About: Dogs have been a huge part of my life for over 30 years. My last two fur babies were spoiled house dogs who lived wonderful, happy lives of 16 and 17 years. I recently lost both of them, and I miss them terribly. ❤️ I’m not quite ready to bring another dog into my life full-time, but I still have plenty of love, attention, and puppy cuddles to give! That’s what led me to Rover. 🐶💕 When your pup stays with me, they become part of the family. Unless you approve otherwise, your dog will be the only dog staying in my home, so they’ll get a calm, comfortable environment and lots of one-on-one attention. I retired as a Human Resources Director and currently work part-time from home as a Human Resources Consultant which means I’m around most of the day. Your dog will not be crated all day or left alone for long periods of time. They’ll have plenty of love, companionship, potty breaks, playtime, and attention throughout their stay. My goal is for your dog to feel like they’re having a little vacation of their own while you’re away! 🐾 If your fur baby loves being spoiled, getting lots of attention, and being treated like family, my home may be the perfect place for them! ❤️🐕 I currently work from home part-time. Inside small to medium size dogs only. Available for day sitting or overnight sitting. Your pet will not be left in a crate and will be treated like a family member during their entire stay! There are no other pets in my home. They will be taken outside on a leash at all times. They will sit in my chair with me or sleep with me if that’s what they do at their home! We will have their rules……not ours! Our goal is to make them enjoy their stay!

About: I have spent my entire adult life with dogs & love them dearly. My 2 dogs love to play with other dogs as well as each other. I also have an older blind toy poodle who doesn’t play with other animals but is perfectly content staying on my sofa & listening to whatever is going on in the house. Therefore, I’m quite accustomed to care for special needs dogs. All dogs seem to communicate very well with me. I also keep the owners up to date daily with pictures and/or videos as to how much fun their dogs are having. In addition, my son, who is just as crazy about dogs as I am, lives with me so at night, there will be 2 sitters in the house. Therefore, you’ll get 2 sitters for the price of one🤗 I am a retired stay at home widow who loves spending time with dogs. I can devote most my time having dogs in my home to love and care for. Typically, we use some of the afternoon for calming & resting time if/when needed. This is also the time for specific needs & brushing. The doggies can go outside anytime they want to play or do their business. I have a large fenced in back yard specifically for the care & safety of my dogs and the dogs I am caring for in my home. This is a very safe place for the fur babies to spend supervised time in the shade or sun with a large covered veranda with fresh water available at all times. I live on many acres of farm land with very few neighbors. We have no children living near us at all.

Dogs in my care are not left alone for long periods, and I make sure they get regular potty breaks, playtime, and structured routines throughout the day. I’m available for boarding, drop-ins, and walks, with flexibility for weekends and extended stays. My goal is to keep your dog’s routine as close to home as possible so they feel comfortable, relaxed, and well cared for. Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I provide a calm, structured environment with plenty of space for supervised outdoor time and exercise. Because I have a large private property, dogs have room to explore while always being closely monitored. I am experienced with different temperaments, including puppies and high-energy dogs, and I focus on maintaining good behavior, routines, and boundaries during their stay. Dogs are never left unsupervised outside, and I can crate if requested or follow your dog’s normal home routine. I take time to understand each dog’s needs, personality, and preferences so they feel safe, comfortable, and stress-free while you’re away. About: I have had pets since I was 6 years old. My experience ranges from critters with fur to critters with scales. I love them all! I am available anytime to help assist you with your pet care needs! From early mornings to even overnight I can provide your pet with top level care. While I prefer to keep your pet in my home I can also come to yours! I do have a super friendly doodle who loves other animals. He can be crated if needed and if you feel like your pet needs to be crated I can provide that as well. I do ask that your pets are up to date on vaccinations if that applies as my own dog is up to date and also takes a monthly preventative for fleas, ticks, etc.

We each grew up with dogs and also had different kinds of pets (hamsters, lizards, fish, turtles, cats, dogs, birds) while the kids were growing up. 🐾We offer boarding, daycare and drop-in visits, ensuring your pets get consistent care tailored to their routine. 🏡We live in a house with a secure, fully fenced-in backyard where your dogs can safely play, stretch their legs, explore and do their business. 🐶🐶We are the proud pet (grand)parents of two sweet, 15-year-old sister dogs. Because they are seniors, they cannot hear very well anymore. They are very gentle, and a little shy but friendly. 💖Your pets will find a peaceful, patient, and understanding environment here. Whether your pet is staying at our house or we need to drop by, they will receive attentive care. We look forward to meeting you and your pets! We are both always at home during the daytime. Michael works from home. We usually try and go to the gym early in the mornings. 🌳We have a nice sized well manicured back yard that is fenced in. There is also plenty of room in the house for more dog beds or crates if you need to bring those.

About: I’ve taken care of animals since I could walk. My family has always had a household of cats and dogs. When I was a babysitter I would also watch any animals needed of me. I have a golden doodle of my own named Ember, who has taught me patience and kindness. I also have a mixed puppy who loves the company of another. I currently work Mondays and Fridays. All other days are free, if you need me a weekend it needs to be 5 days in advance. I do not have a fenced In yard. I have two pet friendly dogs who I can put in a crate if needed. About: Hi, I’m Sarah! Nice to meet you (and your fur babies)! A little background info on me: I've grown up with animals of all kinds, from dogs and cats to horses, rabbits, and peacocks and have loved to care for them. Although my background is with a variety of animals, dogs are my specialty! 🐾💜 I treat each and every pet like they’re my own and make sure they’re well taken care for, whether that means walking, play-time, feeding, enrichment, etc. I'm a current pet owner of two sweet dogs and one purr-fect cat. I’ve volunteered for years at rescues and shelters and have experience needed for any specific breed. I've fostered puppies and senior dogs until I myself became a foster fail (we adopted our foster)! I work a remote schedule so I can be flexible with days/hours if I have enough notice to care for your babies! I do not commit to specific time, but rather a time range. Short notice is possible, but I prefer at least a few days notice in advance :) I offer an approach that matches your pet’s energy. If your pet is playful, we will play. If your pet is shy & nervous, my approach will be more reserved and mindful of their boundaries.

We go on walks around the neighborhood about every 2 hours for potty breaks, as well as mental and physical stimulation. We also occasionally enjoy car rides to the dog park for extra fun and exercise. Since my yard is unfenced, I have a secure outdoor lead available. If your dog enjoys spending time outside like mine, I’d be happy to accommodate that upon request. For safety and comfort, I also have a crate available and can crate your dog or mine as needed.

About: I live in Mooresville but I'm originally from New York. I love dogs big and small. I have a cat at home. Must love kids I have 2 young children at home with me. I'm experienced working in a pet salon. I'm willing to provide nail care, brushing, bathing at additional fees, and lots of play time during their stay with me. I have a large fenced in yard for running and playing. Plenty of dog toys. I'm available for walks and drop ins as well. I'm really flexible with scheduling, your pet will be adored in this house and if your pet needs to stay over night that's ok I have an extra dog bed available. I can even text pictures while you are away as well. I am work from home mom with time to care for your pets as my own. Aside from school pickups and drop offs I am with your pets the rest of the day. :) Please bring a bed for your pet, i do require them to be crated at night. We will have multiple trips out in our 1 acre fenced in back yard for them to play and roam around.

About: I had fostered dogs for 3 years for the Miami Dade Shelter. I fed, cared for, walked, groomed, and administered medicine to dogs who were in my care for 2 weeks to a month and a half. For one year, I volunteered at an emergency animal clinic and learned a variety of skills that aid me in providing the best care for cats and dogs. I groomed, administered vaccines, tended to wounds, etc. I have extensive experience in caring for dogs and cats, and love to do so as well. I have owned both for years and never had a moment where I did not enjoy it. I will take care of any animal with attention and love, and commit to any task that is needed. I am a pet owner of two dogs; one doberman and one very mixed dog. I give all my time, love, and attention to caring for not just my dogs but every dog I am caring for. I am home daily and make sure that caring for someone else’s pet is my top priority. I typically follow the rules of the owner whether it be in my home or their home. If your pet is not allowed on the furniture then I will not let them on mine. If your pet goes to the bathroom every 3 hours, then I will make sure to take them outside for a walk every 3 hours. I abide by the owners rules for the most effective consistency with behavior, while not forgetting to have fun and make it as enjoyable as I know I can.

I’m available on weekdays (Monday–Friday) from early morning until late afternoon, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with flexibility to work some weekends 10am-3pm Saturdays and Sundays.
