I work part-time with flexible hours, giving me plenty of space in my schedule for peaceful walks, playtime, and check-ins with pets. I’m used to creating a balanced routine around my own dog, and bringing that same calm, attentive energy to other pets feels completely natural. I am currently free to sit/walk any day of the week as well as house sit for as long as you need. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on creating a safe, calm, and familiar environment for them. I follow your routines exactly as you outline them — from feeding instructions to walk times to any training cues your dog is used to. I keep doors and gates secured, monitor their body language closely, and make sure they always have fresh water and a comfortable space to relax. Trust is extremely important to me, so I communicate clearly, send updates/photos, and treat your home with the same respect and care I treat your pet.

About: I’ve spent my whole life around animals, from feeding cows watermelon rind to bottle feeding kittens. My “years of experience” is based in terms of paid pet sitting experience. I have two consistent family friends who employ me to care for their respective pets. One has a spoiled dog and the other has 7 pets of various ages, personalities, and needs. These 7 animals are 2 puppies, 1 senior dog with a chronic cough, 1 big dog with anxiety, 1 cat with a backwards leg, and 2 tortoises. Having cared for these animals, I am quite capable of handling many animals at once and all sorts of responsibilities that come with that. Baths, cleaning messes, general household maintenance, frequent pet bathroom trips, giving medical attention/medication, feeding multiple pets at once, adhering to a schedule, and keeping up with energetic activities are all things I am well versed in. I work part time and attend two classes per week. My work is very flexible and I have plenty of leeway for adjustments to my hours. I am willing and capable to work around a schedule. Being entrusted with pet care and maintaining a household is a responsibility I take seriously. Discussions of pet schedules, behavioral concerns, health issues, specific responsibilities, and general expectations will be had prior to any engagement. Additionally, I would love to meet any pets before the time comes to be individually caring for them.

About: Ive owned dogs and cats since I was seven years old and grew up around animals my entire life. I currently have two large dogs and one medium dog that I trained and take care of. I have house sat for three families, with two medium to large dogs and a family with a medium dog and a puppy, each for a week at a time. I am comfortable with all animals including reptiles and can confidently handle large dogs. More than the physical aspects of caring for animals, I love to love on them with lots of pets and affection. Many animals are drawn to me despite being hesistant or fearful of people. I have a passion for training and correcting dogs with a calm and patient demeanor. I am dedicated to learning and studying dog body language to strengthen my understanding, care, and training for them. I am following my passion of working with animals, starting with work here on Rover. I am striving to someday start my own training and boarding business. I am available 4 days per week for all of your pet care needs. I am able to spend long amounts of time with your pet as needed. Weekends and most weekdays can be available upon request even if they are marked unavailable depending on the animal and needs. I do not currently offer any pet services in my home. While in your home, I am trustworthy and honest. I always treat all animals as my own and show lots of care and affection! I will let the animals out, feed them, water them, exercise and play with them. And of course give them lots of pets! If your pet makes a mess or has an accident, I will always clean it up and let you know.

About: Active Dog Loving Grandparents We enjoyed the pleasure of having pets our entire lives, they have brought us a sense of peace and joy and best of all unconditional love. Our best friends have been Boston Terrier’s, German Sheppard’s, American Bulldogs and Boxers. They are all unique in their personalities but all love to be loved, just like us. We are retired so one of us are at home all the time. We live on a great fence property with an awesome nieghborhood that we love to take walks around multiple times a day (weather permitting.) The dogs usually have a grand time taking a run around the property and playing. Should it be too warm of course they enjoy the air conditioning ? Now that our children are grown and married with children/dogs we occasionally keep their Boxer brother (Duke) and sister (Honey) and our grandchildren too. You can feel safe leaving your pets in our care. We will look after them and love them like our own! In fact, they may not want to leave as our grand-dogs do? About: I’ve taken care of many animals throughout my teen to adult years. I volunteered at a rescue taking care of mostly the cats. I’ve previously helped rescue kittens and dogs. I’ve always had animals around me. I’m a very big animal lover. I currently have 2 cats and 2 dogs and cat sit a kitten from time to time. I give the cats baths maybe once a month and the dogs weekly and I routinely walk the dogs. I watch the dogs while they’re outside while also giving them extra love. I love taking dogs on walks. I play with cats and even bring along toys that I know my cats love.

About: I've always had at least one dog and one cat at all times. I currently have 2 dogs right now. I have experienced in giving pill and liquid meds to dogs. My one dog would always have to be given meds with something while my other one too with ease. I've had to help wrap my sister's dogs legs with her and by myself. My personal dog currently are a 1 year old 70 lbs lab mix (male) and a 95 lbs mastiff mix (male). My sister's dog is a 50 lbs boxer mix (female). My first dog was a 95 lbs rhodesian ridge back who died of sickness at age 13. And my second dog was a 95 lbs staffordshire terrier great dane mix who passed from cancer at age 9. And I've worked with dogs at under one but over 7 months. And I've worked with seniors. Nothing grosses me out in the sense of bodily fluids I can do all the normal. I currently have no job I'm a full time college student with some extra time on my hands. I'm looking to be able to help others and maybe have some fun with some pets. I can easily crate you dog or take them on a long walk. If your animal need meds as long as I know of them I can give it to them easily (ex. liquid or pill) unless I don't know how to ( ex. shots) then I will ask if you'd like to. If they need meds or food to be given a specific way like peanut butter with the pill or has a release command to get food. I'm willing to walk through the whole house as long as doors are unlocked and check for if they made a mess either vomit or poop or pee and pick it up. Blood does not gross me out and I'm willing to do anything for their safety.

About: I grew up with dogs and have always considered them part of the family. Until last year, I cared for my own dog, Tank, who passed away at 14. Caring for him through his senior years taught me the value of patience, close observation, and keeping a pet’s routine as comfortable and consistent as possible. Tank occasionally had seizures, which gave me firsthand experience remaining calm, reducing stimulation, helping keep a dog safe from injury, and closely monitoring them while following an owner’s or veterinarian’s instructions. I’ve also dog sat for family members and truly enjoy making sure their pets receive dependable care, affection, exercise, and companionship while they are away. I’m detail-oriented and will follow your instructions closely. Feeding schedules, walking routines, medications, and house rules to favorite toys, training cues, and any special needs, your pet will feel safe, loved, and cared for in your absence. I work part-time as a caregiver for a person with a disability, a role that has strengthened my patience, reliability, and attention to individual routines and needs. Because my schedule is flexible, I can accommodate a wide range of pet-care routines, visit times, and scheduling needs. Whether I’m caring for your pet in my home or yours, I focus on keeping their routine safe, comfortable, and as familiar as possible. At my home, I have a yard available for regular bathroom breaks and a small park nearby for daily walks, exercise, and fresh air. I do not have any pets living with me full-time. From time to time, I care for my mother’s friendly French Bulldog, Vinny, who enjoys being around other dogs. I will always communicate in advance if another dog may be present and will make sure introductions are handled slowly, safely, and according to your pet’s comfort level. In a client’s home, I will follow your instructions closely regarding feeding, walks, playtime, medications, house rules, and any special routines or needs. My goal is to provide dependable, detail-oriented care that helps your pet feel secure and well cared for while you are away.

About: Throughout high school and now college I have sat for dogs and cats. I have taken care of many dogs, playing with them, feeding, walks and even cleaning up behind them. With cats I have played, fed, and cleaned out litter boxes. Although I have not done it officially besides friends and family, I want to help you take care of your animals just as if they were my own with love and happiness. I also have a family dog that I have taught to do tricks and helped potty train. I currently work part-time at a grocery store. Most times I work 8am to 2pm so I can take care of your animals before I go to work and after. Even if the there needs to be a drop in, I could take care during working hours as well. Every animal will be treated with love and care. I will stick to a routine that the owner may have and if crating is needed I could do so safely for both me and your pet.
