I frantically booked Carmel (based on reviews) and I will be using Carmel from here on out for dog sitting/dog boarding. She was so nice in allowing a meet and greet prior to booking. This meeting allowed me to feel a huge sense of relief in knowing my dog would be cared for and absolutely spoiled! She was so nice and sweet and sent several pictures and updates all throughout the day. Her house and backyard is truly a dogs paradise. She walked my dog several times a day and I truly didn’t think my dog would ever want to leave. My flight back home was cancelled and she was so accommodating and helpful by allowing me to pick up my dog a day later than originally planned for.
