“So happy to have found Leanne! We needed a last minute booking for several visits a day for a few days. She was so reliable and took great care of Emma. She even saved a few of our large plants on deck because of high wind. We will surely booking with Leanne again!”

Very flexible during weekday afternoons and open on the weekends at any time! I currently do not offer my home for services. I am more than happy to take care of your pets in their own homes or outside areas!

About: I’ve spent years caring for dogs and cats of all personalities, and I treat every pet like they’re part of my own little fur-family. With 6+ years of dog experience and over 20 years of cat care, I’m confident, calm, and totally in tune with what pets need to feel happy and safe. I’ve owned 7+ cats over the years, cared for many pups, and even handled medication and special routines. Friends and neighbors have trusted me for ages to feed, walk, play, cuddle, and keep their pets smiling while they’re away. I’m gentle, reliable, and always focused on giving your pets the love and attention they deserve.Lots of tail wags and purrs guaranteed. Pet care fits naturally into my day because I’m a stay-at-home parent with a very flexible schedule. I’m home often, which makes it easy for me to plan walks, drop-in visits, feeding times, and play sessions around your pet’s needs. Your pet’s comfort and safety come first in my home. I have a fully fenced-in yard for safe outdoor play and plenty of space to explore. Inside, I use gates throughout the house to keep pets out of trouble and create a calm, manageable environment. If your pet is used to structure, I can crate them as needed to keep their routine consistent. I also have two playful, friendly dogs who love making new friends and can keep your pup company—whether they enjoy gentle play or just having a buddy nearby. My goal is to make your pet feel at home, loved, and totally comfortable during their stay.

About: Hello pawsome fur parents! 🐾 I’m a lifelong animal lover with over 14 years of experience dog sitting, dog walking, and checking in on pets. I started caring for other people’s animals when I was 15 and have loved doing it ever since! I grew up surrounded by dogs, including a German Shepherd, two Golden Retrievers, and a Jack Russell mix, so I’m comfortable with dogs of all breeds, sizes, ages, and personalities. I also have a fur baby of my own, a toy Labradoodle, so I know how important it is to find someone you genuinely trust with your pet. My experience goes beyond dogs, too! I’ve cared for cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, chinchillas, and hamsters and am comfortable with the unique routines that come with small animals, including feeding, refreshing water and hay, cage or habitat upkeep, playtime, handling, and giving them plenty of attention while their humans are away. 🐰🐹 I also have experience administering injectable diabetes medication to both dogs and cats and am comfortable following detailed feeding, medication, and care instructions. Whether your pet needs a walk, a check-in, some playtime, medication, or just someone to keep them company, I’ll treat your fur babies with the same love, patience, and attention I give my own. ❤️ I’m home full-time, which gives me a very flexible schedule and plenty of availability to give your pets the attention they deserve! 🐾 I’m available throughout the day for walks, drop-ins, feeding, playtime, potty breaks, medication, and lots of love and attention. Because I’m home during the day, I can also accommodate pets who need more frequent care, have specific routines, or simply aren’t used to being alone for long periods of time. I’m happy to work with your pet’s normal schedule to keep their routine as consistent and comfortable as possible while you’re away! Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities! I carefully follow all instructions provided by pet parents, including feeding schedules, medications, walking routines, and any special needs or preferences. During drop-ins and walks, I make sure doors, gates, leashes, and harnesses are secure and always keep a close eye on your pet and their surroundings. I’m also happy to send plenty of photos and updates so you can feel confident that your fur baby is safe, happy, and getting lots of love while you’re away! 🐾

At this time I do not have any yard space or ability to have pets stay with me at my house. I am willing to stay at the pet owners home if needed or stop by for their care needs.

“Sophia did a great job checking on my animals. She was clean, thorough, always checked in and sent photos. She’s trustworthy and good with animals, and I’m very happy with her as a pet sitter.”

About: Growing up in an animal loving home, I have had the responsibility of taking care of dogs, cats, fish, hermit crabs, birds, turtles, mice, Guinea pigs, and an iguana. Friends and family have relied on me to walk, feed, brush, clean, bathe, and play with their animals. I treat them as if they were my own and as if they were human. I currently work Monday to Friday 8-4:30pm and I am home on weekends. I am able to walk, feed, play, and follow potty schedules as you do in your home after work, on the weekends, or in my home for boarding. I do have owners who are ok with their dogs being in my home while I am at work but it is all about whatever you feel comfortable with! I have a fenced in yard with three house trained, dog friendly doggos. They get a walk everyday and let out as much as they need. My husband and I love to go in the backyard with them and run around or take them on adventures in the car. My dogs do sleep in our room, either in their beds or on our bed, whatever they prefer and that is the same option I will always give your dog. I can crate if needed/requested. Wally and Reed are fed three small meals a day, once in the morning, afternoon, and evening, but I know not everyone’s food schedule is this way. All feedings are separated from your dogs. My older dog has allergies and is given allergy medication daily as well as ear drops which makes me capable of following a medication routine. We also have a Furbo indoor camera that has all eyes on the dogs at all times and baby gates to separate large areas of our home just incase anything were to ever happen. There are times where I will be sitting other dogs as well as yours. All dogs are slowly introduced on leash in the backyard in a safe environment. I allow the dogs to take the time they need to settle in and get a feel and sense of smell of their surroundings. If an owner feels as though the stay will not work out, I am completely understanding. I would never want an owner or dog to ever feel uncomfortable in my home. If you are unsure of your dogs feelings toward other dogs, especially males, I always recommend a meet and greet in advance. I have never cared for a special needs animal, but I have taken care of very sick animals and making sure they are comfortable and accommodated for. If you have a special needs dog and are considering me, I would make all the accommodations necessary to make your pet feel right at home and comfortable.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
