“Sharon is a great dog sitter, and I was especially blown away by her consistent and immediate responses to my messages. This allowed me to plan and modify plans seemlessly (which was important since I was going on a camping trip without cellular service). Their house also has a wonderful yard which was important since I have a hyper golden retriever. All in all I would definitely recommend Sharon as a dog sitter!”

“Gina was wonderful. Belle loved her from the moment she met her. She had a wonderful stay and was totally spoiled. We couldn’t be happier!”

“Sabrina was very warm and welcoming w us and our two dogs. Very knowledgeable and patient w the initial meet and greet which put me at ease immediately. Loved the communication during our “girls” stay. So appreciated the pics! Definitely will be returning and highly recommend. Thank you Sabrina ??♀️”

“Jenn watch my GSP Scout while I was on vacation. Jenn was very accomodating for drop off and pickup times. She send txts of how Scout was doing during her stay. I will be using Jenn again to watch Scout the next time I go on vacation! Thank you Jenn for watching my girl!”

“Sara's is the perfect place for our dog, Maggie. There's lots of open space and fresh air, a lovely pond and a great covered patio where she can be outdoors and supervised. We previously had experience with a dog sitter who took in a large number of dogs at the same time as Maggie, and Maggie reacted negatively to that situation. We sincerely appreciate the fact that Sara is willing to limit Maggie's visit to just Maggie and Sara's own sweet dog. Maggie gets lots of walks, lots of love and attention, and comes home happy. We will continue to use Sara as our go-to, favorite dog sitter!”

“Nick was awesome. We were out of the country so asked to keep texting to somewhat of a minimum. Although we would always like to hear from him this time it just wasn't possible. Nick did send just the perfect amount of updates and pictures. Grace Louise surely does enjoy her time there. :) We are already reserving another date for next week. Thanks again Nick.”

“Sherryl was awesome as a sitter with our girl. She sent photos and video each day. Our puppy dog seemed to enjoy her stay and got plenty of exercise and love. I really appreciate that Sherryl only takes one family of dogs at a time. That meant our dog stayed calmer and wasn't stressed with a large number of different dogs coming and going. Thank-you so much for taking such good care of our puppy dog. She will come to visit again.”

“Amazing sitter!! Sent me lots of pictures and kept me updated through my entire trip. He had a blast:)”

“Left our dog with Melissa for five days and all went well. She followed care and feeding instructions and walked her every morning and sent photos.”

“Crystal was absolutely amazing with our dog Milo while we were at a family camp in the area for a week that doesn’t accept dogs. We were a little nervous about it as Milo usually stays home with a friend when we are gone and he tends to get anxious without us, but she and her family were great about comforting him and making him feel at home. She sent lots of pictures and updates which really set us at ease. Thank you Crystal, we really appreciate you!”

“Emily was wonderful, quick to respond and flexible. She took great care of my fur baby and made me feel comfortable knowing she was being taken care of.”

About: Willing to take care of most any dogs of all shapes and sizes, while watching your home. I love all animals but am most fond of dogs :) Although I grew up with cats, I am not generally a cat person unless they are super chill/nice. My grandparents owned a pet store in Alameda when I was younger called "The Living Picture" and I had to feed/water all the animals, so I do have the experience, but I'd say more recently it's just been dogs and the occasional cat. Just let me know what you have, and I'll let you know my comfort level. :) I am willing to travel outside of my area (Dorrington/Big Trees) for pet sitting but would like to keep dog walking and drop-ins to my general area of Big Trees/Arnold/Murphys. If you do not live in those areas, then it would be a 1 hour minimum for all walking & drop-in services. I'm currently available full-time for pet/house sitting so I will be able to give both your beloved animal(s) and your home my full attention (as long as I'm not booked)! I will keep my calendar up to date so you can rely on what it says. While pet/house sitting I will walk and play with your fur-baby(s) as much as they like or can handle. I will also send photos to you on a daily basis! I am willing to do other things like pick up dog poop in your yard (if that is where they go), bring in mail, water plants, etc. My rates are set for everyday animals and not 'special needs', so if your doggie or cat needs special attention or has behavioral issues then my rate would go up and reflect the amount of extra care or attention your fur baby requires.

“Always amazing.”

“If I can give Lisette a thousand stars I would! ! She is so kind, caring and patient with my 8 month old puppy! It is so comforting knowing my pup is in such great care! She truly cared for her as her own! The last time I brought her over to stay, Lisette made my pup some home cooked chicken cause she had some tummy issues. By the time I picked her up, she was back to nomal. Lisette is the absolute best..Mag and i just adore her!”

“Linda was very welcoming and you can tell she really loves taking care of animals. She has a beautiful property, took our dog on many walks every day, and sent lots of pictures. She will definitely be our #1 when we’re in that area!”

“Brian was awesome!! He’s very responsive and took great care of my dog Bear while I was out of town for the weekend. Thanks again, Brian!”

“We have never left our foster dog with anyone before, and were a little nervous. Chris put our worries and nerves ant ease! She was clearly a loving dog person and very knowledgeable. Loved all the photos and videos while we were away as well! We plan on booking with her again on our next get away!”

“Christina was wonderful with our puppies. We planned last minute trip and she was available and very accommodating. Sent lots of updates and photos/videos of our puppies! Has a great place for the dogs to run and get out their energy. Our dogs came home super happy and super tired from the fun weekend they had. You can tell that Christina loves animals! She took great care of our two large dogs while we were away. Would happily send our dogs back to Christina’s next time we leave town.”

About: I have had dogs and puppies many times in the past years so I am familiar with the needs of older dogs and puppies. I enjoy walking and taking walks with your dog. I am retired, living in the foothills of Sonora, so I generally travel to your home, stay in your guest room, and hang out with your pets. When we walk, or I visit someplace I enjoy getting to know the surrounding area. I am retired. Since I generally travel to your home and stay there with your pets, I enjoy the time of reading and visiting local attractions. I appreciate that much of the time I spend will be at your home with your pets. If I go out they will be wherever you leave them when you go to work or play. I always make sure they are safe and that I return in time for their next meal and shared evening and sleep routine time.

“Teresa genuinely likes animals and they like her! Teresa is well educated so she communicates well, both in person, telephone or text and written. She follows instructions on feeding, walking, medication, etc. She is on-time, responsible and friendly. Teresa knows how to deal with different animal personalities and more complex medical issues. Teresa lived in my house and cared for animals in my house for nearly a month. The entire time the animals were well cared for, there was a high level of communication with me, and my house and garden where she lived were left perfectly cared for.”
