About: Taking care of animals has always come very naturally to me! As a child I liked to run around the farm I lived on searching for kittens and petting horses. As someone who has loved and nurtured many of my own pets over the years, I naturally gravitated towards taking care of others beloved fur children. I have knowledge of different diets and have had both cats and dogs on raw diets as well as standard diets. I also have experience with senior animals, and their special needs. I started out helping friends or parents of friends when they would travel and have now found myself offering services to others and growing my business. I absolutely love pet sitting and helping families feel comfortable as they travel or are at work for the day. When I am at your home I make sure to not only nurture and love on your pets but to take care of your space. I offer daily updates if preferred and collect mail, keep things tidy, etc. I am able to give some medicine if required and enjoy the company of all ages of animals. I have experience mostly with cats and dogs but am open to taking care of smaller critters too. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or to set up a meet and greet! I offer pet sitting at your home Monday-Sunday with a flexible schedule. I am available for drop ins and overnight stays. My main focus is pet sitting. When staying with your pet or even just dropping in, I can feed, play, crate, or give some meds to your pet if necessary. I am able to take walks or run around for a bit in the back yard. My goal is to always make the pet and the owner feel as comfortable as possible while maintaining a normal routine where necessary. I ask that owners leave detailed instructions so I can accommodate your animals as best as possible. I also request that any cameras in the home be notified to myself before I stay and I like to be clear that my partner may sometimes stay with me for overnights.

About: I have sat for my friends' dogs and cats. All varied in ages from pup to senior. I find comfort in knowing that my friends and family can enjoy themselves while I watch their furry friends. I love being around animals and learning more about their different personalities and behaviors; it allows me to be a better dog parent to Myla (my border collie). I work a full time job at a local hospital in my area. I work early and get done around 3pm daily M-F. I have free time after work and on weekends. I have always preferred to get a list of do's and dont's with different personalities and age groups. I care by ensuring their safety in their own home and protecting the safe space they are accustomed to.

About: I trained my Golden Retriever from a puppy. I have lived with dogs all my life. I like to walk dogs in places they can explore and sniff around. I am a Lafayette college student with a very flexible schedule . I am normally available during the afternoons and weekends. I am not available in the mornings. I like to walk my dog in an environment that they are comfortable with and make sure they have extra time to get their energy out.

About: I've had pets for the last 23 years. Both of my elderly dogs recently passed away, and I am looking for some furbabies to love on, as I miss them terribly. My husband and I owned and operated a local pet store for eight years. This was my husband's full time job, and I helped him during evenings, weekends, and summers. Due to his health, we decided to close our store. I am a full time teacher, and am available evenings, weekends, and summers for pet sitting purposes. I love all animals, but have a special place in my heart for the older ones! There truly is nothing like the love of an older pet! I personally know the anxiety of needing someone to care for an older pet, that has special needs, such as medication, etc... I have experience with both cats and dogs, but most of my experience is with dogs. I am open to caring for all types of pets. I am a full time teacher. I can care for pets during evenings and weekends at this time. When school is out (mid June), I can care for pets any time day or night, however I will be teaching summer school July 7th-August 7th, from 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM Mondays through Thursdays. I can care for your pets in my home or yours, whatever you are comfortable with. I live in a town home community. Pets must be on a leash when being walked in my community. I do have stairs in my home, and hardwood floors. I currently have no pets in my home (both of mine sadly passed away earlier this year). The only other people in my home are my husband and father-in-law. If your pet is staying at my home, they will be treated like a member of our family during our time together. If you require that your pet sleep in a crate, I will need you to provide one, as I do not have one. If you need me to stay overnight at your home, I have a roll away cot that I will bring with me for the night. You will need to provide food, medication, toys, treats, etc...for your pet. I will require your veterinarian's information, and for you to alert your veterinarian to the fact that I will be caring for your pet in your absence. It is also preferable that you either have a pre-paid account for your pet at their veterinarian's office or a credit card on file for any emergency care, should that need arise. Your pet's safety and health are my top priority and concern. I will also require that we are able to stay in contact with each other, in case any concerns arise while you are away. If your pet is on any type of medication, I will require that you personally show me how to administer the medication prior to my time pet sitting for you. Please also make me aware of any allergies (food or otherwise) or any other health concerns that your pet may be experiencing. I look forward to caring for your pet like my own.
