About: I have cared for the dogs and cats of family members, friends and coworkers when needed, for years. I personally have a dog and cat. My dog is a sweet boy but he is reactive to other dogs. Before him I had never worked with/known a dog that has reactive tendencies. I have learned a lot over the last 7-8 years about reactivity, especially dogs being reactive towards other dogs. I have cared for as many as three dogs and three cats at a time including puppies and senior dogs. I currently work full time but have developed a good schedule for when I do check in/drop ins for those I pet sit for. If someone is out of town and leaving their pets at home for a check in/drop-in schedule I would typically drop in, in the morning before work, around lunch time, around dinner time and again before bed if the owner requests. I have recently cared for three dogs and a cat for almost two weeks for a coworker and this schedule worked well. I will adhere to any instructions that a pet owner provides. I will make sure that the animals are well cared for and report any concerns I may have for the pets while caring for them. Whether it is a drop in to let a dog out to go to the bathroom at lunch time, walking a dog, feeding the pets, etc.

About: I grew up on a farm with horses, pigs, sheep, cows, a dog and a cat. I particpated at a young age taking care of them (feeding, brushing, removing manure). Throughout my life I have had personal pets as well as helped care for pets of family and friends. I currently work full-time remotely M-F 8:00am-5:00pm. I also have a 9 year old son. I am typically available weekday evenings after work and weekends. I have a runner that extends from the side entrance of my house to my detached garage with a partially fenced backyard. I live in a safe neighborhood and have great neighbors. Three of my neighbors on my street work for the police department.

About: Hello! I'm Jess - I'm originally from Northern California and moved to Maine in 2025. Growing up I always had dogs (and sometimes cats), and learned to take care of pets from a young age. I was the go-to person in my neighborhood for petsitting, drop-in visits and dog-walking. I look forward to meeting you & your fur babies! I'm now a full time pet-sitter! I am available for drop-ins, overnight stays, and long-term petsitting in your home. Additionally, I'm available for dog walking during the daytime. About: I've been taking care of cats as long as I can remember. I don't currently have a dog but I frequently take care of my aunt's Great Pyrenees and I've taken care of many other dogs. I have a very flexible schedule and I'm free any day of the week for sitting. I would be happy to take care of any kind of dog or cat. I usually consult the owner and try to stick to the pets regular schedule as close as possible. I usually visit dogs three or four times a day and do one or two walks and for cats I visit once or twice a day or as many times as the owner would like.

About: I have three years of professional pet care experience, and I have an abundance of personal pet care experience. I grew up in a household full of animals (dogs, cats, bunnies, rodents, reptiles, horses, and goats), and I was taught how to care for these animals from a young age. This communication could entail any behavioral concerns you have which may interfere with your pets safety, any other animals in the area to be aware of, specific techniques you use with your animal to deter them from stressors (an example with dogs would be kenneling or puppy push ups), any safety concerns in the environment (for example if you had a cat and a rodent which needed to be kept in separate parts of the home, or a hole in your fence) and anything else you might want to share with me.
