Thanks Sophia for all you do for me and my 3!”

8. Paige S.
About: Growing up I always had a love for animals, as I grew my passion became dogs (although cats are a close second). In middle school I was the neighborhood dog sitter, at a young age I had the respect and responsibility needed to care for all breeds and ages of dogs. In high school I began my journey with agility wherein I trained and competed with my own dog (an amazing Australian Shepherd) alongside some of the top agility trainers in the state. My dream to teach others the wonderful sport of agility became reality in college when I was asked to lead many summer camps and classes for children and their four-legged friends where they learned the basics of dog handling and agility at Carden Kennels. My love for dogs (and all animals) flourished into countless hours spent volunteering at the Bangor Humane Society, working for Bear Brook Kennel, and has lead me to my dream job at Eastern Maine Emergency Veterinary Clinic where I currently work and have been for 2 years. I have my own 3 year old beagle and 1 year old treeing walker/beagle mix. I also own 4 rescue cats (ages 10, 6, 5 and 3) and a rescued bearded dragon (aged 5). I’m currently employed in veterinary medicine with a flexible work schedule, I have open availability which allows me to accommodate yours and your pets needs. I am very familiar with all types of harnesses, collars, and leashes which will allow you the peace of mind that your dog is being handled/walked safely. I am comfortable with special requests when it comes to feedings/diets. I also have no issues crating and ensuring that your dog is safely secured back in your home after our walks/play time.
9. Emma N.
“Emma has watched our very needy basset hound on several occasions. She is amazing with our dog and very knowledgeable about animals in general. A huge bonus is that she is completely trustworthy, she stays in our home and gives us total peace of mind. I would highly recommend Emma for any of your animal care needs!”
10. Rebekah R.
“Because of her strong interpersonal skills and sensitive temperament, Rebekah R. would definitely deliver safe, loving care and outstanding customer service. She hasn't personally taken care of my pets, but her reputation as someone who goes above and beyond to ensure the wellbeing of animals in her care precedes her. Together with her warmth and responsiveness, Rebekah's commitment to perfection makes her an extraordinary person who constantly aspires to improve the lives of others. Rebekah's sincere warmth and dependability come through in both her professional and personal encounters, making her someone you can trust completely.”
11. Amber L.
“Amber has watched my hound dog, Dazzle, many times when my family and I went on weekend trips and vacations. Amber would stay at our house while watching Dazzle. Throughout our time away, we received many pictures and videos of Dazzle playing in the house, resting, and on fun walks and adventures with Amber. I never needed to wonder how Dazzle was doing because I already knew. When returning home from our trips, our house was always cleaner than how we left it and Dazzle was calm yet excited to see us. Amber is a great dog caregiver (and any animal for that matter!) I recommend her to anyone searching for a loving and responsible human whether you're gone for one day or one month.”
12. Anne M.
“Anne is wonderful and very considerate of the animals needs and the owners desires”
13. Samantha B.
“I have known Samantha for more than 8 years. She has taken care of my children, and taken care of my family pets for me multiple times over the last 5 years. She is extremely responsible and caring when it comes to taking care of your pets in or outside your home. I could leave my animals in the comfort of my own home knowing they were being cared for and loved. Many times she would text me pictures and updates during our travel time. My dog had severe allergies and needed medication on a daily basis and had strict dietary needs. Samantha was extremely reliable to take care of my pets needs. I would highly recommend Samantha to take care of your family pets. Knowing your animals are in the comfort of there own home with a reliable and loving care taker, puts your mind at ease.”
14. Taylor H.

I have always been a dog lover, and there is nothing I enjoy more than spending time with these amazing creatures. I have experience with dogs of all sizes and breeds, and I am comfortable handling multiple dogs at once. When I walk dogs, I am dedicated to ensuring their safety and well-being at all times, while also ensuring your pup is engaged during our walk and we're having fun! I am also happy to cater my walks to your dog's specific needs, whether it's a leisurely stroll or a brisk walk to burn off some energy. Aside from dog walking, I enjoy spending my free time crafting, playing with my 3 pups and exploring our new city. I am a responsible and trustworthy individual who is committed to providing the best care possible for your furry friend. I can't wait to meet you and your pup! I am currently available for hour walks during my lunch break. However, I do work remotely so I can be flexible on a time that works best for you! One of my pups has resource guarding/aggression issues, so I am very educated on dealing with dogs who may need a little more space/one on one time.
