About: I have many dog walks under my belt, and I'm happy to throw the ball as many times as your pup will bring it back to me! I have many years of experience walking and feeding pups for family and friends, including early morning and late night potty breaks. I also have experience with vacation sitting for multiple years for the same three cats. I am competent in pill squishing an hiding, litter box cleaning, outdoor playing, tricks practice, and protecting food dishes when one pet finishes first I'm available to visit with your pet on weekdays before 730AM and after 4PM. I am available any time on the weekends for your pets! When caring for a pet in a clients home, I make sure to follow any directions left by the family diligently and keep communication high. If anything seems off with your pet, home, or anything else, I'm going to efficiently take care of any issues and share that update!
About: My first experience working with animals was at a doggy day care here in Ankeny, and my love for pets grew as I entered high school and worked at local veterinary clinics caring for all the dogs and cats being boarded! Tasks included medication administration, play time, cleaning, and grooming. I work full time at Portage hospital. My weekday hours are 6am - 2:30pm. I do not work weekends. My availability to walk and care for your pet are listed below! Monday - 3pm - 8pm Tuesday - 3pm - 8pm Wednesday - 3pm - 8pm Thursday - 3pm - 8pm Friday - 3pm - 8pm Saturday - Free Sunday - Free I have reliable transportation to your house to provide the care that your pet needs. Once in the home, I am respectful of your space and leave it as I found it, unless there are pet messes to clean up. I will work to maintain your pet's routine by providing fresh food and water, providing exercise and/or play time, and providing potty breaks and/or cleaning the litter box regularly.

About: I have taken care of my neighbors’ animals since I was nine years old. I often take care of their dogs for several days at a time while they’re away. I love taking care of animals and making them feel safe and cared for, despite their parents not being home. I have work 8-5 every weekday, but I can pet-sit afterwards and stop by during my lunch break! My weekends are completely free, so I can spend the whole day with your pet if they have more frequent needs. I have had experience from young puppies and kittens to senior dogs and cats. I understand that every animal has differing needs, so I will do my best to accommodate to everything that will make your pet feel safe.

About: We’ve had two pets and have cared for both puppies and elderly dogs. We’ve done dog sitting for lots of friends over the years and even done a little bit of fostering to help get dogs ready for their forever homes. ❤️ Both my husband and I work full time but on a school schedule so summers are free. Both of our schedules have some flexibility during the day to allow for potty breaks, etc. I love to take dogs for walks, a snowshoe, or skiing. We have 5 acres on our property, which also allows for some good exploring and throwing balls with the chuck it.

About: I grew up with one to two dogs and have always been around them. I helped train one of my dogs growing up and have taken care of dogs though all life stages. I have become familiar with certain cues and overall demeanor of dogs. I'm currently a masters student studying business administration. My classes are in the evening, so I have plenty of time during the day to take care of your pups while you're at work! I have always had dogs in my life and feel that I'm fairly good at reading demeanor and cues to know what's best for your dog. I think communication is one of the best things that someone can have and I do my best to communicate properly and effectively.

During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
