accommodating when I needed him. About: We are a recently retired couple with 50 years combined experience raising children with a variety of pets. Now we have a loving, playful rescue dog that gets our full time attention. We are home all the time. We also engage and play with our pets all the time. We have plenty of toys to keep them amused too. Our large back yard is fully fenced and safe and clean at all times. We constantly clean up debris. We monitor playtime and meals to make sure they are safe at all times.

About: I grew up on a farm and have always had animals and especially dogs and cats. I am a retired nurse and have gone from caring for people to caring for pets. I will love and care for your babies while you are away. I am a retired nurse who has a lot of free time. I have friends who are pet/house sitters. I love animals and I have kept and cared for family and friends pets while owners were away. Never worry about your pets again when you need to be away. I have a golden retriever that has a super sweet disposition and he had been around other pets and plays well with others. I will only care for 1 pet at a time unless pets come from same family.

About: My mother is a veterinarian and I have worked at her clinic for most of my life. So, I know how to work with many different breeds and ages of dogs. In addition to that, I genuinely enjoy being around animals and ensuring that they are taken care of! I’m currently interning during the week but my schedule is very flexible. I am available for boarding or pet care Monday through Sunday at all times! I have a fenced in yard with one other small dog. If your dog does not like other dogs, he is crate trained and we also have available crates at my house.
