About: *Rates negotiable for those who are scraping by in this expensive valley* Let me make your pets feel loved while you’re away! In addition to furry friends, I enjoy caring for birds, fish, and reptiles. I have experience with training, feeding, and grooming lots of animals—but most importantly, I can be the friend your pet needs when you need to leave them behind. If you have an animal with specific challenges, just let me know. I have worked with adult rescue dogs, resolving leash aggression and managing food aggression. I go into the office 4 days/week, but my schedule is pretty flexible. Contact me and we can see if your needs are a good fit with my schedule and skills. My priority is keeping your animals on their normal routine to reduce stress. Whether they need good company, lots of exercise, or just a meal provider, I’ll be happy to oblige.

About: I love animals and thoroughly enjoy spending time, walking, and caring for animals. I have had dogs since I was a child and have a lot of experience with a lot different of dog personalities. I currently work a great schedule of 3 days on and 4 days off so on the days I have off I can take your dogs for walks, check on them, feed them and provide them with excellent care! I live in an apartment but have access to trails right out my door. I am a very compassionate, clean, and friendly woman who will take care of your pet and will always do my best to meet you and your animals needs.

About: Hello! I have had dogs in my life since the day I was born. I was raised with many dogs and now have a sweet girl of my own. I would love to help you and your dog with house sitting, drop in visits, doggy day care, or going for a walk. My girl Zuma gets along with everyone and would love to have your dog as a playmate! If needed I can also leave her at home to give your pup my full attention. I work from home and create my own flexible schedule, and have lots of time to care for your pup! I can be available whenever is needed. My typical daily routine includes at least two long walks/hikes on the trails behind my home I have a sunny deck for the dogs to relax on with a fence. I also have a yard out front for potty breaks, and live at a trailhead with access to endless trails. I can be accommodating to any special needs your pup has. I would love to treat your dog to a fun and active day, and can enjoy relaxing if that is what they neeed

About: I pride myself in being able to bond with any animal. I love all breeds of dogs, and I understand that a key aspect to their behavior is their exercise, diet, and social interactions. By choosing me, you are guaranteeing that you dog is getting the proper amount of exercise and social engagement. My own dogs do not go on just walks, but outings that always include them meeting other dogs and socializing, making for a happier, healthier, and friendlier pet. I have been around dogs since I was 7. I was given my first dog to take care of at 11, a German Shepherd, and I had him for 12 years. He was never crated, and walked at least once a day to ensure he wasn’t cooped up. I work from home as a marketing / social media manager, which gives me ample time to take any clients pet out as I am on a looser schedule and can accommodate to the pet versus the pet moulding to my schedule. I have my own room, as well as a full backyard to use for any dog. I will let them stay within my room if need be, as well and within my entire house if they are good with other dogs.

“Marin was amazing with my cat Poe! This was my first time leaving him alone and I was worried about him, but she left very detailed notes about each visit and made sure to send me pictures along the way which made me feel so much better! He usually is a bit skittish with new people, but he seemed to get comfortable with her very quickly. Will definitely book with her again :)”

About: Adventure buddy, cuddle pro, and dog-loving human at your service! Hi, I’m Hillary! I’ve been caring for dogs since I was a kid, and I’ve never met a pup I didn’t love. I’ve owned two amazing dogs in my adult life, fostered with multiple rescues, and have been the go-to dog sitter for countless friends over the years. My current sidekick is Grizzwald — my adventure-loving pup who’s always down to explore! We hike, run, walk, swim, bike, and play our way through life, and we’d love to welcome your dog into the fun — or just keep things chill for pups who prefer lounging over lunging. We’re located just north of Silverthorne on about 2 acres of doggy bliss, with a small fenced-in area for easy outdoor hangouts. Whether your dog is high-energy or a certified couch potato, we’ve got the space, time, and love to make them feel right at home. All pups welcome — let’s get your dog on the schedule for some tail-waggin’ fun! I’ve got a super flexible schedule and am happy to work around your needs — and your pup’s! Whether you need care in the morning, afternoon, or evening, I’m here to help and can accommodate most requests. Just let me know what works best for you, and we’ll make it happen! Have leash, will travel! I have reliable transportation and can easily come to you — whether that’s for a quick potty break, a long walk, or some quality playtime. If your pup loves the dog park, I’m happy to take them for social time, or we can hit the trails for a walk, hike, or even a run! Whatever your dog’s energy level or routine, I’m here to make sure they’re happy, exercised, and well cared for. I also offer care at my home — whether it’s just for the day or an extended stay! Your dog will be treated like family, with plenty of love, space to roam, and a built-in adventure buddy (my pup, Grizzwald!).

When watching someone’s fur baby I always make sure all doors are secure. I have experienced losing a pet when it was being taken care of and it is the worst feeling. I do everything I can to make sure this does not happen under my watch, especially when entering someone’s home.

About: I have pet sitting for over 6 years. I have some skills for basic training (sit, stay, shake, etc.) Pets are so important to us and I want to help make their lives and their humans. I am currently working a part time job and I am looking to fill that time taking care of fur babies! My work is only 5 minutes from my home, so I can visit during the day. I am hoping to adopt a dog myself very soon. I do not have a backyard, but there is plenty of room for a small/medium sized dog to run around. We would run into other neighborhood dogs on the Blue River Trail!

“Marissa saved the day. With work commitments & a pup with upset stomach, she dropped-in twice in one day. And despite our efforts, Beacon had accidents, which she kindly cleaned up. No one likes being sick, Marissa shared empathy and is now on Beacon's "keeper list."”

“Jadyn is awesome! She has watched my doggo a few times now, and consistently exceeds expectations! She's super communicative, sends frequent updates, and is very respectful of my house. My dog is older and takes quite a few meds with each meal, and she's totally comfortable with that! Highly recommend Jadyn!”

“I can’t recommend Emily enough! She’s absolutely amazing with our two German Shepherds—no small task, given their size and energy. She takes them on regular hikes (which they love!) and cares for them like they’re her own. Whether we’re out of town or just need help during a busy week, she’s always reliable, calm, and confident with them. It’s clear she truly understands dogs, especially working breeds like Shepherds. “I've known Hilary for well over 15 years, and she has always been an animal lover! Between growing up with dogs in her family, to being a foster dog mom, to now having her own dog named Gris, Hilary has always showed that she is responsible in caring for her dogs. It was at no shock when I found out she was fostering dogs and helping them find homes. Hilary is extremely genuine, has a big heart, a love for dogs and the outdoors. I think that is why her companionship with animals is so strong! Any dog she has helped take care of is always out exploring, and having the time of their life. I know Hilary will be a great asset to any person or family needing her assistance.”

Ania G.
“Ania is 10/10! She was AMAZING with my rescue with a big bark around new people. She was patient with us and gained our sweet Dot’s trust enough to be the best walking buddies in no time! We trusted her to take Dot on her 3x weekly walk for months while I was unable to physically. She was able to harness her alone and return safe, sound and happy every time. We were very lucky to have her and would TOTALLY recommend!”

Alison M.
