12. Julia B.
About: I have grown up with dogs for my whole life and love nothing more than going for walks and hikes! In fact, I live across the street from the DAR State Forest, so if your pooch spends an overnight in my home we'll have plenty of new sights and smells to explore! I can handle multiple dogs at a time and am comfortable with other animals as well (horses and farm animals included!). I will work with you to make sure that your pet's feeding, exercise, and care needs are met and I will make sure your pet gets the exercise and care that they need. I currently work full-time during the day, but work a hybrid schedule so I can be home some days. I believe that communication is key, so I will be sure to stay in touch with you throughout the stay and would be more than happy to answer any questions you may have before, during, and after our booking. You can be assured that if I watch your pets in your home, you will return to your house in the same condition it was left in (or better!). Whatever your wish, just let me know and I'll be sure to go above and beyond your expectations for the care of your pet! I only accept dogs from the same family for boarding and will not book multiple stays that overlap. If you're interested in horse or farm animal care, please reach out for more information and relevant experience. I usually work from home 2 days/ week and have some flexibility in my schedule to accommodate minor changes (such as switching my in-office days or working half days in the office and half at home). I have a decently large yard that is not fenced in and primarily surrounded by forest. My dog usually goes off leash in the yard and on hikes when there aren't other people or dogs around. I live across the street from miles of quiet hiking trails and lakes, and would gladly take your pet for on-leash or off-leash walks.

13. Emily L.

“Emily is amazing! She made friends with our standoffish scaredy-cat right away and has proved to be incredibly competent and responsive when we need her. We don't know what we would do without her!”

14. Jaclyn P.
“I have been using Jaclyn as a petsitter for over a year now. She is sweet, attentive and treats my fur babies as hers. I have a mix of dogs and cats and even dart frogs. Dart frogs need to eat live fruit flies and she had no problems giving them their food while I was a way for a week. My senior dog is on medications and while on one vacation she even drove to the vet 1/2 hour away to pick up more medications for him. I have a new puppy and she has been so helpful. I’m so happy I finally found a good sitter!”

15. Razz C.
“Razz has been my go-to dog care and sitter for about 7-8 years! They have come over to walk my 2 dogs on occasion but mostly I ask them to house and dog sit when we are away. I trust them completely - to care and love my dogs, to care for our house, to reach out if anything comes up ... and with 2 senior dogs, things do come up. During a recent dog sitting time, one of my dogs woke up and couldn't put weight on his leg. Razz was an outstanding care partner - we were far away and worried. Razz helped us to coordinate getting help for our fur baby. In addition to being reliable, they are a gentle soul that cares about the earth and world and is super amiable.”

16. Angela C.
“Angela was super quick to respond to my messages and she did a great job with our Pyr Bentley. She sent us a quick update and photos with each visit which was much appreciated. I would recommend her to anyone!”

17. Rita M.
About: I’ve interned at my local vet clinic for two years now and have recently moved to a paid position as an assistant! through this internship i have not only learned substantial knowledge regarding pet care, such as how to most effectively administer medications, but also discovered my love for pet sitting, as i have become one of the veterinarian’s permanent pet sitter! i also plan to go to vet school after i earn my bachelors degree! i am currently working various part time jobs, so i will need at least two weeks notice for a majority of the services i provide. i will try my best to arrange my schedule for your convenience! i’ll treat your furry family like my own! i come with treats ready (with permission of course) and never leave without a game of fetch or whatever else your babies might enjoy! they’ll definitely be the highlight of my day, so i’ll try to be there’s too!
