However, Jenelle completely exceeded my expectations. She was incredibly thoughtful and even suggested a meet-and-greet before the stay to make sure Banjo would be comfortable. She showed such patience and care with him, especially since he’s a shy and nervous dog. Throughout our trip, Jenelle kept us updated with regular photos and videos, which really helped ease my worries. Banjo came home happy, relaxed, and clearly had the best time with Jenelle and her own dogs. I think he was a little upset that we were taking him home because he had so much fun!! We’re so grateful for her wonderful care and will absolutely be leaving Banjo with her for all our future trips. Highly recommend!!”

She is knowledgeable with dog care and you can tell she loves dogs. Someone was always with them during their stay. It's not necessary but I think being in a new home helped them be comfortable. She kept us updated with lots of pictures. They always looked happy and that made us happy. We totally recommend Jennifer if you're looking for a great dog sitter!”

We had to leave town early due to bad weather and she was willing to accommodate with an early drop off! On pickup, she gave Linus a sweet little note with a bag of treats. How sweet!
