About: I love all dogs! If there is a dog at a social event, I am the kind of person that you will find playing with the dog! I've been around all kinds of dogs my whole life. I've fostered and eventually adopted a rescue pup. I have experience with small dogs, medium dogs, and even very large ones! My last pup was a Great Dane named Onyx, unfortunately, he crossed the rainbow bridge in 2023. I miss him dearly. We haven’t adopted a new pup yet so I’m hoping to spread some love to pups that need to be checked on and walked around me! I will take care of yours like my own! 💛 I work a hybrid schedule. (Some days virtual, some days in the office) Just let me know what your pup needs and we can figure something out! I’m happy to meet your pets prior to caring for them, if that makes everyone more comfortable. All I ask is to be made aware of any health or behavior concerns so that we can all be the most safe.

About: I’ve been caring for animals my whole life, growing up on a family farm in southwest Minnesota with sheep, horses, hogs, dogs, and more than a few barn cats. As a dedicated 4-H and FFA member, I gained hands-on experience in showmanship, agility, obedience, and daily animal care. Professionally, I’ve worked as an animal care technician for the Richmond SPCA in Virginia and Companions Animal Hospital in St. Cloud, MN, caring for dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, and small mammals. My duties included walking, grooming, bathing, administering medications, and providing enrichment. I hold a Silver-level Low Stress Handling certification with 20 hours of specialized training. These days, I care for my two senior English Springer Spaniels, maintain a community fish tank, and regularly watch my family’s pets and farm animals. I love hiking, being outdoors, and making sure animals feel loved and cared for. Whether it’s playtime, a walk, or extra affection, I treat every animal like family. I am a free-lance graphic designer and baker, otherwise I have been a stay-at-home mom. Both kids are now in school full time, so I find myself with time to spare. I cannot walk my own dogs, due to their mobility restrictions and age, so why not walk yours! I would be caring for your pet in your home and around your neighborhood through walks, drop in visits and play times. I want to get to know you and your pet so that we know that we will work well together. I want you to feel safe having me caring for your furry family member and best friend, and I want to feel safe and comfortable with your pet(s). About: With 50+ years of experience caring and loving my own fur babies. I have loved and cared for many breeds, all away from a German Shepard, Shelties to a Chihuahua. Trust me the Chihuahua was more of a "so called guard dog" than my German Shepard. LOL I have more recent experience with senior dogs, but those senior dogs started out as puppies. As we all know every dog has their unique temperament. I don't hesitate in establishing clear leadership and positive relationship with your pups. I recently semi retired and I'm finding myself with a lot more free time. Once I got my own honey do list done. I was finding that I was spending to much time on the couch. It's been two years since I sent my little man over the rainbow bridge. Free time, too much sitting and missing my little man terribly. I needed activity and the love and joy that dogs give unconditionally. I have been sitting now for over 3 months and I am LOVING it! Your pup will be treated like my own. About: Hi, I’m Libby! I worked at a dog kennel for 4 years and have been dog sitting for families since high school. I’m experienced with all kinds of dogs and love making sure they feel safe, happy, and loved. I’ll treat your pup like my own and keep you updated along the way! Right now, I work part-time retail (mostly evenings), and I’m currently looking for a full-time job, so my schedule can be a bit flexible during the day. While things are a little up in the air, I always make sure to plan ahead so pets get the care and attention they need. If something ever comes up, I’ll communicate clearly and make sure your pet is still well taken care of. When caring for pets in their own home, I try my best to stick closely to their usual routine to keep them comfortable and happy. “This was our first time using Rover and I must say that Shelby was outstanding!! She was extremely responsive and since both of my cats required medication administration, she was very willing to set up a meet and greet to meet ours cats and to see the process to give them their medications. All went so well during the meet and greet, but when it came time for Shelby to visit the cats during our vacation, my cats decided to not cooperate by hiding from her and made it pretty difficult to give them their medications as they would keep running away. Shelby was very honest about how things were going and provided detailed updates with photos. She was extremely patient with my cats and they were able to get more comfortable as the week went on and eventually let her pick them up and stopped hiding which was very reassuring. She did excellent with getting them their medications even though the cats didn't make it easy! She was on time, provided excellent care, and we were able to relax on vacation knowing they were cared for. We plan to have Shelby help us again in the future!! Thanks SO much Shelby!!”

About: I’ve owned dogs my whole life. I currently have 3 and live on a 6 acre farm where the dogs can run and play all day. I’m currently between jobs but anticipate that my next work will be WFH so I can care for the dogs and other farm animals day in and day out. While the yard is not fenced per se, I do have invisible fencing if your dog is used to that system. I have 3 of my own dogs that know the boundaries and stay within them. I have a 3 bedroom house with 2 of the bedrooms unoccupied so there is plenty of space. I have crates of different sizes of your dog prefers to be crated for any length of time. One of my dogs is crated when not home the other 2 are free to roam the house and very well behaved.

About: I have owned both cats and dogs, and I love the care that comes with owning these selfless creatures. Whether it’s playing string with cats, or going for long walks with energetic dogs, it’s a joy to interact with each of their unique personalities. I’m a dog park regular, a cat favorite and have experience with dogs from training puppies to working with elderly dogs. My schedule is, at this time in my life, rather open. I’m not in school right now, and I am lucky to be able to do pet-sitting as a steady means of work at this time in my life. During the week, I typically have a few consistent dogs that I walk for, as well as a few overnight pet-sitting jobs a few times per month. I’d love for you to be one of them! Because of this, it makes it easier for me to stay with the pet for a majority of the time, if desired. If I need to leave, it’s usually just to go home and cook my husband dinner, do a few errands or to walk/check on another pet. It all depends on your pet’s needs and habits. Feeding, bathroom and attention are the basics, but besides that I can be extremely active, going for long or several walks/day and lots of playing with toys, to more relaxed, following your animal’s needs. Hanging out with pets is as much for me as it is for the owner I’m working for and their pet. I find lots of fulfillment through spending time with animals, whether it’s my own or Rover clients. I have met many families on here that were strangers at first that eventually became a consistent friend/client.

About: I have experience in walking dogs, daycare, puppy training, senior dog care, wound care and boarding. I can teach your dog basic commands and skills. I am kind and compassionate to every animal I meet. I will give your dog the adequate exercise and care they need! I am available anytime during the day for your pets. I try to update my calendar daily as of now I am pretty open for bookings! I have a fenced in yard for you babies to play. I have one fur baby that will keep your babies company. If dogs recall is good I am willing to take them around are 5 acres of land to run free and play as well.

About: I've been taking care of my own animals since I was 8 years old. I grew up with multiple pets in my house hold. I raised a chinchilla to be 18 and my oldest dog was almost 16. Our family recently moved to the area and I’m just getting back into Rover. I'm currently a teacher so I have plenty of time to check in on your animal(s). I have a flexible schedule in the summer so I will try to work with your schedule. I am able to check in on your animal(s), give them attention, take them for a walk, and feed them/give them potty breaks. If there is bad weather or the animal needs extra attention (for longer periods of time) they can hang out in my home with me. I have three friendly golden dogs!

About: My name is Marill. I love all animals. I have been watching animals since 2006. I absolutely love dogs. Every pet I've ever watched I try to mimic their home behavior so there are no bad habbits learned. If they aren't allowed on the couch at home. I wont let them here. If they are working on commands I will use your verbiage and hopefully return them to you more trained then when they came! If you want them to have the best time ever and be on vaca too, I can absolutely do that as well with beach days and sleeping in, on my bed! I want your pet to feel happy and loved while you're away and I can always provide pictures and video's too if you'd like! I have had a lot of experience with dog behaviors, training and medications and am always willing to learn. I chose to do Rover because I no longer wanted to leave my older dog… then COVID happened and I lost all 4 of my hospitality jobs so I chose to watch dogs full time! Rover is just one more way to get my name out there, but this is all I do all day long and I love it! I own a boarding business that I run out of my home so I’m here all day every day doing what I love. So Rover is just a great way to get in touch with people that need their pet to be in a safe and happy environment while they are away. I have 6 dogs of my own. Ranging from 6 years to 1. All different play styles or all of them love to sleep too! I have everything your dog needs to feel safe, get properly socialized, learn in a group setting and really enjoy coming here every time. I love all the dogs I watch just as if they were my own.
