About: Hi, I’m Jaclyn! I’m new to Rover, but not to pet care. I’ve always been an animal lover. I have taken care of family, friend’s, and coworker’s pets for over 15 years. I have been consistently pet sitting since 2020. This ranges from cats, kittens, senior dogs and puppies, to rabbits, guinea pigs, and tropical frogs. I make sure to keep your space clean; laundry, dishes, vacuum, take in the mail, take out the trash. I want your home to be a safe haven when you get back, with nothing to tend to when you return. Wood trails are great for walks and I always keep a close eye to make sure your pet is not getting into any mischief! I exercise the utmost caution when walking on the street, keeping alert for traffic or any other hazards. I carefully assess dogs we may meet on the street to ensure safety and distance if necessary, with skills I’ve learned working at a doggy daycare. I care for dogs in a reassuring, calm way, with lots of praise and patience. I have a good eye for ticks and I am always finding them, but your dog should be treated for this, too. Your best friend is in good hands with me!

About: I've taken care of animals all shapes and sizes since I can remember. Growing up my only job was to make sure my fur babies were fed and loved unconditionally. I would go to a friend of the family and help her with her pit bull and (several) greyhounds. I've worked at kennels from a young age and have had my own share of birds, mice, fish, hamsters, Guinea pigs, and chinchillas as well as dogs and cats. The home has only been without pets for around 7 months now and I would love to dedicate some of my time to people who need genuine love and care for their fur babies! I do not have a job, I am around all of the time! I can be there any time day or night! You name it. I do not have a fenced in yard, however all of the neighborhood doggies are very very friendly. I have a decent sized yard and live next to multiple fields and grassy areas.

About: I have had pets since I was around 8 years old, when my family had a dog and a cat. When I was a teenager, while living in, I took care of 2 young Yellow Labs while their family was vacationing in Europe. Soon after, I then adopted a young Irish Setter, who I enjoyed running with on the beach. She was full of energy, enthusiasm and so much fun. I enjoy being with dogs and walking outdoors with them, getting our fresh air and exercise. My daughter in law also cares for dogs in her home, through Rover, and I enjoy being with the dogs in her home. I enjoy brushing and playing with dogs and I am attentive to their feeding schedule and always put out fresh water with each meal. I am attentive to their outdoor needs and clean up well after them. Dogs are wonderful! I am available 7 days a week, from 6 am through 10 pm. I am happy to walk you dog, feed meals, play, and keep your dog company I have 3, 2 1/2 year old sister cats. I keep their litter boxes very clean, by usually cleaning them 3 times a day.. I feed them in the morning, and then I play with them, and they get their exercise by running up and down the steps in our house. I brush them frequently. When weather permits. I open a window for them to enjoy watching the outdoors. Dinner time and more playing. They absolutely are so happy to play with the catnip toys, along with lying next to me on the rug or on the couch. They sleep very well through the night. each

About: I am a speech-language pathologist in Greenfield, MA and love working with animals on the side when possible. I started dogsitting down in Rhode Island in 2014 while I was in graduate school. I've also grown up with dogs in my life (a black lab/german shepard mix and a yellow lab). I have some experience with puppy training and enjoy going on walks with and exercising dogs. Why I love dog sitting I have been a dog lover since I can remember. I've grown up having a dog. My first dog was a black lab/German Shepard mix named Pretina. I would play with her, take her on walks, go hiking with her, and many more activities. My second family dog, Piper, was a yellow lab who I had since she was a puppy. I helped in her puppy training and have enjoyed all the previously mentioned activities with her as well. Many of my friends and extended family have also had dogs which I've enjoyed playing with and caring for. During my undergrad career, I petsat for my professor's yellow lab and thoroughly enjoyed caring for him when I was so far from my own dog. My experience administering medication I am comfortable administering medication, though I would like to be shown how to administer it and practice with the owner before sitting for the dog. I have some experience administering insulin shots to a cat. I work in schools, so I am generally available before 8am and after 3pm on weekdays during the school year. During school breaks and summer, I have more availability. I care for your dogs following client preferences. I will let dogs out into a fenced in back yard, crate when left alone at home, keep on leash for walks, etc. as indicated by owners. In general, I would default to keeping dogs on leash during walks and not letting them out on their own unless the yard is fenced in.

About: I am an active 20 something animal loving gal. Throughout college, I dog walked and house sat very regularly. Now I take on more long term house sitting gigs, but I am open to new drop in/dog walking clients. I am comfortable and have experience with all indoor animals (big and small) and some outdoor critters (think chickens, goats, etc.). I have familiar and comfortable with the needs of puppies and older dogs, I have experience taking care of both. Currently, I work part time so I an free throughout the day to visit your furry friends while you’re at work. Additionally, I don’t have many responsibilities at home (no fur babies or kiddos), so I have a generally flexible schedule for housesitting. I am comfortable caring for animals with any kind of needs. I am adamant about clear communication with owners to understand how to best care of their fur babies and keep them safe. About: I have had animals my whole life and always also have been employed in animal care fields. Personally have 5 dogs and 4 cats. I also have experience with farm animals including horses. I am currently working part time and have a very flexible schedule. I can always adjust my day as needed to fit your desired schedule. About: I’ve interned at my local vet clinic for two years now and have recently moved to a paid position as an assistant! through this internship i have not only learned substantial knowledge regarding pet care, such as how to most effectively administer medications, but also discovered my love for pet sitting, as i have become one of the veterinarian’s permanent pet sitter! i also plan to go to vet school after i earn my bachelors degree! i am currently working various part time jobs, so i will need at least two weeks notice for a majority of the services i provide. i will try my best to arrange my schedule for your convenience! i’ll treat your furry family like my own! i come with treats ready (with permission of course) and never leave without a game of fetch or whatever else your babies might enjoy! they’ll definitely be the highlight of my day, so i’ll try to be there’s too!

About: ive had a couple of dog growing up in my childhood a sweet old black lab and a super crazy dingo.. in my free time after school and during summer i used to walk them, no amount of walking could satisfy my dingo.. id have her pull my bike to get all her energy out since we didnt have any closed in areas she could run off in.. ( i dont do this anymore! i realize its not very safe! she absolutely loved it for sure though) i love pups big and small old and energetic theyre all very unique and id love some new friends to get me out of the house. id ask you beforehand of course if youd be okay with them swimming, theres a pond i can bring them to after walking to cool off at. our backyard is fenced! i have two cats, so id like to know how your dog reacts around small creatures, if they cant be in contact i can always but them into a room while the dog is over. most likely theyd be outside! lots of shade and id keep em well hydrated and happy :3 i currently have been on a job hunt since what feels like forever, my schedule is very. very open.. since i dont have a car, drop off would be ideal, if your close enough to walk to i can do that too! weekends are the only time id be able to pick up your pooch my cats get their waters filled and cleaned almost daily, lots of love of course and are very spoiled. i dont have any dogs at the moment, so of course id love to chat about what youd expect and need for your lovely pup! im good with communication and friendly, special needs id be extra attentive to. im very good at remembering small things, though id still write em down incase!

About: I have grown up surrounded by all sorts of animals and have been an adoring playmate for them all, except for one of my ferrets who only liked my mother! At an early age I began to provide animal care for people in my communities and have continued to gain experience ever since.
