About: I have been caring for many animals since I was young, I love walking playing, hiking and just hanging out with them. I have some practice training puppies but am not certified. I always like to let older dogs go at their own pace and smell all the good sniff spots. I currently work at my own pace from home so I’m available most days and most times. I usually like to get a couple miles in walking per day and don’t mind being out in bad weather either. I can provide care in your home, or outside your home at parks, walks and hikes. As needed or based on your personal preference taking into account your pets needs.
About: I’ve taken care of pets ever since I was 10. I currently am blessed with caring for my 4-legged son, Moose. Experienced with big and small dogs. I’m available all day on Tuesdays, saturdays, and sundays. I’m available after 6:30p on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Fridays. I would be happy to set up a regular schedule as well. I have a fenced yard with a little room to run. I take care of my golden mix, Moose. I love spending time outside with moose going to parks and going on hikes or just walking through neighborhoods.

I’ve grown up loving animals (especially cats) and have done a number of pet sitting duties for friends, community members, and even teachers of mine over the years. I have experience caring for senior dogs, cats, reptiles, and chickens so far! My motivation to be a pet sitter comes from the want to always be around animals in some capacity, even when I was a little girl! I wouldn’t take any pets into my home out of respect for my sassy kitty, seriously she’s like a little princess! But I would happily stay in your home to house sit and look after your animals. I would be just as excited to swing by your home or walk your pets when needed. The freedom and flexibility I have to take on petsitting away from home motivated me. As time went on I realized how much I enjoy it and am ready to expand on it in-between my part-time job! Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Meet & Greets are a great way to prepare your pet and sitter for longer stays or first-time bookings. Read our tips for your first Meet & Greet .
sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
