About: Hi! I have a great range of experience in caring for animals. I’ve cared for dogs, cats, fish, and reptiles, as well as small animals such as hamsters, mice, rabbits, and rats. I’m a Mississippi State University alum with a degree in Wildlife, Fisheries, & Aquaculture and concentration in Wildlife Veterinary Medicine. I have plenty of animal experience in a veterinary setting, having worked as a vet assistant in a private practice and a shelter vet tech. Additionally, I have fostered kittens through the humane society. I have two cats of my own that I love dearly and give the best care possible to, and I would love to do the same for your animals! I have no problem with large dogs, puppies, kittens, all types of exotics, etc. If your animals require medication to be given, that’s not an issue for me either! I would love to work with you to help make sure your animals are well taken care of. I am currently available for all of your pet-sitting needs! I can do drop-ins or walks as needed, no matter the time of day. Let me know what your animals need, and I will do it! I am dedicated to providing the standard of care I would treat my own beloved animals with. I pride myself on my integrity and compassion, when it comes to people and pets. I am not always available for in-house petsitting stays; this is typically on a case-by-case basis.

“Brendan is a excellent choice for caring for your dog! He is dependable and easy going, and you can see that he knows what he's doing and that he cares about your Pup. If Brendan can handle my 100+ pound meathead with boundless energy, I'm sure he can handle almost any Dog. He's new to Rover, and I believe this is his first review here, but you should not hesitate to reach out to him. Highly recommend.”

About: My husband and I have a Jack Russell/Fiest who is friendly and always ready to make a new doggie friend, so your pup will always have a four legged friend to play with. While your pup is in our care we will be spending time indoors, giving him/her belly rubs, naps and brushing. We will go on, on leash walks and be receiving treats for good behavior. Let’s not forget the fun time we will be having, playing frisbee, tug a war, catch, and sun baths. By the time he goes home he/she will be tired out and ready to snuggle right next to you. Remember to bring food for your pup, feeding bowl, walking leash/harness, vaccination record (Rabies/Bordatella/Parvo). Collar with tag. Vet information and emergency contact. Treats, toys, bedding and favorite blankets are always welcomed. I’m an at home doggie mom so your pup will always have my company. We will have plenty of time to play and go on walks. I have one friendly dog, so your pup will always have a pup friend while at my care. I have a balcony where your pup can sunbath.

“Jena has been so amazing with our high energy boy! We get nervous leaving him since he’s still young but she handled him so well and sent the best updates. We are so happy we found her!”

About: I will care for your pet as if it were part of my family: with love, patience, and lots of attention. Open schedule 15+ years experience I have a flexible schedule in the mornings and evenings before 6 PM, so I have enough time to spend quality time with your pet. I currently live in an apartment and know how to manage pet anxiety in a small space, but I've also lived in a house with a park and know the importance of spending energy outdoors for our furry friends.

About: I usually go running 2-3 times a week. I don't have any dogs at the moment, so I would love to take yours running. If they are out of shape, we'll just jog a little bit and work our way up. I always had dogs and cats growing up, so I have plenty of experience with them. I am also available for regular walks, visits, boarding, etc. I usually run in the afternoons and evenings on weekdays and various times on the weekends. I may be available other times as well. At the moment, I work from home and my schedule is flexible. I live alone in a single bedroom apartment, so it's very quiet. There are lots of grounds nearby for dogs to relieve themselves. I can follow any care instructions you may have for me.

About: I have had dogs my entire life - since I was born there has only been 2 months of my life where we didn’t have a dog in the house. As someone who uses Rover for my 2 dogs, I understand what kind of service pet parents are looking for. I have experience giving medications, taking care of senior pets, checking in on cats & kittens, and working with puppies. I am passionate about animals and making sure all of their needs are met. No request is too much, so just let me know what I can do to make sure your babies are taken care of! I work from home Mondays and Fridays and Tuesdays - Thursdays I’m back home by 12pm so I can stop by anytime to drop in or walk dogs. I am very flexible and happy to accommodate to the needs of your babies. As someone who uses Rover myself, I will treat your home as I would want any pet sitter to come into my home. I will ensure everything is taken care of and locked up properly. If there are any pet accidents I will make sure to clean them up promptly. I will leave things as I found them and I’m happy to do whatever request the homeowner may ask to give them peace of mind.

About: I’ve had pets my whole life. Friends and family trust me to care for their pets while they’re away. I’m great with animals of all kinds, and I’ve never met a pet that didn't like me. I work a full time job Wednesday-Sunday, however I’m available for late night check-in after 7pm (excluding Friday). I’m available all day Monday and Tuesday for all your pet sitting needs. I can’t accept pets in my home because my two cats are not friendly with other animals. I’m great with walking pets, as I walk my cat who is a little skittish. So I understand the importance of keeping your pet safe.

“Storm was amazing! My Chihuahua doesn't trust many people and he warmed up to Storm right away. He even participated in going for a walk with her! Not only did Storm walk and care for my dogs but she even picked up after me because I ran out of time and left my house a little messy. I'll definitely use Storm again!”

About: I have been responsible for pets for about ten years now, including cats and dogs. My childhood cat, Salem, has traveled with me since I moved out of the dorms in college, and now I have two other cats, Mulder and Milo, and a dog, Daniel. I am confident in caring for both young and old pets, and I always strive to ensure their well-being is maintained. I don't know what I would do without my babies, so rest assured your own are in good hands. Beginning in the second week of June I will be available full-time to pop in, go for walks, have over-night visits, and anything else you may need. I am a teacher so until mid August my schedule is wide open. In my home, I ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for your pet. I provide plenty of space for play, rest, and exploration. Each pet receives individual attention tailored to their needs, whether it's engaging playtime, calm cuddles, or quiet time. I follow feeding schedules strictly, offer fresh water at all times, and administer any required medications with care. Daily walks and outdoor time are a must for dogs, while cats get ample opportunities for enrichment and stimulation indoors. In your home, I maintain your pet's routine as closely as possible to minimize stress. I respect your space and ensure that your home remains tidy. I provide the same level of attentive care, including regular feeding, fresh water, playtime, and exercise. I am comfortable administering medications and will update you regularly on your pet's well-being. I also ensure your pet has companionship and comfort during your absence. No matter where the care takes place, my priority is to ensure your pet feels loved, secure, and well-cared-for, just like they are part of my own family.

“Always the best. They had a little incident on the walk with another dog being off leash and Bella handled it incredibly well. Very thankful to have such a great walker for my dogs. Thank you Bella!”

About: I have taken care of many animals, including many types of dogs. I have a good understanding of the needs of many pets. I have had dogs, cats, fish, rabbits, and horses. Im currently working part time and in school. I have most afternoons and weekends free, with time in the middle of the day for walks. I dont have any pets in my current living conditions. I can easily crate your pet. I can also provide plenty of room to play. I am to do other special request as well

About: On walks, I’ve been known to smile at dogs yet frown at the owners. Not really, but it’s true that seeing pets on walks is my motivation for doing them in the first place. I only have one little pupper (Bella) who is 14 years old! Although she has the energy of a toddler, the way she follows me into any room any time I’m in the house is something I’ll miss when she’s gone. We take walks daily, and I’m careful not to over feed her or harm her in any way. Even though this is my first app, I think the foundation of trust and looking for any signs the lore is showing (as well as my clear communication with pet and owner)

About: I've been around dogs my entire life and caring for them has always come naturally. From energetic puppies to senior dogs needing extra love and support, I’ve had experience with all stages of life. I’ve also cared for dogs with health issues, so I understand how important patience, attentiveness, and gentle care can be. Whether it’s playtime, medication, or just keeping them company, I treat every dog like family. I’m currently staying at home before I start medical school in the fall, so my schedule is all open any day of the week for pet care! I cannot offer pet care in my own home as I have animals of my own, but I can certainly pet sit in your home!

About: From a young age, I've been entranced by the boundless joy that dogs bring into our lives. My journey into pet care began at the age of 10, and ever since, I've been devoted to ensuring the happiness and well-being of our furry companions. Over the years, I've developed a strong connection with dogs of all breeds and sizes, enriching their lives through engaging walks, nourishing meals, and invigorating baths. What Sets Me Apart: Comprehensive Breed Knowledge: My deep understanding of various breeds' temperaments, needs, and quirks allows me to provide tailored care that caters to each dog's individual requirements. Training Enthusiast: With a knack for training, I've successfully taught puppies essential commands and manners, transforming them into well-behaved companions. Additionally, I excel in senior dog care, adapting routines to accommodate their unique needs. Safety First: Prioritizing safety is second nature to me. I maintain a vigilant eye during walks, ensuring dogs stay out of harm's way, and I'm well-versed in administering any necessary medications or treatments. Flexible and Reliable: Life can be unpredictable, but you can rely on me to be flexible and accommodating. Whether it's a last-minute request or a set schedule, I'm here to ensure your dog's happiness. Pawsitively Loving: Beyond the basic needs, I shower dogs with genuine affection and playtime, fostering a strong bond that makes their time away from their owners enjoyable and stress-free. Clear Communication: I believe in transparency. You'll receive regular updates about your furry friend's activities, mood, and any special moments we share. I'm excited to continue my journey as a dog walker, forging meaningful connections with dogs and their owners alike. Your beloved companion's well-being and happiness are my top priorities. Let's embark on this adventure together! I work from home. I'm unavailable on Saturdays due to work. I am available all day Sunday, Thursdays and Fridays, every other day I'm available after 5:30pm When caring for pets in your home, I create a comfortable and welcoming environment that mimics their usual routine. This includes designated feeding times, play sessions, and cozy resting areas. Regular walks and ample exercise are essential to keep them active and engaged. I ensure a safe space by pet-proofing my home and providing supervision. For clients who prefer their pets to remain in their own familiar surroundings, I offer in-home pet care. This involves following the pet's established routine as closely as possible. I visit at scheduled times for feeding, walks, playtime, and companionship. I also administer any necessary medications and maintain clear communication with owners through updates and photos. Ultimately, my goal is to ensure the well-being and happiness of every pet, whether it's in their own home or mine.

About: I am self employed and very flexible with my schedule. I have had a variety of pets that I cared for growing up including dogs, cats, a rabbit, and even a snake! My family and friends call me the animal whisperer because animals generally gravitate towards me and I have a lot of love for them. <3 Please feel free to reach out if you need any assistance. I’m self-employed so I can bring my work with me. I may have an occasional doctor appointment but it usually takes less than 2 hours with travel time. I will love your baby as I did my own. Will follow your instructions of care and will also provide updates if you want them.

Katelyn A.
“I was a travel nurse with one Pitbull mix named Souin and a kitty named Boo who were unable to travel with me in 2014. I feel like the most fortunate person alive to have found Katelyn Ashley at that time. There was never an awkward moment when I met her in person. Souie and Boo came right to her and after more than six years of her caring for them when I was away, I often felt that they preferred her over myself. No jealousy there. Just the most comforting feeling in the world to know with all my heart that they were cared for completely and loved dearly by Katelyn. Unfortunately Boo and precious Souin have passed away or they would still be in her care today. She is 100% trustworthy, knowledgeable, kind, and a pet magnet! I could tell hundreds of stories and show dozens of photos as examples of these attributes in her. Just know I never had a moments worry when my babies were in her care. She gave meds, groomed, gave baths, and sent cute and funny pictures when I was away. Always bringing a smile to my face!”
