“This was our first time using Rover and Amber made us feel so comfortable about leaving our pup with her. We scheduled our vacation last year and I had forgotten to book JackJacks stay at a kennel we normally take him to. I’m glad that I did because Amber took such good of him. From the first meeting until we got back I felt at ease. She sent us pictures of him everyday and gave us updates on how he was adjust. My husband and I were a little concerned about her fence because our pup is small and he’s escaped from our backyard numerous times. Amber sent us pictures of JackJack playing on her screened in porch because she knew we were a little concerned. I would definitely book Amber to keep JackJack again. When we picked up Jack he greeted us but tried to go back into Ambers home, so that let me know that he also had a great time with her. ☺️”

He sleeps with us, sits beside us (or on top of us) on the couch, and is our first consideration when we're making any plans, even as simple as leaving him to go to the grocery store. We haven't left him with anyone outside of our home besides family in his 11 years! I came across Stephen's profile on Rover, though, and instantly felt like something was different. From our first communication, I was totally at ease. Leaving Winston with a stranger in their home was going to be okay- I just knew it in my bones. Now post- initial stay, I can absolutely say that Stephen and his family are simply, unequivocally the BEST. I received updates, photos, and videos throughout the day- he was on their couch, in their laps, wrapped life a burrito in blankets 😂, getting his treatment, giving complete "content dog" vibes. There was not a single doubt in my mind that he was loved there. If you're at all nervous about leaving your fur baby- this is the place. They are WONDERFUL. I'm reluctant to share this information, actually, because I don't want Stephen to ever not be available, but I also want others who worry about leaving their dogs as much as we do to experience the level of ease we felt. Fortunately he had availability for our next planned trip, and I've already rebooked.”

Luzvin's family was actively involved in caring for the dogs, and it was clear they all genuinely loved animals. With no other clients at the time, we didn’t have to worry about our dogs being around other animals, which was important since one of our dogs can be a bit unpredictable with others. One of the highlights of our experience was how communicative Luzvin was throughout the week. She sent us tons of pictures, videos, and updates every single day, which made us feel so connected to our dogs even though we were far away. It was such a comfort to see how happy and well taken care of they were! Luzvin’s attention to detail and dedication to our pets made us feel confident that we made the right choice. We’ll definitely be coming back for future stays and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring dog sitter!”
