About: I have been caring for many animals since I was young, I love walking playing, hiking and just hanging out with them. I have some practice training puppies but am not certified. I always like to let older dogs go at their own pace and smell all the good sniff spots. I currently work at my own pace from home so I’m available most days and most times. I usually like to get a couple miles in walking per day and don’t mind being out in bad weather either. I can provide care in your home, or outside your home at parks, walks and hikes. As needed or based on your personal preference taking into account your pets needs.
“Marion was wonderful with my mom's kitties, and even had to deal with a really hard situation. We are truly grateful for her care and going the extra mile to take care of them.”
About: Hi! My name is Coral and I’m a part-time carer and you miiight’ve seen me serving you all sorts of treats down at Mama Crinos’ Italian Ice! I’ve grown up loving animals (especially cats) and have done a number of pet sitting duties for friends, community members, and even teachers of mine over the years. I have experience caring for senior dogs, cats, reptiles, and chickens so far! My motivation to be a pet sitter comes from the want to always be around animals in some capacity, even when I was a little girl! Caring for animals, walking them, and having a snuggle is just what makes me happy, especially when I see they’re having a good time too. Getting to know and learn the different personalities of the pets I care for is so fun and rewarding!! Peace of mind is really important to me, for you and your fur babies! There’s nothing more uplifting while you’re away from home than receiving an update on your phone that shows how comfortable and well-cared for your pets are. Your babies are missing you all the same, so I prioritize creating a connection that allows them to have fun while also maintaining their usual routines, giving them balance AND something to enjoy while you’re away!! I wouldn’t take any pets into my home out of respect for my sassy kitty, seriously she’s like a little princess! But I would happily stay in your home to house sit and look after your animals. I would be just as excited to swing by your home or walk your pets when needed. Thank you so much for considering me!! 🌷 I got my license at the beginning of this year after working through my driving anxiety. The freedom and flexibility I have to take on petsitting away from home motivated me. As time went on I realized how much I enjoy it and am ready to expand on it in-between my part-time job! I am happy to care for your pets in your home and would love to support with housework if needed! I am thorough and attentive and will be sure to take extra care and time when you are away from your babies! I know how hard it can be to leave pets home, they’re family after all! I’m familiar with working with senior animals and if your pet has a special diet or medication I can easily accommodate and provide. References are available if requested!

“Amber took fabulous care of our kitty while we took a month long trip. It was so nice to know that he was being cared for with love while we were away. We would highly recommended Amber for your pet care.”
“Perfect care! Timo was so happy and well cared for, we've never used a pet care service like this but we are so pleased!! Blake always made sure to message us back when we had concerns and send us photos of our sweet boy so we knew he was happy and well x we will be sure to ask for Blake again!! 😄🐶🐾”

“Amber is (excuse the pun) cat-tastic :-) Our two kitties loved her, she is warm, friendly, super-reliable and took really great care of our pets. She had a pre-sit meeting with us and was meticulous in understanding our pets needs, any special instructions, etc. Amber is reliable and clearly loves animals. Highly recommend and we look forward to working with her again in the future.”

Frequently asked questions about Rover
Rover is the largest marketplace for local pet care. Whether you're looking for pet sitters, dog walkers, or house sitters who specialize in pet sitting, you can narrow your search by entering your ZIP code to find sitters within walking distance in your neighborhood.
Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.
House sitting can be ideal for cats who need socialization or care that lasts longer than a few hours. Your cat stays in their own home, on their own schedule, with care based on what you and your sitter agree on together.
Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.
If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to 25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to 25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a casual meeting to vet potential sitters and communicate care needs for peace of mind before a booking begins. Only sitters who have never booked with you before can schedule a Meet & Greet on Rover; however, you are welcome to coordinate one in Rover messages with sitters you have previously booked. This can be helpful if you have a new pet or routine you want to go over with your sitter.
Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Meet & Greets are a great way to prepare your pet and sitter for longer stays or first-time bookings. Read our tips for your first Meet & Greet .
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience administering medication or managing dietary requirements. You can also find pet sitters who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and request a Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
