About: Living on a farm, I have a lot of experience interacting with animals of all kinds. Running a farm of any size is not a one person job so my family is a big part of my life. I can’t imagine a better place to live doing something I love. Pet care is an integral part of my daily routine. Whether it is feeding and watering our chickens and cows or grooming our dogs, I work hard to ensure our animals are cared for. I am a stay at home mom so your four legged friends will rarely be left alone. I work hard to follow any instructions owners may give me. Additionally, I make sure all animals in our care have access to food, water, and love. I also like to take a few pictures of what we are up to send them to people so they know their pet is getting loved and cared for.

About: i’ve always loved animals, taking care of animals as a job would be a dream and i could never get bored of it, i’ve always had animals so i’m good with them i’m looking to watch/walk animals full time, i’ve always wanted a job that works with animals so this is perfect afro what im wanting to do! i currently don’t have a pet but i would do everything i could to keep it safe such as keeping it on a leash when i walk the dog, i would send pictures to the owner updating them on how things are going

About: I have always sought opportunities to connect with animals, starting with my early experience in a veterinary clinic, and most recently being an animal care internship at the Lake Superior Zoo and my job as a veterinary assistant. I respect all animals as fellow individuals with unique personalities and needs. My dog was my very best friend, and I have treated my rabbit as family member for over 12 years, so I understand how important reliability is when working with other people's pets. I can spend time with and exercise your pet at any time on Thursdays. I am also available most Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays around any spontaneous personal plans I might make. Sometimes I am unavailable on weekends due to travel. I bring supplies such as treats, water, and drying towels as appropriate for each walk. I always monitor my animal buddy's physical and emotional wellbeing, and prioritize a safe and fun experience. This includes a recognition and protection of boundaries that your pet may have with me and with other animals and people. I value including pets in engaging activities that may interest your pet, and I will reinforce any training that is currently underway.

“I am so glad we found Julia to watch our dogs while we were out of town. I was a bit worried that one of our dogs would have trouble warming up because he can be a bit shy when we are not there. But when we got back we could tell that our dogs were relaxed, happy, and tired. Great!!”

I have a flexible schedule so I can provide services even with a short notice. I'm currently employed part-time and most of my children are now adults so my role as a mom has shifted. I will tend to pets in your home as we currently have our own cat and chihuahua puppy (who is not the friendliest, honestly). I also am available to check-ins, walking, and just potty breaks!

About: I've had pets since I was 10 years old! I adore all animals. I have also worked as a docent at the zoo and trained emotional support animals. I will treat your pets like my own. My Chorkie had the best 14 years ever. I currently work from home and home school my daughter so we are very accommodating to your schedule. Unfortunately I am not accepting pets in my own home at this time due to our current lease. Your pets safety is my main concern. Your baby will always be supervised (and get lots of love!) Your pet will always be leashed outside. Your rules for your pet and your home will always be followed,giving you a worry free time away.

She was professional and accommodating, came by to meet everyone ahead of time, made sure she knew about our pets' habits and quirks, and sent regular updates and photos while we were gone. About: I grew up on a hobby farm so I feel like it’s embedded into me to truly love animals! I have very flexible availability. I take my own dog for runs, we love to throw tennis balls at the dog park, and he loves going to the family cabin! Fun fact: my dog is very gentle and his best buddy is a pet rabbit 🐰 My main concerns are to ensure safety as well as a safe, calming environment for your beloved pet to feel at peace while you are apart. I ensure to adhere to specific guidelines set by owners and their routines. I love to get outdoors and ensure animals get good exercise in order to stay healthy. I will ensure you have peace of mind with frequent updates, photos, and videos of your fur baby so you can enjoy your time away without stressing too much! Animals were always a huge part of my life and happiness growing up and they bring so much love! It’s important to give them the needed attention, exercise, nutrition, grooming, and love that they truly deserve! I only work part time at a location that’s 5 minutes down the road from my home, so I can always swing back home on my break to check in with your fur baby! I have a small backyard facing a wood line. I have a very gentle, fun loving and friendly golden retriever who wants to be your pet’s friend! His bff is a pet rabbit which goes to show how gentle he is! Your animal can sleep on my furniture or crate train if need be. I do have a large kennel.
