“First time using Christina’s services. She took her time to explain to me how she cares for the pets she handles. Christina gave me tips on how to handle my my puppy (which was helpful since I am a first time owner). She was patient and loving towards my Sparkey. I trust that Christina will provide and continue to provide quality care for my puppy.”

“I have used Shannon to care for my dogs 4 times now and every time has been great. Shannon is very accommodating and flexible, which I really like because my life is hectic. My dogs seem to love going there, they rush right in as soon as she opens the door. They are always good natured when I pick them up, which tells me that Shannon is treating them right. She sends me pictures throughout their stay and keeps me updated. I plan on using her every time I need a pet sitter. Finding someone reliable and dependable and caring is a real comfort to me when I have to leave my pets.”

“They were the best!! My Dior loved her stay, will be returning!”

About: I LOVE animals! I grew up on a farm in Arizona surrounded by dogs, chickens, cows, hamsters, and even a few ferrets and a snake! I adopted my own fur baby (an almost three year old lab, Pyrenees, Newfoundland mix🥰) a few years ago, and we are excited to be helping y’all out with your pets! I’m currently not working besides taking care of pets on Rover, so my availability is pretty open and flexible. In very few instances, I may need to request a slight changing in time frame to accommodate for my two kiddos under two (fun times! 😂 ) and dropping off/picking up my partner from his job. All things considering, life as a stay at home mom allows me to be most available for doggy day care and boardings, but if you’re fine with my sister tagging along to help with my away-from-home sittings, I can sit your house for you as well (overnights most of the time for me are a no-go, but I’m a night owl/early bird so I can come and leave early/late, and my sister is able to spend overnights as well if needed throughout most of the week. But you never know so please feel free to talk to me and we can see if we can work something out 😊). If you’re considering boarding/doggy day care, my apartments have a dog park just a short walk away from my unit, so I would be able to provide them with ample exercise, and both my kiddos and my pup LOVE and get along well with other pets. We are also conveniently located only five minutes from the airport, so you can drop them off on your way to vacation and pick them up without going too far out of your way on your way home! I have experience with most breeds, ages, and needs of dogs, and while I’m not trained in any type of CPR/first aid (nor have I ever needed to use it), I have the head knowledge. Don’t hesitate to ask any questions! Thank you for booking with me! Your pets will be well loved. 🥰 NOTICE: I NO LONGER ACCEPT PITS OR PIT MIXES TO BOARD. I HAVE HAD TOO MANY CASES WHERE A SITUATION AROSE WHERE MY DOG OR ANOTHERS’ DOG(S) HAVE BEEN PUT IN AN UNSAFE SITUATION DUE TO A PIT. AS OF NOW, I STILL ACCEPT HOUSE SITTINGS WITH PITS/PIT MIXES. THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING. 🥲 As I said, this is my only source of income, so I can cater to the needs of your pet right along with my own with practically nothing to stand in the way! 😊 I treat your pet like my own (yes, they even sleep on my bed sometimes 😂), and I honestly take even more care over yours to ensure the best experience all around. This means leashing them EVERY TIME we go outside and BEFORE any doors are opened, giving them space if needed and around other dogs (not including my own if boarding/doggy day care), etc.

“Chelsea was very professional and treated Bella like one of her own. I wouldn’t hesitate to use her again.”

“Nicole was an excellent host. I booked a last minute trip and she was able to work with me so that my trip went as smooth as possible. She took amazing care of my pups and provided me with constant updates. I would highly recommend trusting Nicole with your fur babies.”

“Phoebe gets so excited when I say ‘let’s go for a ride’ because she knows this routine may include going to doggy daycare @ The Wolf Pack❤️. She gets to play with her doggie friends and gets quite a workout. A tired dog is a happy good dog. So thankful that we found Rachel! Awesomeness”

“Danielle took great care of Saphina and Ellis. They always came home exhausted from playing with all the dogs and were excited to go back the next day. Lots of picutures and videos were sent throughout the day so I knew that they both were having a great day while I was at work”

“Ms. Angela is great with Ace. She make sure she updates me through the time he is there. He have so much fun when he is with her and Yuki”

About: Hi there! I’m Lilah 🤗 - a passionate and experienced dog lover. Although I have been in the corporate world for the past 11 years, I have also provided top-notch dog sitting services sporadically for over 20 years. My goal with this career change is to find a more meaningful existence and flexibility to spend quality time with my family. I absolutely adore spending time with my furry friends 🐶 I understand that leaving your beloved pup in someone else's care can be a daunting experience, but rest assured that I will treat your dog as if they were my own. I prioritize their safety, comfort, and happiness above all else, ensuring they have a pawsome time while you're away. I focus on behavioral training, socialization, and providing both you and your pup with the best experience pawsible 🐾 I am well-versed in handling dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments, and I am more than happy to accommodate any specific needs or preferences your pup may have. I've lived with dogs my entire life. From Huskies, to Golden Retrievers and Yorkies, I lived and/or cared for them all. I currently have a wonderfully aloof 8 year old Rottweiler, a playful 3 year old Olde English Bulldog and a cat who loves his dog brothers. I am vastly familiar with dog psychology and behavior and have learned numerous training methods in my spare time. If you're looking for a dedicated, trustworthy, knowledgeable and compassionate dog sitter, I would be more than delighted to meet you and your fur baby. Feel free to reach out so we can get to know each other better. I can't wait to become a trusted and beloved companion for your dog 🐕🦺🥳🦴 I am transitioning into the pet care business and working on my schedule. As of now I am available weekday evenings, with more availability on the weekends. I have a fenced in backyard and partially finished basement with a pet area including crates and pens. Transportation is available for fun walks in forest park.

“I can’t say enough great things about Tami. I knew I’d be gone for most of the day and she took excellent care of my high energy border collie/lab, Bella. She sent pics of her playing with another dog which was awesome. I will definitely call her again for all my fur babysitting needs.”

“Ellie is amazing 👏 My pup has so much fun playing with her friends all day and gets sooo excited in the car when she realizes where we are headed 😊 Plus Ellie makes drop off and pick up a breeze so I'm never stressed about work. I am super grateful for her!!”

About: Small dogs? Large dogs? Cats? I love them all. I have worked in the animal industry for years and I love it. I love both cats and dogs, could never pick between the two of them. I have had my own dog, along with my own cats. In the past I have had guinea pigs, hamsters, rabbits, snakes and other reptiles so really nothing is off limits. I currently work from home, so fitting you into the daily routine and schedule is going to be a breeze! Dog needs more time? Consider in home! I take one to two dogs in home at a time as to not stress the dog(s) out! I can easily crate if needed, but I prefer the free roaming way! Im home all day for work and such, so being free and comfortable is my goal!

About: I have had my own pets since I was a young child. I have taken care of many of my friends, family, neighbors, and church members pets over the years. I love dogs and kitties and believe they deserve to be well taken care of. They depend on us to be good to them and are at our mercy. If they are mistreated they can't say anything. This makes it that much more important to be good to our pets. I am not currently working so I have a lot of free time. I have 6 grown children who are on thier own. Two in college, the rest with their own families. I have one friendly lab mix who loves playmates. A fenced in yard, doggie door, and all hardwood floors so accidents are not tragic! I am within walking distance of our city bike/walking trail for long doggie walks.

About: I have 10 years pet experience. Ranging from having my own animals to walking and sitting other animals! I have experience in administrating medications to caring for animals that need alittle bit more of assistance!! I have also have had the pleasure of fostering many animals such as puppies and full grown pups! I am a stay at home mama to two kids and we love to spend our time with animals and love on them! We are always available to love and care for animals. I care for pets inside my own home and in clients homes just as they would care for their own pets! I am very detailed oriented and will treat your animals with love and kindness!

“Pickup and droppoff was easy. From the beginning she handled Ace with care. Once we got home he laid down which is great because I asked if she could get some of his energy out and she definitely did. She also kept me updated throughout the day which I did appreciate. Will definitely be booking again.”

About: I’ve owed and taken care of animals for decades. They are an indelible part of families and should be treated with an abundance of love. I am recently retired and have plenty of time to love and care for animals. Your pet will be treated as a member of my family. I have owned four dogs but they have all crossed the rainbow bridge. I have a fenced yard. Your pet will be allowed on my furniture and sleep in my bed (if they want to).

“Stacie has been great with Ralph!! Keeps me updated on things and just overall great with him. Highly recommended!”

About: Hello! My name is Kristin. I have owned and been around animals my whole life I am a veterinary technician so I'm able to administer medication's for your animals. I also have a lot of experience with horses and other farm animals I do currently work full time in the veterinary field but my job is really flexible and I'm able to move shifts around and make a plan for your pet! I have a 6ft privacy fence with both gates securely locked. I have 3 dogs of my own that are very dog friendly and love to play. I do kennel my personal dogs for their safety if I have to leave the house.

About: I believe in the Rover motto, loving pet care in your neighborhood. Rover has helped me get loving, responsible, and affordable pet care through the years. Since Covid, I work at home and have the opportunity to provide the same for other pet owners. My dogs have emerged as one of my main extra-curriculars outside of work. Over twenty years ago, I received in-home train-the-trainer training in how to raise gentle, friendly canine companions. I have taken refresher trainings since, and have almost continually used the lessons with my dogs over the years to create a safe, loving environment for them. I would like to open my home to your dog or dogs, so they might also receive calm, loving, affordable day care or boarding in St Louis. I have two fully enclosed yards in which to provide regular relief and play breaks. I walk mine and others’ dogs as appropriate or required. I have experience monitoring pets’ health care as well as administering medication, supplements, and/or treats! I work at home five to seven days a week in my home office. I am available twenty four hours (as much as I am available in my home during that time) for emergencies as well as routine care. I may have to leave the house for an errand or appointment during a day. However, dog sitting and boarding responsibilities will continue to be a factor in my scheduling away-time. I do use crates in my house for my own dogs, mostly regularly only at feeding time. I like crates because in daily life, they give dogs their “own” space for refuge. In a boarding situation with new dogs, having crates (and sometimes extra rooms or bedrooms) can be an important factor in providing a safe environment; safe for the dogs, and safe for a home’s personal property. You should know that I use them for any dog in my house at times, to include your dog, if they are staying with me, for the above reasons, as safety is first. I have been told with an older canine adoptee, that he didn’t agree with crates, but that was not the case once he discovered that that is where he received his meals and could have his own quiet “cave”. There is a lot of well-rested canine energy in my house. The dogs can play in the backyard. We go on regular and sometimes longer, special occasion walks. Often, playing and running in the yard results in tiredness, so cold floors are rested upon, sometimes with bedding, or a sunbeam as a matter of preference. Finally, my mastiff/newfoundland hybrid Chito is not neutered, he is intact. Therefore my home may not be appropriate for a fertile female dog.

“Lilah has been incredible caring for our dogs, a 55 lb poodle and a 12 pound toy rat terrier. They are so excited when they see her and it’s clear she loves them too. She is incredibly patient with them, throwing the ball for fetch for the millionth time as they continue to bring her their damp toys, and taking them for walks. She’s also been very mindful of the high temperatures, making sure they aren’t outside for too long in the heat and that the pavement isn’t too hot on our patio. We also highly recommend Lilah for house sitting and childcare — she’s the best!”

She has worked for vets and also went to school for animal care. She has her own transportation and a good schedule to be there for any pets she’s watching. Emily would be an excellent candidate for this position.”

“We call Cindy - Snow White! Animals gravitate to her and she is so kind and nurturing. She takes special attention to make sure any pets in her care are comfortable, fed and have fun! She’s a life long fur momma to dogs and cats and is always meticulous with their care. I’m a first time dog mom and she has watched my pup a few times and she treats him like her own! I was so worried and had so many details for her. And she made sure to listen and calm my nerves and takes care. Would recommend Cindy time and time again! #1 Pet Sitter”
