About: I used to work in the pet grooming industry from 2013-2021 bathing dogs and making sure the dogs in the daycare were being watched, taken care of, and having all the enrichment they need. I am willing to bathe and blow out dogs depending on size and fur type for a fair cost if you ask! I do have all equipment including a forced air dryer and I always have fabric on hand for bandanas 🥰 I dont have the service listed as I simply dont feel it fair for smaller dogs or dogs with short hair to overpay with the only option being 1 price. I have a dog and cat of my own and understand body language and behavior in both dogs and cats. I rescue my pets and typically grab the ones that may be overlooked and passed up. All my pets, including my late dog, the lab in photos, all have medical needs and requirements ranging from gastrointestinal issues to neurological. I am familiar and comfortable with giving medication. Its very important for me that my pets are in excellent health so I completely get it when an owner is not wanting extra snacks or a walk to be skipped! As someone who recently experienced a senior dog in my home, i am very understanding and patient with elderly pets. I am also in the hobby of fish keeping and have some exotic critters like hermit crabs 💞 I have been a stay at home wife and mother since 2021. My day starts with letting my dog out to potty after the long night then straight to feeding my dog and indoor cat. I then go and check on all my tanks, counting critters, making sure everyone in tanks is good and turning lights on. My dog goes out several times a day and outside of errands and the occasional day out with friends, I am always home to make sure there are plenty of potty breaks. In the evenings I feed all the tank critters, and double check to make sure everyone is well before I shut tank lights off and feed my dog and cat. Finally, my dog goes potty 1 last time before bed! I do hace a fully fenced in backyard but anytime we leave the property, we ensure all pets are leashed. I do not let my dog outside unsupervised and no dog in my care will ever be outside unsupervised for any amount of time regardless of the fence. I have 3 cameras for my backyard that i minitor constantly as well. I belive in always leashing a pet in public and never approaching other pets whether it be with or without a leashed pet of your own. If a dog is a known puller on walks, i do prefer to walk with a slip lead. I do have crates in the home along with built in gates. During boarding, my dog stays in the bedroom and office areas, and our guest dogs stay in the living areas. Any dogs in my care must be up to date on all vaccinations and flea medication, must not jump gates or fences, and must be crate trained and potty trained. These are all for safety reasons and to make sure things go as smoothly as possible for everyone involved.

About: Hello, my name is Caleb. I’m from Washington state and have lived in Bossier City about 10 years. My family has 2 dogs. Patchi is our papillon (13yrs old), and Paco, our tiny rescue (8yrs old) chihuahua from Mexico! While on vacation we stopped at a shelter to drop off food, and he ran up to me in the street. I knew from that first moment we had a bond, and one week later he came home with me. I have a love for dogs, and they usually warm up to me very quickly. I have experience with fostering smaller breeds. I also spent some time volunteering and cleaning at a local cat shelter. Looking forward to meeting and caring for pet. So you never have to worry about a sitter canceling on you, Michaela and Shonda work together to put you at ease. With Michaela’s training in handling aggressive dogs and Shonda’s overall experience with different species, they work well together to handle any situation that may arise. Michaela currently works full time at a vet clinic and is currently working on her degree to become a vet technician. Due to her busy schedule, Shonda will be handling majority of the bookings. If there is any incident that causes harm to one of us, we are allowed to refuse any future services. When it comes to larger dogs, Shonda must know everything about their behaviors. If your dog is more aggressive or hyperactive, it’s best to book with Michaela only because Shonda’s health issues could lead to severe injuries to herself. We want to avoid that so please be 100% transparent about your pets behaviors when booking with us!

About: I’ve loved animals since I was young. I grew up with goats, cats, dogs, bunnies, and many more fun critters. I find a lot of joy being around animals. When I was 9 I helped my family’s pet goat give birth and helped raise them until they were rehomed to different farms. That is just one of the many fun stories I have from growing up surrounded by a variety of animals. I’m pretty comfortable with all personalities of pets and am very accommodating to specific routines and lifestyles. I used to work at a pet hospital so, that educated me on how to care for injured or sick pets. As well as, how to handle different behaviors of pets to benefit their safety and day to day life. I believe that all pets deserve kind and loving care no matter the age. I’m currently a stay at home wife with plenty of time to care for your fur babies! I’m available Monday-Saturday all day and Sundays after 12 PM, unless we make special accommodations for overnights or other accommodations. I live in a quiet neighborhood and have a large fenced in yard with plenty of room for playing and exercise. I also have two dogs that love making new friends. For boarding at my house I like to let the dogs have plenty of outside time. Whether it’s in the backyard playing, going on a walk, or a trip to the dog park. I’m also up for quiet days with snuggles on the couch. I am happy to crate your dog if requested- one of my dogs are crated when they are home alone due to anxiety so I understand the necessity if needed. I also have indoor cameras to monitor my pets while I’m not home, so your pets will always have an eye on them even if I’m not physically there to ensure their safety. For overnight stays in your home, it is completely up to your discretion how you’d like me to care for your pets. If you have special instructions for your pet care I am open to almost anything, I don’t think any ask is too big or too small.
