She kept me updated through the day with pictures and videos and was very responsive with all my questions. I will definitely be reaching out to Heather for the future. “Karla was incredible!!! This was our first time leaving our puppy with a dog sitter so we were super nervous but Karla was so friendly and reassured us constantly. She sent us tons of photos and kept us up to date on how he was doing. Our puppy is a little shy but he took to Karla super fast when they first met! He had tons of play time and made so many friends! He was so happy running around in the yard and we could tell he was having a wonderful time! “They were extremely accommodating with our pick up and drop off schedule. I have used river maybe five or six times in the past, and that last time I use them I had a very bad experience with poor communication and people were so polite and had a beautiful property and kept in constant communication with plenty of pictures and when it was time for me to pick up my dog, we had a lot of traffic and we’re over an hour late and they were happy to oblige. I will definitely leave my stellar with him anytime and I plan to leave her with them in the future anytime I need a sitter. They sent me lots of pictures. They even went as far as printing out some pictures for us, and they gave Stella a little bandanna like she would have when she left a groomer. They were very polite and had a great backyard, and my dog was very happy when I picked her up, so I know that they treated her well. They are definitely an A+ sitter. I highly recommend them and I have used the multiple times was good and bad and I had nothing but good things to say about them.”
