About: There have been very few times in my life that I didn't have a pet! My husband and I currently have a small farm of 3 dogs, 1 turtle, 1 rabbit, chickens, pheasants, and pigeons! I have experience in hand feeding baby birds, cats, and dogs. I've also had or taken care of rodents and some reptiles. I love all ages of animals from puppies and kittens to senior pets. I know how difficult it can be to find someone responsible and trustworthy enough to take care of your animals, especially the more exotic type, and would love the opportunity to be included in your pets lives! I work from home and am able to set my own schedule. I have an SUV with plenty of room for larger animals, if transportation is needed. I have almost 2 acres of unfenced yard. My 3 dogs are on a wired pet containment system. I have a sunroom inside my home where I house inside pets, which can be a free roaming area for your pet or where we can place their kennel/crate. For client house visits, I will follow the instructions laid out by the client.

About: Hi there! We’re Justin and Esther—animal lovers with years of hands-on experience caring for both dogs and cats. Justin is an author who’s had pets his whole life, starting with a sweet cat named China, who had a litter of kittens he raised until their passing. Today, we care for Lunae Lux, our energetic Siberian Husky, and Fayth, Justin’s affectionate cat. For Esther, being surrounded by animals was always a dream—and marrying Justin made it a reality. It’s allowed her to bond deeply with both Lunae and Fayth, fulfilling her lifelong wish to share her days with furry companions. They are like children in that aspect, or fur children as people say. My cat and dog get along very well. I have trained my Siberian Husky to be more understanding and caring to smaller animals such as cats.

About: I have experience with house sitting with multiple pets from a few days to two months. I owned my own dog for 14 years before she passed away this year. I worked at the Humane Society of Northeast Georgia for a year. This past year I have been fostering a puppy for the Guide Dog Foundation so I have experience raising a puppy from three months old. I’ve just moved to Athens after spending many years building a solid client base in Gainesville. Right now I’m looking for pet care to be a main source of income so I have a very open availability. I have around eight years of experience caring for pets (outside of my own). About: I have been around animals my whole life, pretty much. As a sophomore in high school, i landed a internship with the animal hospital i work at now. My junior year after my internship, I was employed at Ashley Hills Pet Center, which is a great boarding facility. Then later on when i graduate high school i landed a job at oconee county veterinary hospital. I have a huge passion for animals and always have. About: I have raised several puppies successfully and have helped a family member with caring for large litters of Great Danes. We have had senior dogs that have required medication administration, including insulin. I also volunteer at the heart Humane Society in Georgia taken care of the cats and the dogs that are waiting to be placed into a forever home. I currently work par-time so I have plenty of time for pet care. I do have other family in my home that can care for my pets if I am needed for over nights. I love caring for pets it makes me feel rewarded when pets respond positively with me. I have 2 dogs in my home both weigh approx. 50 pounds. Our yard is fenced in so they go in and out. I take them on walks and hikes to nearby waterfalls. They are fed twice a day, just dry food once and with shredded chicken the second time. About: I’m 26 years old and I currently have 3 dogs Luka (male dog ) is 9 y/o, Anika (female dog) is 5 y/o, Ace (male dog) 5 y/o. I also have a Ball Python and a Leopard gecko. As well as 13 chickens. My sweet rescue Gunther🌈 (male cat) passed a year ago. I’m done all my own training so if your dogs needs any help with learning basic tricks and or potty training so I can definitely help you with that! Let’s build a trusting relationship because my animals are my life and I’ll treat your babies like they’re my own! I’m a stay at home dog and chicken mom! So my schedule is wide open to fit any of your precious babies needs! My dogs get regular exercise and plenty of potty breaks as well as just laying around outside sun bathing! I own a house with 5 acres plenty of space to roam around. I have a small area fenced in for potty breaks if you’d feel more comfortable otherwise id take them for walks on my property! When inside they’re free to roam around. Any toys and food you want to bring with you is welcome! And I can follow feeding instructions if your pet has specific needs. With over 15 years of pet care experience I am equipped to care for dogs of varying breeds, ages, and training levels. I am comfortable working on basic training skills with young dogs, and providing specialized care to senior dogs. Having spent several years in animal healthcare I feel comfortable administering medications, and providing supportive care for chronic illnesses. That experience has also awarded me the insight be to able to monitor your pet’s behavior and activity in a way that will ensure their safety and overall health while in my care. My services are not limited to basic walks and drop-ins. We can go for a hike, swim in the lake, or go spend a day at the dog park! If there is a specific experience you wish for your pet to have on our day together let me know and I’m happy to try to accommodate! I do work a full time job as I am still trying to build my pet sitting and transport business but my hours are flexible and I can make all the time I need to help care for your pets. I ask a lot of questions and work with my client to follow the routines they already have set for their pets to make sure they always feel safe and comfortable. I like to do an introductory meeting at least a couple days before our scheduled time together to meet with your pet to determine if we will be a good fit for each other. If we venture out for a walk I have a crate secured in the car to safely transport pets from one location to another. I bring a portable water bowl and a bottle of fresh water on all walks so your pet will stay hydrated throughout our time together. If you choose to have me accompany your pet to the lake I ask that you please provide a life jacket for them so I can help provide the safest play space possible.
