About: Hi there! I've been doing canine caretaking on the Rover platform since 2023. My property is a located on the same street as the McClelland Dog Park, a 5-minute walk. As veteran dog owners, we make regular use of it! Prior to doing Rover, I frequently helped friends and family with their dogs for many years. Nearly everyone I know has pets and I've hosted dozens in my home. My clients love the close proximity to a public park with trails. Currently I have 2 dogs - Ellie and Bishop. My yard is fully fenced and your dog will enjoy plenty of outside play time with Ellie and Bishop, as well as trail walks and trips to the dog park. I also live a 5-minute drive from the nearest veterinary clinic, and I have room for crates. I also offer professional photography services for your pet for an extra fee. Ask about it during your dog's stay if interested! I work a regular day job, but it's very close to home so I come home daily for lunch to and for the dogs and run them in the yard. Off on weekends with fairly open schedule. Ellie and Bishop are exercised daily and worked with often, and are very well behaved with both dogs and people. The backyard is directly connected to a public park with trails. Yard gates are secured with locks and monitored with cameras.

About: I’ll provide take their pet(s) on a 30 minute walk. Allow their pet(s) to get enough exercise. Provide food and water. I’ll also bathe their pet(s) if needed. I have open availability on weekends and sometimes during the weekdays. I really don’t have any special skills. I’m willing to get to know more about your pet(s). The only pet care experience that I have is from learning things about my own pet. I haven’t really pet sat in a while. I’m willing to learn more by pet sitting your pet(s). About: I’ve taken care of animals since as long as I can remember. I, myself, have six Golden Retrievers (yes, six) and four birds! I’ve pet sat family & friends animals, ranging from dogs to cats to birds and even reptiles and arthropods. I am comfortable with giving animals daily medications they need! I am a full-time college student who works a part-time job. It’s summer break, and I am more available more often! I will easily be able to go from my part-time to your pet(s)! I have a fenced in backyard, myself, but with the amount of dogs I have, I would prefer watching the dog at your residence. I am comfortable walking dogs, and if it’s comfortable with you I would love to hike with them as well!

About: I am a 19 year old who’s been an animal lover my whole life. I grew up with small dogs, big dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, chickens, ducks, and more, each one giving a new experience. All animals have one thing in common, and it’s just wanting to be treated with love and care. With your pet in my hands, they will guaranteed be treated with extra care and will have my patience. From the excited and cuddly to the shy and reserved, each animal will be respected and have their boundaries. On weekdays I am usually available between 8:00am and 7pm. Sundays are better for times later than 7pm. Boarding days depend on my upcoming schedule so if you are looking for that, please talk with me about it beforehand. Sitting will usually be done at your home. If you would like me to take one of your animals into my own, please talk with me about it first beforehand. If you’re animal is taken into my home, they will be separated from all other animals and will be made sure they have plenty of stuff to do and room to do it in, as well as plenty of outdoor space. If we are in your home, I will let you set the rules, and make sure to be respectful of your living space especially with your pet present.

Pet care is a regular part of my routine that I could easily adapt to your requirements. I work a few hour during the week for a few days and have plenty of time to accommodate your needs. About: I’ve pet sit for family friends since I was a teenager. I’ve also owned reptiles for the last few years and currently have a bearded dragon, crested gecko, and whites tree frogs. I went to school for animal care and received my degree in Aquarium & Zoo Sciences, as well as a degree in Psychology. I also took up minors in American Sign Language and Animal-Assisted Health and Education. During my college years I completed two separate 400+ hour internships with over forty different species of domestic and exotic animals. I also completed a 52 hour animal care practicum with a licensed dog trainer. Other required courses included an animal care class, dog training course, and cat training course. In addition to my coursework I was an employee of, and eventually student manager of, my campus aquatics lab. I have now been a zookeeper for going on a year, which has made me comfortable with administering various topical and oral medications. I currently work full time but am happy to spend mornings, lunch breaks, and evenings with your critters! I consistently have two weekdays off, on which I am 100% available for your pet care needs :) I currently rent, so I am unable to care for animals in my home. However, I am happy to stay or stop by wherever you might need! I am a quick study and will readily adapt to any animals schedule or needs :)
