About: It was never quiet growing up with as many as four dogs in the house at a time (plus a cat, bird, hamster, turtles, geckos, and fish - and working at a local horse barn throughout high school and college). It’s not quiet now as my senior rescue dachshund loves to let you know when the mail lady has dared to leave a package on the porch. All that to say, I’m comfortable and have always been around a variety of pets. Since Dec. 2023, I’ve been a volunteer dog walker for Humane Animal Partners (HAP), in Rehoboth. There, I’ve walked countless dogs, ranging from ones who are ready to take on the world to ones who need to know you’ve got their back and need you to go slow. I have experience taking care of older dogs, my first rescue was 9 when I got him and my current rescue is 11 and a slow mover. I work from home during normal business and have some flexibility during the day depending on the day. I can do overnight stays during the work-week, but need to discuss your pet’s daytime needs to make sure it’s a good fit. I’m happy to give your dog the time and attention s/he needs to be as relaxed as possible while you’re away. Between having shy dogs of my own and volunteering at the animal shelter, I give dogs space and allow them time to sniff and warm up to me before we go out. “This is the third time I've had Leanne do drop-in visits for my kitty Bandit. I had to contact Leanne urgently as we needed to go out of town unexpectedly for my father's funeral. Leanne was very prompt with responding back to me and was able to do drop-in visits kind of last minute for several days. Leanne is super efficient and prompt and always gave me a detailed Rover card after each visit with a few photos. I started pet sitting for a family I used to nanny for about 10 years ago and love caring for our families dogs. My husband and I got our own fur baby 3 years ago, a 100lb Chesapeake Bay Retriever, named Buoy. I make sure that every house I leave looks the same as it did when I enter, that includes making sure trash is taken out and dishes are out of the sink! I’ve dog sat pups from 8 weeks to 13 years and from the size of a teacup poodle to a 100 pound boxer, and I treat every one like my own. I also am very familiar with cats, my brother has 2, I love them just the same! I am currently working from home full time, so I have plenty of afternoon and evening flexibility as well as weekends! My times for during the week would be before 8am, between 12-2pm, and anytime after 5pm. I am currently in a 3 bedroom apartment, with my husband and our dog. We would be more than happy to allow any fur baby into our place. Our community is so pet friendly. Our dog has been living in an apartment since we got him and he has been leash trained, so I have plenty of experience with dogs on leashes including prong collars, gentle leaders, and any type of leash.

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was 5 years old, usually 2 at a time, and am now a proud Dog Mom to Lola, who I bring with me when I am caring overnight for dogs. I am very good with training, and will happily follow your methods and keywords to reinforce good behavior with your dogs. I am also open to caring for cats, fish, hamsters, etc., as I have had various animals as pets over the years. For walks and house visits, my service radius is basically Long Neck, Oak Orchard, Harbeson, Angola by the Bay. For housesitting, I will travel up to 10 miles from Long Neck, and housesitting requests if my dog is permitted in your home as well, of course only when I am physically present. (She rides around in the car with me when weather permits, or stays with my roommate or parents in other cases.) I will only accept overnight assignments when I can bring my dog with me, so only work for 1 or 2 dog households. I currently work as a part-time consultant from home, and part-time as a waitress some evenings. I generally can provide potty breaks every 4 hours, as I have flexibility with my hours, but will be out of the house 3-4 times a week for up to 8 hours during the tourist season. I will care for your pets in your home, or on walks, according to your instructions. When caring for pets in your home, I am also willing to provide additional services such a light housekeeping, cooking or laundry, as time allows, sometimes for an addition fee. I was vaccinated against COVID-19, and have taken one booster. I will housesit when I will be staying overnight and can bring my dog with me as well, as she will stay with me on days I am not working.

About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was 12 years old. My family friends know I care for there animals as if they were my own I work remotely so I am able to care for a pet full time. I also love to be outside so we will both get a lot of excercise I live in a beach town with a lot of walking trails and open outdoor areas. I would love to go on long walks with a furry friend

My family and I adopted a dog a few years ago and she has brought so much joy to our family. I am very flexible with my daily schedule and around on most weekends and holidays. I am available mornings, afternoons and evenings as well as overnights. I am good with medications and open to any specific needs your pet might have. My cat and dog both have kidney disease, so I have great experience with both oral and injectable medications.

Our dog Rusty is a Coast Guard dog so is used to having friends stay over while Mark's Coast Guard members are away visiting family. We love animals. We are dependable, fit, and loyal and work as a team to care for your sweet one. My husband and I both work part - time from home and work as team for Rover. We have one dog! We LOVE animals and are available to walk, board, or come to your house and care for animals. If a pet stays, we will put our pup, Rusty in his cage at night for safety. We do have 2 small children who love animals! We have a very large back yard that is not fenced but is private. Our neighborhood has very little traffic so we will walk your dog often! We will follow your routine. We will give your pet several long walks and take him or her out as much as you need. We have a big back yard if it's raining or inclement weather and your pet doesn't want to go out. We give lots of love and many walks to pets. We have a comfortable home and your pet can feel safe with us. We lookg forward to being in your home as well and making your pet feel secure.

About: I’ve cared for a medium sized mutt for 9 years. So I’m capable of handling any age. Neighbors and family have relied on me to walk and care for puppies too, such as boxers and Australian shepherds and pit bulls I love to wake up early in the morning to get my day started. I usually take my dog on an early morning walk, then again after lunch, and one more time before bed. Excluding the time that he is allowed in the backyard too. Walks include in the neighborhood, the woods, and he loves carousel park! My dog is older and very well behaved so we let him out in our large backyard that has woods attached, however we may also tie him up on the line.

About: I have taken care of dogs and puppies for both family and family friends ever since I was 16! I have done both dog walks as well as overnight stays. Your dogs comfort and well being is very important to me so I will treat them as my own! I have assisted in training a few puppies in the past so I do have a little bit of experience in that if it is a need or just something you want a little assistance with! I am currently working full time but about to switch to part- time as the fall and winter seasons approach! I am available for both overnight stays as well as either morning or evening visits or play dates. On my days off I am available for all day pet stays if that is something a client would be interested in! About: I have experience with breeds extra small to extra large as we owned a jack Russell, chocolate lab, golden retriever, and mastiff/cane Corso mix at the same time. Currently, we have a 6 year old American bulldog named rosie who loves lounging and eating my daughter's toys. I'm a recently retired teacher with a ton of free time on my hands and a desire to have a more active lifestyle. I live in west Conshohocken and have no commitments outside of elementary school drop off/pick up. I would prefer to care for your pet in your home as I have a kindergarten aged child but will consider housing a pet for a short stay. We have a fencrd in grassy yard and 2 enclosed deck/concrete areas. I will provide background clearances from the state police, FBI, and Childline.
